    MBI B.V. (hierna: MBI) produceert zeer innovatieve betonproducten in de segmenten Bouw, Tuin en Infra. In de afgelopen jaren hebben er veel ontwikkelingen plaatsgevonden bij MBI, waaronder verschillende reorganisaties. Mede door deze reorganisaties is er onduidelijkheid over hoe de medewerkers nu naar MBI kijken, voelen de medewerkers zich wel gehoord? Hoe bleven de medewerkers het werken bij MBI? Hoe ervaren de medewerkers de stijl en communicatie door de leidinggevende? Doel van het medewerkerstevredenheid onderzoek en opvolgende workshops is antwoord geven op de bovenstaande vragen en hiermee de duurzame inzetbaarheid verhogen binnen de organisatie. (Dutch)

In recent years, many developments have taken place with MBI, including several reorganisations. Partly because of these reorganisations, there is uncertainty as to how the employees now look at MBI, do the employees feel heard? How did the employees continue to work at MBI? How do the employees experience the style and communication by the manager? The aim of employee satisfaction research and follow-up workshops is to answer the above questions and thereby increase sustainable employability within the organisation. (English)

    MBI B.V. (di seguito: MBI) produce prodotti di calcestruzzo altamente innovativi nei segmenti Costruzione, Giardino e Infra. Negli ultimi anni si sono registrati molti sviluppi con l'MBI, tra cui diverse riorganizzazioni. In parte a causa di queste riorganizzazioni, c'è incertezza su come i dipendenti ora guardano a MBI, i dipendenti si sentono sentiti? Come hanno continuato a lavorare i dipendenti presso MBI? Come fanno i dipendenti a sperimentare lo stile e la comunicazione da parte del manager? L'obiettivo della ricerca sulla soddisfazione dei dipendenti e dei workshop di follow-up è rispondere alle domande di cui sopra e quindi aumentare l'occupabilità sostenibile all'interno dell'organizzazione.
