Samenwerkingsverband Vastgoedinformatie Heffing en Waardebepaling (SVHW) is een gemeenschappelijke regeling van 22 samenwerkende overheden. SVHW wil burgers en bedrijven een goede dienstverlening bieden tegen minimale kosten. Om dat te bereiken dienen wij te beschikken over duurzaam inzetbare werknemers, die gezond, gemotiveerd en productief aan het werk zijn. Wij zien mogelijkheden om gezondheidswinst te boeken bij de medewerkers. Wij hebben echter onvoldoende kennis en ervaring in het bevorderen van de gezonde leefstijl van onze medewerkers. Daarom willen wij planmatig geholpen worden door adviseurs, die samen met ons een project ter bevordering van duurzame inzetbaarheid uitvoeren met het accent op een gezonde leefstijl. Door onderzoek, dialoogsessies, themabijeenkomsten en een buddysysteem, dragen we bij aan de verbetering van de gezonde leefstijl van de medewerkers. Met dit project willen we SVHW in de toekomst laten uitgroeien tot een vitale organisatie met vitale medewerkers, die een gezonde leefstijl hanteren. (Dutch)

Heffing and Valuation (SVHW) es un acuerdo conjunto de 22 autoridades cooperantes. SVHW quiere ofrecer a los ciudadanos y empresas un buen servicio a un costo mínimo. Para lograrlo, necesitamos contar con trabajadores con un empleo sostenible, sanos, motivados y productivos en el trabajo. Vemos oportunidades para obtener beneficios para la salud con los empleados. Sin embargo, no tenemos suficiente conocimiento y experiencia en la promoción del estilo de vida saludable de nuestros empleados. Es por ello que queremos contar con la asistencia planificada de asesores que trabajan con nosotros para llevar a cabo un proyecto para promover la empleabilidad sostenible con un enfoque en un estilo de vida saludable. A través de investigaciones, sesiones de diálogo, reuniones temáticas y un sistema de amigos, contribuimos a mejorar el estilo de vida saludable de los empleados. Con este proyecto, queremos que SVHW se convierta en una organización vital en el futuro con empleados vitales, que utilizan un estilo de vida saludable. (Spanish)

Heffing and Valuation (SVHW) è un accordo congiunto di 22 autorità che hanno collaborato. SVHW vuole offrire ai cittadini e alle imprese un buon servizio a costi minimi. Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, dobbiamo avere lavoratori in modo sostenibile e occupabili, sani, motivati e produttivi sul posto di lavoro. Vediamo opportunità di realizzare un profitto sulla salute con i dipendenti. Tuttavia, non abbiamo abbastanza conoscenze ed esperienza nel promuovere lo stile di vita sano dei nostri dipendenti. Ecco perché vogliamo essere assistiti su base pianificata da consulenti che lavorano con noi per realizzare un progetto volto a promuovere l'occupabilità sostenibile con un focus su uno stile di vita sano. Attraverso la ricerca, sessioni di dialogo, incontri tematici e un sistema di amici, contribuiamo al miglioramento dello stile di vita sano dei dipendenti. Con questo progetto, vogliamo che SVHW diventi un'organizzazione vitale in futuro con dipendenti vitali, che utilizzano uno stile di vita sano. (Italian)

Partnership real estate information Heffing and Valuation (SVHW) is a joint arrangement of 22 cooperating authorities. SVHW wants to offer citizens and businesses a good service at minimal cost. To achieve this, we need to have sustainably employable workers, who are healthy, motivated and productive at work. We see opportunities to make a health profit with the employees. However, we do not have enough knowledge and experience in promoting the healthy lifestyle of our employees. That is why we want to be assisted on a planned basis by advisors who work with us to carry out a project to promote sustainable employability with a focus on a healthy lifestyle. Through research, dialogue sessions, thematic meetings and a buddy system, we contribute to the improvement of the healthy lifestyle of the employees. With this project, we want SVHW to become a vital organisation in the future with vital employees, who use a healthy lifestyle. (English)
