Planowana inwestycja polegać będzie na zakupie i montażu 1 instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 39,975 kW na dachu budynku usługowego firmy "AREX" Arkadiusz Karpik zlokalizowanego na działkach nr 30/7 i 30/10 w miejscowości Tolejny z wykorzystaniem 123 szt. paneli fotowoltaicznych. Do realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji nie są wymagane pozwolenie na budowę, ani uzyskanie decyzji środowiskowej. Uzyskana energia będzie wykorzystywana na potrzeby własne przedsiębiorstwa. Realizacja projektu jest uzasadniona zarówno ekonomicznie, środowiskowo, społecznie i gospodarczo oraz przyczyni się do osiągania założonych przez Unię Europejską wytycznych. Etapy realizacji: 1. Etap przygotowań –wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności 2. Etap Wdrożenia- zakup i montaż: a) paneli fotowoltaicznych (123 szt.) b) inwerter (1 szt. 40 kW) c) układ pomiarowy (1 kpl.) d) instalacja odgromowa (1 kpl.) e) połączenia wyrównawcze (1 kpl.) f) instalacja przeciwprzepięciowa (1 kpl.) g) ochrona od porażeń (1 kpl.) Projekt jest zgodny ze Strategią rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego województwa warmińsko- mazurskiego do roku 2025 oraz wpisuje się w SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 gdyż przyczynia się do realizacji zaplanowanych ww. dokumentach celów w tym celu tematycznego działania Wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich sektorach,projekt jest zgodny wskaźnikami określonymi w SzooP Projekt realizuje cel Działania 4.1 zwiększony udział odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu poprzez zakup i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 39,975 kW. Projekt zakończy się w ciągu 1 roku od daty podpisania umowy o dofinansowanie. Niniejszy projekt będzie miał wpływ na realizację zaplanowanego w RPO W-M specyficznego wskaźnika rezultatu określonego dla programu jakim jest „udział energii elektrycznej produkowanej ze źródeł odnawialnych w produkcji energii elektrycznej ogółem” do 2023r. do poziomu 81,29% (Polish)

The planned investment will consist of the purchase and installation of 1 photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 39,975 kW on the roof of the service building “AREX” Arkadiusz Karpik located on plots no. 30/7 and 30/10 in the town of Tolejny using 123 photovoltaic panels. No building permit or environmental decision is required for the implementation of the investment. The energy obtained will be used for the enterprise’s own needs. The implementation of the project is both economically, environmentally, socially and economically justified and will contribute to achieving the guidelines set by the European Union. Stages of implementation: 1. Preparation phase – selection of the contractor in accordance with the principle of competitiveness 2. Implementation stage – purchase and assembly: a) photovoltaic panels (123 pcs) b) inverter (1 pcs. 40 kW) (c) measuring system (1 kpl.) (d) lightning system (1 cpl.) e) compensatory connections (1 kpl.) f) surge suppression system (1 kpl.) g) protection against injuries (1 stpl.) The project is in line with the socio-economic development strategy of Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship until 2025 and is part of the SZOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 as it contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the aforementioned documents for this purpose thematic action Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors, the project complies with the indicators set out in SZOOP The project implements the objective of Measure 4.1 increased share of renewable energy sources in the region’s overall energy balance by purchasing and installing a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 39,975 kW. The project will be completed within 1 year from the date of signature of the grant agreement. L’investissement prévu consistera en l’achat et l’installation d’une installation photovoltaïque d’une capacité de 39,975 kW sur le toit du bâtiment de service «AREX» Arkadiusz Karpik situé sur les parcelles nos 30/7 et 30/10 dans la ville de Tolejny en utilisant 123 panneaux photovoltaïques. Aucun permis de construire ou décision environnementale n’est requis pour la mise en œuvre de l’investissement. L’énergie obtenue sera utilisée pour répondre aux besoins propres de l’entreprise. La mise en œuvre du projet est à la fois justifiée sur les plans économique, environnemental, social et économique et contribuera à la réalisation des orientations fixées par l’Union européenne. Le projet est conforme à la stratégie de développement socio-économique de la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie jusqu’en 2025 et fait partie du SZOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 dans la mesure où il contribue à la réalisation des objectifs des documents susmentionnés à cette fin. le projet est conforme aux indicateurs définis dans SZOOP Le projet met en œuvre l’objectif de la mesure 4.1 d’augmenter la part des sources d’énergie renouvelables dans le bilan énergétique global de la région en achetant et en installant une installation photovoltaïque d’une capacité de 39,975 kW. Le projet sera achevé dans un délai d’un an à compter de la date de signature de la convention de subvention. Die geplante Investition besteht in der Anschaffung und Installation von 1 Photovoltaik-Anlage mit einer Kapazität von 39,975 kW auf dem Dach des Servicegebäudes „AREX“ Arkadiusz Karpik auf den Grundstücken Nr. 30/7 und 30/10 in der Stadt Tolejny mit 123 Photovoltaik-Panels. Für die Durchführung der Investition ist keine Baugenehmigung oder Umweltentscheidung erforderlich. Die gewonnene Energie wird für den eigenen Bedarf des Unternehmens verwendet. Die Durchführung des Projekts ist wirtschaftlich, ökologisch, sozial und wirtschaftlich gerechtfertigt und wird zur Verwirklichung der von der Europäischen Union festgelegten Leitlinien beitragen. Durchführungsphasen: 1. Vorbereitungsphase – Auswahl des Auftragnehmers nach dem Grundsatz der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit 2. Umsetzungsphase – Kauf und Montage: a) Photovoltaik-Panels (123 Stück) b) Wechselrichter (1 Stk. 40 kW) c) Messsystem (1 kpl.) (d) Blitzsystem (1 cpl.) e) Ausgleichsanschlüsse (1 kpl.) f) Überspannungsunterdrückungssystem (1 kpl.) g) Schutz vor Verletzungen (1 Stpl.) De geplande investering zal bestaan uit de aankoop en installatie van 1 fotovoltaïsche installatie met een capaciteit van 39,975 kW op het dak van het servicegebouw „AREX” Arkadiusz Karpik, gelegen op percelen nr. 30/7 en 30/10 in de stad Tolejny met 123 fotovoltaïsche panelen. Voor de uitvoering van de investering is geen bouwvergunning of milieubesluit vereist. De verkregen energie zal worden gebruikt voor de eigen behoeften van de onderneming. De uitvoering van het project is zowel economisch, ecologisch, sociaal als economisch gerechtvaardigd en zal bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van de richtsnoeren van de Europese Unie. Fasen van de tenuitvoerlegging: 1. Voorbereidingsfase — selectie van de contractant overeenkomstig het beginsel van concurrentievermogen 2. Het project is in overeenstemming met de sociaal-economische ontwikkelingsstrategie van Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship tot 2025 en maakt deel uit van het SZOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020, aangezien het bijdraagt aan de verwezenlijking van de doelstellingen van de bovengenoemde documenten voor dit doel thematische actie Ondersteuning van de overgang naar een koolstofarme economie in alle sectoren, het project voldoet aan de in SZOOP uiteengezette indicatoren. Met het project wordt uitvoering gegeven aan de doelstelling van maatregel 4.1, een groter aandeel hernieuwbare energiebronnen in de totale energiebalans van de regio door de aankoop en installatie van een fotovoltaïsche installatie met een capaciteit van 39,975 kW.
