BRControls wil groeien en om dat te bereiken is het van belang de organisatie verder te professionaliseren zodat de juiste man op de juiste plek komt en dat BRControls doelgericht en een betrouwbare organisatie wordt die tot prestaties komt. BRControls heeft IJsselvliet gevraagd te helpen bij deze groeidoelstelling door de leiders te begeleiden en te coachen bij het ontwikkelen van de juiste vaardigheden. Door de reeds ingezette professionaliseringsslag is de organisatie de laatste jaren gegroeid in aantal mensen, taken en afstem- en beslismomenten. Het aansturen van de organisatie is daardoor complexer geworden waardoor andere vaardigheden van de leiders worden verwacht. (Dutch)

BRControls wants to grow and to achieve that it is important to further professionalise the organisation so that the right man comes to the right place and that BRControls becomes goal-oriented and a reliable organisation that achieves performance. BRControls has asked IJsselvliet to help with this growth goal by guiding and coaching the leaders in developing the right skills. Due to the professionalisation exercise already deployed, the organisation has grown in recent years in number of people, tasks and coordination and decision-making moments. As a result, the management of the organisation has become more complex and other skills are expected from the leaders. (English)
