In onze organisatie willen we het personeel duurzamer inzetbaar maken, waardoor we een externe adviseur een adviestraject gaan laten verzorgen gericht op het thema 'het bevorderen van een leercultuur onder werknemers'. Door de adviseur te laten onderzoeken hoe de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van onze werknemers het best vorm te geven is willen we expertise in huis halen om op lange termijn onze werknemers duurzamer inzetbaar te maken.
