Celem głównym proj. jest podniesienie do 31.03.2019r. kompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych, informatycznych, w zakresie przedsiębiorczości, analitycznych w dziedzinie ZP i ZProj. 210 (160K/50M) stud. studiów stacj. i niestacj. 3K, WNEiZ, UMK oczekiwanych przez pracod. na rynku pracy poprzez realizację szkoleń certyfikowanych, zajęć warsztatowych, zadań praktycznych w formie proj., wizyt studyjnych wdrażanych w ramach PRK na rzecz dalszego kształcenia i/lub zatrudniania abs. Grupą docelową jest 210 stud. ostatnich 2 sem., stacj. i niestacj. 3K, I i II st., zarówno osoby pełnosprawne, jak i niepełnosprawne, infras. – baza edukacyjna UMK jest dostosowana dla osób niepełnosprawnych, a wszelkie materiały będą udostępniane również w formie, które umożliwią osobom niepełnosprawnym korzystanie z czytników elektronicznych. Proj. przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego PO WER poprzez realizację PRK WNEiZ UMK służącemu nabyciu przez 210 (160K/50M) stud. studiów stac. i niestac. ostatnich 2 sem. I i II st. kompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych, informatycznych, w zakresie przedsiębiorczości, analitycznych oczekiwanych przez pracodawców na rynku pracy. Osiągnięcie wskaźnika rezultatu w proj. dot. odsetka abs. uczelni objętych wsparciem, którzy kontynuowali kształcenie lub podjęli zatrudnienie w ciągu 6 m-cy od zakończenia kształcenia, określonego na poziomie 40% przyczyni się do osiągnięcia wskaźnika rezultatu celu szczegółowego PO WER. Cele proj. będą zrealizowane poprzez realizację Zadań: Zadanie 1. Rozwój kompetencji interpersonalnych (w tym: BK). Zadanie 2. Kompetencje Zawodowe i Komunikacyjne z zakresu ZP. Zadanie 3. Szkolenie certyfikowane, warsztaty i zadania praktyczne z zakresu ZP i Modelów Referencyjnych (MR). Zadanie 4. Zajęcia dodatkowe z otoczeniem społ.-gosp. (Polish)

The project will contribute to achieving the specific objective of PO WER through the implementation of the PRK WNEiZ UMK for the acquisition by 210 (160K/50M) of study studies, and not last 2 sem. Achieving the result indicator for the percentage of supported universities who have continued education or employment within 6 months of leaving education, set at 40 %, will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of PO WER. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître les compétences professionnelles, de communication, d’informatique, d’entrepreneuriat, d’analyse dans le domaine de ZP et de ZProj d’ici le 31.03.2019. 210 (160K/50M) studio. station. et intermittent. 3K, WNEiZ, UMK attendues par les travailleurs sur le marché du travail grâce à la mise en œuvre de formations certifiées, des ateliers, des tâches pratiques sous forme de projet, des visites d’étude réalisées dans le cadre du PRK pour l’éducation et/ou l’emploi abs. Le groupe cible est 210 studios. Les 2 derniers sem., la station. 3K, I et II, à la fois les personnes handicapées et les personnes handicapées, infra. — la base éducative de l’UMK est adaptée aux personnes handicapées, et tout le matériel sera également mis à disposition sous une forme qui permettra aux personnes handicapées d’utiliser des lecteurs électroniques. Le projet contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique de l’OP KED par la mise en œuvre du WNEiZ UMK PRK pour l’acquisition de 210 études (160K/50M). I et II. professionnels, communication, informatique, entreprenariat, compétences analytiques attendues des employeurs sur le marché du travail. La réalisation de l’indicateur de résultat dans le pourcentage prévu d’universités bénéficiant d’un soutien qui poursuivent leurs études ou qui ont un emploi dans les six mois suivant la fin de leurs études, fixé à 40 %, contribuera à la réalisation de l’indicateur de résultat de l’objectif spécifique de l’OP KED. Les objectifs du projet seront atteints par la mise en œuvre des tâches suivantes: Activité 1. Développement des compétences interpersonnelles (y compris: BK). Tâche 2. Compétences professionnelles et de communication dans le domaine de la ZP. Tâche 3. Formation certifiée, ateliers et tâches pratiques dans le domaine du ZP et des modèles de référence (MR). Tâche 4. Die letzten 2 sem, die Station. 3K, I und II, sowohl Menschen mit Behinderungen als auch Menschen mit Behinderungen, Infras. — die Bildungsbasis von UMK ist an Menschen mit Behinderungen angepasst, und alle Materialien werden auch in einer Form zur Verfügung gestellt, die es Menschen mit Behinderungen ermöglicht, elektronische Leser zu nutzen. Das Projekt wird zur Erreichung des spezifischen Ziels des OP KED beitragen, indem das WNEiZ UMK PRK für den Erwerb von 210 (160K/50M) Studien durchgeführt wird. I und II. Beruf, Kommunikation, IT, Unternehmertum, analytische Fähigkeiten, die von Arbeitgebern auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erwartet werden. Die Erreichung des Ergebnisindikators in dem projizierten Prozentsatz der geförderten Hochschulen, die innerhalb von sechs Monaten nach dem Schulabbruch eine Ausbildung oder Beschäftigung fortführen, wird zur Erreichung des Ergebnisindikators für das spezifische Ziel des OP KED beitragen. Die Ziele des Projekts werden durch die Durchführung der Aufgaben erreicht: Aktivität 1. Entwicklung interpersoneller Kompetenzen (einschließlich: BK). Aufgabe 2. De laatste 2 sem., het station. 3K, I en II, zowel personen met een handicap als personen met een handicap, infras. — de educatieve basis van UMK is aangepast voor mensen met een handicap, en alle materialen zullen ook beschikbaar worden gesteld in een vorm die mensen met een handicap in staat stelt elektronische lezers te gebruiken. Het project zal bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van de specifieke doelstelling van het OP KED door de uitvoering van de WNEiZ UMK PRK voor de verwerving van 210 (160K/50M) studies. I en II. professioneel, communicatie, IT, ondernemerschap, analytische vaardigheden die werkgevers op de arbeidsmarkt verwachten. Het bereiken van de resultaatindicator in het verwachte percentage ondersteunde universiteiten dat binnen zes maanden na het verlaten van het onderwijs onderwijs of een baan heeft voortgezet, vastgesteld op 40 %, zal bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van de resultaatindicator van de specifieke doelstelling van het OP KED.
