Podniesienie kompetencji kadry dydaktycznej i technicznej (15 os.) w zakresie umiejętności prowadzenia zajęć w CSM do 31.12.20193. Podniesienie jakości kształcenia poprzez wzrost umiejętności praktycznych St. WSEI dzięki praktycznemu kształceniu 31.12.2020 r. i w okresie trwałości, weryfikowane wynikami egz. OSCE.Cele zostaną osiągnięte poprzez analizę, opisanie, zaplanowanie, ocenie jakości w Programie Rozwojowym dla kierunku Pielęgniarstwo.Kluczowym elementem PR będzie utworzenie CSM zgodnego z zaleceniami Raportu z Audytu składającego się z:- Sali opieki pielęgniarskiej sala wysokiej wierności; - Pomieszczenia kontrolnego dla sali opieki pielęgniarskiej;- Sali egz. OSCE;- Sali sym. z zakresu ALS;- Sali sym. z zakresu BLS;- Sali ćw. umiejętności pielęgniarskich;- Sali ćw.umiejętności technicznychWysoko specjalistyczne wyposażenie ww. pracowni.Kompleksowych szkoleń i staży kadry MCSM,10 instruktorów, 4 techników, 1 kier., celem będzie udział 15 osób przygotowujących do pisania scenariuszy, prowadzenie zajęć w CSM, debrifing, przeprowadzania egzaminów OSCE.Realizacji pilotażowych zajęć w CSM i egzaminów dla St I st. 120h - sprawdzenie w działaniu, ewaluacja (wyniki uwzględnione w doskonaleniu zajęć z kolejnymi rocz.) Objectif principal: Améliorer la qualité de l’enseignement en soins infirmiers à l’Université d’économie et d’innovation de Lublin grâce à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du programme de développement de l’université et au développement du centre de simulation médicale Monoprofil jusqu’au 31 décembre 2020 et pendant la période de durabilité.1. Création d’un CSM à WSEI à Lublin (projet 4) d’une superficie de 297 m², à l’intérieur duquel au moins 5 % des cours pratiques seront dispensés d’ici au 31.12.20202. Améliorer les compétences du personnel enseignant et technique (15 personnes) dans le domaine des compétences pédagogiques dans le cadre du MSC jusqu’au 31.12.20193. Améliorer la qualité de l’éducation en renforçant les compétences pratiques de St. WSEI grâce à une formation pratique au 31.12.2020 et pendant la période de permanence, vérifiée par les résultats de l’OSCE.Les objectifs seront atteints par l’analyse, la description, la planification et l’évaluation de la qualité dans le programme de développement pour la direction des soins infirmiers. L’élément clé du PR sera la création d’un CSM conformément aux recommandations du rapport d’audit comprenant:- salle de soins infirmiers haute fidélité; — Salles de contrôle pour la salle de soins infirmiers;- ex. salle de l’OSCE;- salle de sym. Hoofddoelstelling: Verbetering van de kwaliteit van het onderwijs in de verpleegkunde aan de Universiteit van Economie en Innovatie in Lublin door de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het ontwikkelingsprogramma van de universiteit en de ontwikkeling van het medische simulatiecentrum Monoprofil tot en met 31 december 2020 en gedurende de periode van duurzaamheid.1. Oprichting van een CSM in WSEI in Lublin (project 4) met een oppervlakte van 297 m², waarbinnen uiterlijk op 31 december 2020 ten minste 5 % van de praktijklessen zal worden gevolgd2. Verbetering van de competentie van onderwijzend en technisch personeel (15 personen) op het gebied van onderwijsvaardigheden in de CSM tot 31.12.20193. Het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van het onderwijs door het verhogen van de praktische vaardigheden van St. WSEI door middel van praktische opleiding op 31.12.2020 en tijdens de periode van permanentie, geverifieerd door de resultaten van de OVSE. Doelstellingen zullen worden bereikt door analyse, beschrijving, planning, beoordeling van de kwaliteit in het ontwikkelingsprogramma voor de richting van verpleegkunde.
