Resumen del proyecto:_x000D_ Mediante esta solicitud se pretende la adquisición de una infraestructura de Big Data, basada en software libre (Hadoop/Spark). Mediante esta infraestructura queremos dotar a la ULPGC de equipamiento para el análisis y modelado de datos con conjuntos de datos de gran volumen en tiempo real o cercano a tiempo real._x000D_ El Instituto de Ciencias y Tecnologías Cibernéticas (IUCTC) es muy multidisciplinar y en el cual destaca el equilibrio de género, en contraste con muchos otros grupos. La infraestructura que se adquirirá es de tal versatilidad que permitirá cubrir las principales temáticas en las cuales el IUCTC desarrolla investigación (acreditada con publicaciones) y transferencia del conocimiento:_x000D_ -- Aplicación de Inteligencia Artificial al Business Intelligence e identificación de oportunidades empresariales, con énfasis en el sector turístico y su sostenibilidad._x000D_ -- Fusión de datos (mobile sensing), y modelado descriptivo, predictivo y prescriptivo en el contexto del tráfico rodado y la Neurociencia._x000D_ -- Learning Analytics en MOOCs, aplicando conceptos de Competencia y Ciudadanía Global, con énfasis en la aplicación a la innovación educativa en educación superior y la cooperación internacional._x000D_ _x000D_ El impacto social y de transferencia de esta infraestructura afectará a la mayoría de las áreas prioritarias RIS3 de Canarias. The purpose of this application is the acquisition of a Big-Data and Data-Warehousing Infrastructure based on free software (Hadoop/Spark). Through this new facility we aim at creating a new tool that the ULPGC researchers will have access to for doing Big-Data Analysis and Modelling, tackling high volume datasets in real time or near real time constraints._x000D_ The Institute of Cybernetics (IUCTC) is a very multidisciplinary research center, with a remarkable gender balance, in contrast to many other tech based research centers. The facility to acquire would be very versatile, allowing all the knowledge labored in IUCTC ( (researched, published and transferred to society) to be covered. To name a few:_x000D_ - Artificial Intelligence applied to Business Intelligence and business challenges identification, focusing on tourism and sustainability._x000D_ - Data fusion through Mobile Sensing, and Exploratory, Predictive and Prescriptive Data Analysis applied to Urban Traffic and Neuroscience._x000D_ - Learning Analytics at MOOCs, by means of Global Competency and Citizenship, focusing on educational innovation in higher education and international cooperation._x000D_ _x000D_ The social and knowledge transfer impact of this new facility will certainly affect most of the priority topics in Canary Islands RIS3. Grâce à cette infrastructure, nous voulons fournir à l’UPLGC des équipements pour analyser et modéliser les données avec de grands ensembles de données en temps réel ou proche du temps réel._x000D_ L’Institut de Cyber Science et Technologies (IUCTC) est très multidisciplinaire et dans lequel l’équilibre hommes-femmes se distingue, contrairement à de nombreux autres groupes. L’infrastructure à acquérir est d’une telle polyvalence qu’elle couvrira les principaux sujets dans lesquels l’IUCTC développe la recherche (accréditée par des publications) et le transfert de connaissances:_x000D_ — Application de l’intelligence artificielle à l’intelligence d’affaires et identification des opportunités d’affaires, en mettant l’accent sur le secteur du tourisme et sa durabilité._x000D_ — Fusion de données (détection mobile), et modélisation descriptive, modélisation prédictive et prescriptive dans le contexte du trafic routier et des neurosciences. Durch diese Infrastruktur wollen wir dem ULPGC Geräte zur Analyse und Modellierung von Daten mit großen Volumendatensätzen in Echtzeit oder in Echtzeit zur Verfügung stellen._x000D_ Das Institut für Cyberwissenschaften und -technologien (IUCTC) ist sehr multidisziplinär und in dem das Geschlechtergleichgewicht im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Gruppen herausragt. Die zu erwerbende Infrastruktur ist von solcher Vielseitigkeit, dass sie die wichtigsten Themen abdeckt, in denen das IUCTC Forschung (akkreditiert mit Publikationen) und Wissenstransfer entwickelt:_x000D_ – Anwendung künstlicher Intelligenz auf Business Intelligence und Identifizierung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Tourismussektor und seiner Nachhaltigkeit._x000D_ – Datenfusion (Mobile Sensing) und beschreibende Modellierung, vorausschauende und präskriptive Modellierung im Kontext des Straßenverkehrs und der Neurowissenschaften._x000D_ – Learning Analytics in MOOCs5 wird Auswirkungen auf die sozialen Auswirkungen von verkehrs- und präskriptiven Verkehrskonzepten im Kontext des Straßenverkehrs und der Neurowissenschaften haben. Samenvatting van het project:_x000D_ Dit verzoek heeft tot doel een Big Data-infrastructuur aan te schaffen op basis van vrije software (Hadoop/Spark). Via deze infrastructuur willen we de ULPGC voorzien van apparatuur voor het analyseren en modelleren van data met grote volume datasets in real time of bijna real-time._x000D_ Het Institute of Cyber Science and Technologies (IUCTC) is zeer multidisciplinair en waarin genderevenwicht opvalt, in tegenstelling tot vele andere groepen.
