SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).Celem Projektu jest opracowanie innowacji produktowej w postaci znacząco ulepszonej usługi opartej o innowacyjne narzędzie SendGuard wykorzystujące technologie Machine Learning oraz AI do analizy szerokiego spektrum parametrów wysyłki w wiadomościach e-mail marketingowych oraz wiadomościach transakcyjnych. Rezultat Projektu dedykowany jest podmiotom, które na co dzień w komunikacji ze swoimi odbiorcami docelowymi używają wskazanych rodzajów maili jednak ze względu na występujący globalnie problem spamu napotykają problemy ze skutecznym dotarciem do swoich odbiorców. Ponadto, odbiorcami pośrednimi rezultatu Projektu będą użytkownicy skrzynek pocztowych, których główną potrzebą jest otrzymywanie bezpiecznych, a jednocześnie spersonalizowanych wiadomości. Unikalne cechy rezultatu Projektu zostaną osiągnięte dzięki przeprowadzonym pracom B+R ukierunkowanym na opracowanie samouczących się modeli do dokonywania oceny złożonych parametrów wiadomości, które będą charakteryzowały się metrykami sukcesu na wysokim poziomie od 0.9590 do 980.992 trafności w zależności od analizowanego elementu (parametry metryk sukcesu zależne od konkretnej klasyfikacji). oraz szybkością dokonywanej oceny (nawet do 250 wiadomości na sek.). Innowacja produktowa stanowić będzie innowację co najmniej w skali świata z zakresem KIS nr 10. Projekt znajduje się obecnie na III TRL, zaś rozwinięcie do IX TRL nastąpi poprzez realizację prac B+R realizowanych w oparciu o zasoby kadrowe i infrastrukturalne, a także know how Wnioskodawcy. Wyniki projektu będą skutecznie chronione poprzez objęcie ich tajemnicą przedsiębiorstwa w rozumieniu art. 11 pkt. 4 ustawy z 16 kwietnia 1993 r. o zwalczaniu nieuczciwej konkurencji (...). (Polish)

SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. UE L 187/1 of 26.06.2014).The aim of the Project is to develop product innovation in the form of a significantly improved service based on the innovative SendGuard tool using Machine Learning and AI technologies to analyse a wide range of shipping parameters in e-mail marketing and transaction messages. The result of the Project is dedicated to entities who use the indicated types of emails in communication with their target recipients, but due to the global problem of spam, they encounter problems with reaching their recipients effectively. In addition, indirect recipients of the Project result will be users of mailboxes whose main need is to receive secure and personalised messages. The unique features of the Project’s result will be achieved through R & D works aimed at developing self-learning models to evaluate complex message parameters, which will be characterised by success metrics of high levels of 0.9590 to 980.992 accuracy depending on the item analysed (parameters of success metrics depending on a particular classification). and the rate of evaluation (up to 250 messages per sec). Product innovation will be an innovation at least worldwide with the scope of KIS No 10. The project is currently on the III TRL, and development to the IX TRL will take place through the implementation of R & D works carried out on the basis of human resources and infrastructure, as well as know how the Applicant. EU L 187/1 du 26.6.2014).L’objectif du projet est de développer une innovation de produit sous la forme d’un service considérablement amélioré, basé sur l’outil innovant SendGuard utilisant les technologies de l’apprentissage automatique et de l’IA pour analyser un large éventail de paramètres d’expédition dans les courriels marketing et les messages de transaction. Le résultat du projet est dédié aux entités qui, au quotidien, utilisent les types spécifiés d’emails en communication avec leur public cible, mais en raison du problème mondial du pourriel, elles rencontrent des difficultés pour atteindre leurs destinataires efficacement. En outre, les destinataires indirects du résultat du projet seront les utilisateurs de boîtes aux lettres, dont le principal besoin est de recevoir des messages sécurisés mais personnalisés. Les caractéristiques uniques du résultat du projet seront obtenues grâce aux travaux de R-D réalisés pour élaborer des modèles d’autoapprentissage pour évaluer des paramètres de message complexes, qui seront caractérisés par des mesures de succès de haut niveau de 0,9590 à 980.992 pertinence selon l’élément analysé (les paramètres des mesures de succès en fonction de la classification spécifique) et la vitesse d’évaluation (jusqu’à 250 messages par seconde). Juni 2014 zur Feststellung der Vereinbarkeit bestimmter Gruppen von Beihilfen mit dem Binnenmarkt in Anwendung der Artikel 107 und 108 AEUV (ABl. URZ. EU L 187/1 vom 26.06.2014).Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine Produktinnovation in Form eines deutlich verbesserten Service auf der Grundlage des innovativen SendGuard-Tools mit Machine Learning und KI-Technologien zu entwickeln, um eine Vielzahl von Versandparametern in Marketing-E-Mails und Transaktionsnachrichten zu analysieren. Das Ergebnis des Projekts ist Unternehmen gewidmet, die täglich die angegebenen Arten von E-Mails in der Kommunikation mit ihren Zielgruppen verwenden, aber aufgrund des globalen Problems von Spam haben sie Probleme, ihre Empfänger effektiv zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus werden die indirekten Empfänger des Projektergebnisses E-Mail-Nutzer sein, deren Hauptaufgabe darin besteht, sichere, aber personalisierte Nachrichten zu erhalten. Het resultaat van het project is gewijd aan entiteiten die dagelijks de gespecificeerde soorten e-mails gebruiken in de communicatie met hun doelgroepen, maar als gevolg van het wereldwijde probleem van spam worden ze geconfronteerd met problemen om hun ontvangers effectief te bereiken. Daarnaast zullen de indirecte ontvangers van het projectresultaat postbusgebruikers zijn, waarvan de belangrijkste behoefte bestaat in het ontvangen van beveiligde, maar gepersonaliseerde berichten. De unieke kenmerken van het project zullen worden bereikt door middel van de O & O-werkzaamheden die worden uitgevoerd om zelflerende modellen te ontwikkelen voor de evaluatie van complexe berichtparameters, die zullen worden gekenmerkt door succesmetingen op hoog niveau van 0,9590 tot 980.992 relevantie, afhankelijk van het te analyseren element (de parameters van successtatistieken afhankelijk van de specifieke classificatie) en de snelheid van de beoordeling (tot 250 berichten per seconde).
