Przedm. proj. jest popr. efekt. energ. budynku użyt. pub. - poprzez real. działań związanych z termomodernizacją budynku użyt. publ.- Gm. Ośrodka Kultury Sportu i Rekreacji w Dobromierzu, modernizacją źródeł ciepła z zastosowaniem pompy ciepła oraz montażem paneli fotowoltaicznych. W ramach inw. zrealizowane zostaną prace bud. takie jak: modern. co, modern. oświetlenia, wymiana drzwi zew., wymiana okien, modern. wentylacji, ocieplenie ścian zewn., ocieplenie stropu pod poddaszem nieogrzewanym, ocieplenie podłogi na gruncie. Inwestorem i beneficjentem wnioskującym o współfinansowanie proj. ze śr. RPO WD i jednocześnie stroną przy podpisywaniu umowy o dofinansowanie jest GD. Proj. real. będzie na gruntach będących własnością Gm. (Dobromierz, Pl. Wolności 19, działka nr 137/33 jedn. ew.Dobromierz 021903_2, Dobromierz 0004, powiat świdnicki, województwo dolnośląskie). Budynek ujęty jest w wykazie zabytków i położony w obszarze historycznego układu urbanistycznego wpisany do rejestru zabytków pod numerem A/2566/1942 decyzją z dnia 17.05.1967r. Za wdrożenie inwestycji Wniosk. odpowiedzialni będą pracownicy GD. Wszystkie zaangażowane w proj. osoby będą wykonywać swoje zadania w oparciu o przyjęty harmonogram robót i płatności. W celu zapewnienia prawidłowego wykonywania prac bud. przewidziano prowadzenie nadzoru inw. Harm. proj. uwzględnia także przeprowadzenie promocji proj. Proj. będzie realizowany zgodnie z przepisami wspólnotowymi i krajowymi, regulującymi m.in. kwestie konkurencji i zam. publ. Osoby odpowiedzialne za real przeds. posiadają doświadczenie niezbędne do prawidłowego przebiegu inwestycji. Wniosk. zapewni skuteczny syst. monitorowania, sprawozdawczości i ewaluacji proj.Za powstałą w wyniku real. proj. infrastrukturę i utrzymanie majątku odpowiedzialność ponosić będzie GD.Gm. posiada sporządzony proj.bud. i audyt energ. The building works will be carried out within the framework of the project, such as: modern. co, modern. lighting, replacement of the door, replacement of windows, modern ventilation, warming of the outer walls, warming of the ceiling under unheated attic, warming of the floor on the ground. Investor and beneficiary applying for co-financing of the project. The RPO of the DD and at the same time a party to the signing of the co-financing agreement is GD. Project real. will be on land owned by Gm. (Dobromierz, Pl. Freedom 19, plot no. 137/33 of Dobromierz 021903_2, Dobromierz 0004, Świdnicki District, Dolnośląskie Voivodeship). The building is included in the list of monuments and situated in the historical urban layout area entered in the Register of Monuments under No A/2566/1942 of Decision of 17.05.1967. Implementation of the investment Application will be responsible for GD employees. All persons involved in the project will perform their tasks based on the adopted schedule of works and payments. In order to ensure the proper execution of the work, the construction works provide for supervision of inw. Harm. the project also takes into account the promotion of the project. The project will be implemented in accordance with Community and national rules governing, inter alia, competition and publ. Le projet est corrigé par l’effet énergétique du bâtiment utilisé. pub. — par le biais d’activités liées à la thermomodernisation du bâtiment à l’aide de publ.- Municipalité du centre culturel sportif et récréatif de Dobromierz, modernisation des sources de chaleur à l’aide d’une pompe à chaleur et installation de panneaux photovoltaïques. Les travaux suivants seront réalisés dans le cadre du projet: moderne. co, moderne. éclairage, remplacement des portes, remplacement des fenêtres, moderne. ventilation, chauffage des murs extérieurs, réchauffement du plafond sous le grenier non chauffé, chauffage du sol au sol. L’investisseur et le bénéficiaire sollicitant un cofinancement du projet Le ROP WD et en même temps la partie lors de la signature de la convention de subvention est HD. Le projet réel sera sur un terrain appartenant à Gm. (Dobromierz, Pl. Liberties 19, terrain no 137/33, Dobromierz 021903_2, Dobromierz 0004, district de Świidnicki, voïvodie de Basse-Silésie). Le bâtiment est inclus dans la liste des monuments et est situé dans le domaine de l’urbanisme historique inscrit au registre des monuments sous le numéro A/2566/1942 par décision du 17.05.1967. Les employés de GD seront responsables de la mise en œuvre du projet. Das Projekt wird durch energetische Wirkung des genutzten Gebäudes korrigiert. — durch Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes unter Nutzung der Publ.- Gemeinde Sport- und Freizeitkulturzentrum in Dobromierz, Modernisierung der Wärmequellen durch eine Wärmepumpe und Installation von Photovoltaik-Panels. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Arbeiten durchgeführt: modern. co, modern. Beleuchtung, Austausch von Türen, Austausch von Fenstern, modern. Lüftung, Erwärmung der Außenwände, Erwärmung der Decke unter dem unbeheizten Dachboden, Erwärmung des Bodens auf dem Boden. Der Investor und Begünstigte, der eine Kofinanzierung des Projekts beantragt Die ROP WD und gleichzeitig die Partei bei der Unterzeichnung der Finanzhilfevereinbarung ist HD. Projekt real. wird auf Grundstücken von Gm. (Dobromierz, Pl. Freiheiten 19, Grundstück Nr. 137/33, Dobromierz 021903_2, Dobromierz 0004, Bezirk Świidnicki, Woiwodschaft Niederschlesien). Das Gebäude ist in der Liste der Denkmäler enthalten und befindet sich im Bereich der historischen Stadtplanung, die mit Beschluss vom 17.05.1967 im Denkmalregister unter der Nummer A/2566/1942 eingetragen ist. GD-Mitarbeiter sind für die Durchführung des Projekts verantwortlich. Alle an dem Projekt beteiligten Personen nehmen ihre Aufgaben auf der Grundlage des vereinbarten Zeitplans der Arbeiten und Zahlungen wahr. Um die ordnungsgemäße Ausführung der Arbeiten zu gewährleisten, sieht das Gebäude die Aufsicht anderer vor. Harm. proj. schließt auch die Durchführung von proj Aktionen. Das Projekt wird im Einklang mit den gemeinschaftlichen und einzelstaatlichen Vorschriften u. a. für Wettbewerb und Publ durchgeführt. Die für das reale Projekt verantwortlichen Personen verfügen über die Erfahrung, die für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Investition erforderlich ist. Die Schlussfolgerung wird ein wirksames System zur Überwachung, Berichterstattung und Bewertung des Projekts liefern. Für die daraus resultierende reale Infrastruktur und die Verantwortung für die Instandhaltung von Immobilien trägt GD.Gm. proj.bud. und energ audit. Het project wordt gecorrigeerd door het energetische effect van het gebruikte gebouw. pub. — door activiteiten in verband met de thermomodernisering van het gebouw met behulp van publ.- Gemeente Sport en Recreatie Cultuur Centrum in Dobromierz, modernisering van warmtebronnen met behulp van een warmtepomp en installatie van fotovoltaïsche panelen. De volgende werkzaamheden zullen in het kader van het project worden uitgevoerd: modern. co. modern. verlichting, vervanging van deuren, vervanging van ramen, moderne ventilatie, opwarming van de buitenmuren, opwarming van het plafond onder de onverwarmde zolder, opwarming van de vloer op de begane grond. De investeerder en begunstigde die een aanvraag tot medefinanciering van het project indient De ROP WD en tegelijkertijd de partij bij de ondertekening van de subsidieovereenkomst is HD. Project echt. zal zijn op land eigendom van Gm. (Dobromierz, Pl. Liberties 19, perceel nr. 137/33, Dobromierz 021903_2, Dobromierz 0004, district Świidnicki, woiwodschap Neder-Silez). Het gebouw is opgenomen in de lijst van monumenten en is gelegen in het gebied van de historische stedenbouwkundige ingeschreven in het register van monumenten onder nummer A/2566/1942 bij besluit van 17.05.1967. De medewerkers van GD zijn verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het project. Alle bij het project betrokken personen zullen hun taken uitvoeren op basis van het overeengekomen tijdschema van de werkzaamheden en betalingen. Om de goede uitvoering van de werkzaamheden te waarborgen, voorziet het gebouw in toezicht op anderen. Harm. proj. omvat ook het uitvoeren van proj promoties. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met de communautaire en nationale voorschriften inzake onder meer concurrentie en publ. De personen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het echte project beschikken over de nodige ervaring voor het goede verloop van de investering. De conclusie zal zorgen voor een effectief systeem van monitoring, rapportage en evaluatie van het project. Voor het resulterende echte. proj. infrastructuur en eigendom onderhoud verantwoordelijkheid zal worden gedragen door GD.Gm. heeft proj.bud. en energ audit voorbereid.
