    Boltrics Professionals B.V. is gestart in 2010 als een partner voor bedrijven in de logistieke sector met gestandaardiseerde, branchebrede software die ze specifiek voor logistiek dienstverleners en koel- en vrieshuizen ontwikkelen en onderhouden. In 2010 is Boltrics gestart met 3 personeelsleden. In dit jaar is het personeelsbestand gegroeid naar 15 medewerkers. Voor het jaar 2016 zal het aantal medewerkers naar 30 toe gaan groeien. Boltrics wil haar geformuleerde doelstelling Duurzaam Inzetbaarheidsbeleid gaan implementeren waarbij er nu en in de toekomst aandacht is voor de ontwikkeling, groei en werkgeluk van haar medewerkers in een veilig en gezond werkklimaat.Dit betekent het ontwikkelen van een visie op Duurzaam Inzetbaarheidsbeleid en het realiseren van een integrale samenhang tussen bestaande activiteiten en nog benodigde activiteiten.Tevens is het doel om de employability van de medewerkers te verhogen waardoor continuïteit gewaarborgd is. In 2010, Boltrics started with 3 staff members. In this year, the workforce has grown to 15 employees. For the year 2016, the number of employees will grow to 30. Boltrics wants to implement its stated objective Sustainable Employability policy in which, now and in the future, attention is paid to the development, growth and job happiness of its employees in a safe and healthy working environment. This means developing a vision on Sustainable Employability Policy and achieving an integral coherence between existing activities and activities still needed. En 2010, Boltrics comenzó con 3 miembros del personal. En este año, la fuerza laboral ha crecido a 15 empleados. Para el año 2016, el número de empleados aumentará a 30. Boltrics quiere implementar su objetivo declarado de Empleabilidad Sostenible en el que, ahora y en el futuro, se presta atención al desarrollo, crecimiento y felicidad laboral de sus empleados en un entorno de trabajo seguro y saludable. Nel 2010, Boltrics ha iniziato con 3 membri dello staff. In quest'anno, la forza lavoro è cresciuta a 15 dipendenti. Per l'anno 2016, il numero di dipendenti crescerà a 30. Boltrics vuole attuare il suo obiettivo dichiarato Politica di occupazione sostenibile in cui, ora e in futuro, viene prestata attenzione allo sviluppo, alla crescita e alla felicità del lavoro dei propri dipendenti in un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e sano. Ciò significa sviluppare una visione sulla politica di occupabilità sostenibile e raggiungere una coerenza integrale tra le attività esistenti e le attività ancora necessarie.
