Het inventariseren van opleidingswensen en -behoeften binnen de SKL en het op basis hiervan opstellen van een intern opleidingbeleid waarin de deskundigheidbevordering van medewekrers in brede zin centraal staat. Hierbij richt SKL zich in eerste instantie op de behoefte binnen de eigen organisatie maar verliest daarbij niet uit het oog dat medewerkers toekomst gericht ontwikkelt moeten worden. Dit alles ter bevordering van de kwaliteit van de eigen dienstverlening alsmede het centraal stellen van de interne en extrene mobiliteit en inzetbaar van haar medewerkers. (Dutch)

Identifying training requirements and needs within the SKL and drawing up on this basis an internal training policy that focuses on the promotion of co-workers’ expertise in a broad sense. SKL focuses primarily on the needs within its own organisation, but does not lose sight of the need to develop employees in the future. All this in order to promote the quality of their own services and to put the internal and extrene mobility at the centre of their staff. (English)

Individuare i requisiti e le esigenze di formazione all'interno della SKL e elaborare su questa base una politica di formazione interna incentrata sulla promozione delle competenze dei colleghi in senso lato. SKL si concentra principalmente sulle esigenze all'interno della propria organizzazione, ma non perde di vista la necessità di sviluppare i dipendenti in futuro. Tutto ciò al fine di promuovere la qualità dei propri servizi e di porre al centro del proprio personale la mobilità interna ed estrema. (Italian)

Determinar los requisitos y necesidades de formación en el SKL y elaborar sobre esta base una política de formación interna que se centre en la promoción de la experiencia de los compañeros de trabajo en un sentido amplio. SKL se centra principalmente en las necesidades dentro de su propia organización, pero no pierde de vista la necesidad de desarrollar empleados en el futuro. Todo ello con el fin de promover la calidad de sus propios servicios y de situar la movilidad interna y extraordinaria en el centro de su personal. (Spanish)
