    De doelstelling van het project luidt: “het creëren van een organisatiecultuur waarbinnen het realiseren van persoonlijke ambities en het stimuleren van ontwikkelmogelijkheden gefaciliteerd wordt” en medewerkers begeleidt worden naar ondernemerschap. Hiermee worden alle medewerkers (doelgroep) in de gelegenheid gesteld om hun (duurzame) inzetbaarheid en employability te verhogen. Voor het realiseren van deze verandering in de organisatiecultuur wordt Grand Duet begeleid door een externe adviseur. Om de huidige organisatiecultuur en de toekomstige ambities en behoeften in kaart te brengen worden de individuele medewerkers geïnterviewd. Aan de hand van de “gaps” in de huidige situatie en de toekomstige wensen wordt door de extern adviseur een voorstel voor cultuurverandering opgesteld. Door middel van coaching en individuele begeleiding worden de voorstellen ook geïmplementeerd en verankerd in de organisatie. (Dutch)

    The objective of the project is to: “creating an organisational culture in which the realisation of personal ambitions and the promotion of development opportunities is facilitated” and guides employees towards entrepreneurship. This will allow all employees (target group) to increase their (sustainable) employability and employability. Grand Duet is supervised by an external consultant to realise this change in organisational culture. In order to identify the current organisational culture and future ambitions and needs, individual employees are interviewed. On the basis of the “gaps” in the current situation and the future wishes, a proposal for cultural change will be drawn up by the external consultant. Through coaching and individual guidance, the proposals are also implemented and anchored in the organisation. (English)

    L'obiettivo del progetto è di: "creare una cultura organizzativa in cui è facilitata la realizzazione di ambizioni personali e la promozione delle opportunità di sviluppo" e guida i dipendenti verso l'imprenditorialità. Ciò consentirà a tutti i dipendenti (gruppo target) di aumentare la loro occupabilità e occupabilità (sostenibili). Grand Duet è supervisionato da un consulente esterno per realizzare questo cambiamento nella cultura organizzativa. Al fine di individuare l'attuale cultura organizzativa e le ambizioni e le esigenze future, vengono intervistati i singoli dipendenti. Sulla base dei "divari" della situazione attuale e dei desideri futuri, il consulente esterno elaborerà una proposta di cambiamento culturale.
