Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy w Mieście Ruda Śląska. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 195 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP w wieku 18-29 lat zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed in Ruda Śląska City. The project will support 195 people registered in the PUP aged 18-29 who are qualified for the I-aid profile (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de 18 à 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans la ville de Ruda Śląska. Le projet soutiendra 195 personnes inscrites à l’OLP âgées de 18 à 29 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeur actif») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «demande d’aide»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen im Alter von 18 bis 29 Jahren zu erhöhen, die in der Stadt Ruda Śląska arbeitslos sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden 195 Personen unterstützt, die im Alter von 18 bis 29 Jahren registriert sind und für das Beihilfeprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Beihilfeprofil II (sogenannte Förderbedürftige) in Betracht kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren tussen 18 en 29 jaar die werkloos zijn in de stad Ruda Śląska. Het project zal 195 personen ondersteunen die geregistreerd zijn in de PLO van 18-29 jaar en die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde steun vereisen). In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt.
