Projekt dotyczy budowy na terenie powiatu kaliskiego (POPC01_301184) sieci szerokopasmowej o łącznej długości 40,68 km. W wyniku realizacji projektu 1016 gospodarstw domowych oraz 2 jednostki publiczne uzyskają dostęp do Internetu o parametrach co najmniej 100 Mb/s. Powstanie także 113 węzłów dostępowych. Projekt realizowany będzie w ramach zadań: zaprojektowanie sieci zapewniającej możliwość dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach w powiecie kaliskim; budowa pasywnej infrastruktury szerokopasmowej wraz z dostawą i montażem pasywnych elementów infrastruktury szerokopasmowej w powiecie kaliskim; dostawa i montaż urządzeń telekomunikacyjnych stanowiących infrastrukturę aktywną sieci NGA w powiecie kaliskim; opracowanie dokumentacji powykonawczej dla prac przeprowadzonych w ramach projektu realizowanego w powiecie kaliskim. W wyniku realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca planuje stworzyć kompletną infrastrukturę Internetu szerokopasmowego i rozpocząć oferowanie świadczenia usług hurtowego dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach na wskazanym we wniosku terenie projektu, co przyczyni się do wyeliminowania terytorialnych różnic na terenie Polski w możliwości dostępu do Internetu szerokopasmowego, o wysokich przepustowościach. Głównym celem projektu jest realizacja sieci dostępowych umożliwiających korzystanie z szerokopasmowego Internetu przez odbiorców końcowych. Sieć telekomunikacyjna została zaplanowana z uwzględnieniem wykorzystania nowoczesnych technologii budowy sieci szerokopasmowych, zoptymalizowanych pod kątem budowy sieci światłowodowej FTTH (Fiber to the Home). FTTH to koncepcja zakładająca dostarczenie przewodów światłowodowych do każdego domu z osobna, gwarantując najwyższą możliwą do osiągnięcia obecnie prędkość przesyłu danych. The project concerns the construction of a broadband network in Kalisz county (POPC01_301184) with a total length of 40.68 km. As a result of the project, 1016 households and 2 public units will have access to the Internet with at least 100 Mbps. The project will be implemented as part of the following tasks: designing a high-speed broadband network in Kalisz County; the construction of passive broadband infrastructure with the delivery and assembly of passive broadband infrastructure in Kalisz County; supply and assembly of telecommunications equipment constituting the active infrastructure of the NGA network in the Kalisz district; preparation of post-executive documentation for works carried out within the framework of the project carried out in Kalisz County. As a result of the project, the applicant plans to create a complete broadband infrastructure and start offering wholesale high-speed broadband access services on the project indicated in the proposal, which will help to eliminate territorial differences in the high-speed broadband access possibilities in Poland. The main objective of the project is the implementation of access networks enabling the use of broadband Internet by end-users. The telecommunications network was planned to take into account the use of modern broadband technologies, optimised for the construction of the FTTH (Fiber to the Home) fibre network. FTTH is the concept of providing fiber optic cables to each house separately, guaranteeing the highest speed of data transmission currently possible. Le projet concerne la construction dans le district de Kalisz (POPC01_301184) d’un réseau à large bande d’une longueur totale de 40,68 km. Grâce au projet, 1016 ménages et 2 unités publiques auront accès à Internet avec au moins 100 Mbps. 113 nœuds d’accès seront également créés. Le projet sera réalisé dans le cadre des tâches suivantes: la conception d’un réseau internet haut débit à Kalisz; la construction d’infrastructures passives à haut débit ainsi que la fourniture et l’installation d’éléments d’infrastructure passive à haut débit dans le district de Kalisz; fourniture et installation d’équipements de télécommunications constituant une infrastructure active de réseaux NGA dans le district de Kalisz; préparation de la documentation as-construite pour les travaux réalisés dans le cadre d’un projet réalisé dans le district de Kalisz. À la suite du projet, la requérante prévoit de créer une infrastructure Internet à large bande complète et de commencer à offrir des services d’accès à l’internet haut débit à haut débit de gros sur le site du projet indiqué dans la demande, ce qui contribuera à éliminer les différences territoriales en Pologne en ce qui concerne la possibilité d’accès à haut débit. L’objectif principal du projet est de mettre en place des réseaux d’accès permettant aux utilisateurs finaux d’utiliser l’internet à large bande. Le réseau de télécommunications a été planifié en tenant compte de l’utilisation des technologies modernes pour la construction de réseaux à large bande, optimisés pour la construction de fibre optique FTTH (Fiber to the Home). FTTH est le concept de fournir des câbles à fibre optique à chaque maison individuellement, garantissant la vitesse de transfert de données la plus élevée qui peut actuellement être atteinte. Das Projekt betrifft den Bau eines Breitbandnetzes mit einer Gesamtlänge von 40,68 km im Landkreis Kalisz (POPC01_301184). Als Ergebnis des Projekts werden 1016 Haushalte und 2 öffentliche Einheiten mit mindestens 100 Mbit/s Internetzugang erhalten. 113 Zugangsknoten werden ebenfalls geschaffen. Das Projekt wird im Rahmen folgender Aufgaben durchgeführt: Entwicklung eines Hochgeschwindigkeits-Breitband-Internetnetzes in Kalisz; Bau einer passiven Breitbandinfrastruktur zusammen mit der Bereitstellung und Installation passiver Breitbandinfrastrukturelemente im Bezirk Kalisz; Lieferung und Installation von Telekommunikationsgeräten, die eine aktive Infrastruktur der NGA-Netze im Bezirk Kalisz darstellen; Vorbereitung der baulichen Dokumentation für die im Rahmen eines Projekts im Bezirk Kalisz durchgeführten Arbeiten. Als Ergebnis des Projekts plant der Antragsteller die Schaffung einer vollständigen Breitband-Internetinfrastruktur und die Bereitstellung von Hochgeschwindigkeits-Breitband-Internetzugangsdiensten auf dem in der Anwendung angegebenen Projektstandort, was dazu beitragen wird, die territorialen Unterschiede in Polen bei der Möglichkeit eines Hochgeschwindigkeits-Breitbandzugangs zu beseitigen. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Einrichtung von Zugangsnetzen, die den Endnutzern die Nutzung des Breitband-Internets ermöglichen. Das Telekommunikationsnetz wurde unter Berücksichtigung des Einsatzes moderner Technologien für den Bau von Breitbandnetzen geplant, die für den Bau von Glasfaser-FTTH (Fiber to the Home) optimiert sind. FTTH ist das Konzept der Lieferung von Glasfaserkabeln für jedes Haus individuell und garantiert die höchste Datenübertragungsgeschwindigkeit, die derzeit erreicht werden kann. Het project betreft de bouw in het district Kalisz (POPC01_301184) van een breedbandnetwerk met een totale lengte van 40,68 km. Als gevolg van het project zullen 1016 huishoudens en 2 openbare eenheden toegang krijgen tot internet met ten minste 100 Mbps. 113 toegangsknooppunten zullen ook worden gecreëerd. Het project wordt uitgevoerd in het kader van de volgende taken: het ontwerpen van een breedbandinternetnetwerk met hoge snelheid in Kalisz; aanleg van passieve breedbandinfrastructuur in combinatie met de levering en installatie van passieve breedbandinfrastructuurelementen in het district Kalisz; levering en installatie van telecommunicatieapparatuur die een actieve infrastructuur van NGA-netwerken in het district Kalisz vormt; opstellen van as-built documentatie voor werken uitgevoerd in het kader van een project uitgevoerd in Kalisz district. Als gevolg van het project is de aanvrager voornemens een volledige breedbandinternetinfrastructuur tot stand te brengen en te beginnen met het aanbieden van wholesalediensten voor snelle breedbandinternettoegang op de in de aanvraag vermelde projectsite, hetgeen zal helpen om de territoriale verschillen in Polen in de mogelijkheid van snelle breedbandtoegang weg te werken. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is de totstandbrenging van toegangsnetwerken die eindgebruikers in staat stellen breedbandinternet te gebruiken. Het telecommunicatienetwerk is gepland rekening houdend met het gebruik van moderne technologieën voor de aanleg van breedbandnetwerken, geoptimaliseerd voor de bouw van glasvezel FTTH (Fiber to the Home). FTTH is het concept van het leveren van glasvezelkabels aan elk huis afzonderlijk, het garanderen van de hoogste gegevensoverdracht snelheid die momenteel kan worden bereikt.
