Przedsięwzięcie polega na wdrożeniu na rynek wysoce efektywnej technologii produkcji wielkowolumenowej (zintegrowanego systemu gwintowania, detekcji oraz separacji detali tłoczonych na zimno na prasie postępowej). Dzięki zastosowaniu prototypowego urządzenia do monitoringu produkcji, firma może zamknąć całość procesu tłoczenia, zgrzewania, kontroli jakości gwintowania w JEDNEJ OPERACJI, a nie jak w dotychczas stosowanej na rynku SEKWENCJI powyższych OPERACJI, które w istotny sposób wpływają na wydłużenie się czasu i kosztów procesu: - NIŻSZE KOSZTY PRODUKCJI (EFEKTYWNOŚĆ): Nowa technologia w przypadku serii na poziomie 200 000 sztuk daje aż 37,7% oszczędności; - WYŻSZA JAKOŚĆ: wprowadzenie do procesu opracowanego przez firmę prototypu urządzenia do kontroli jakości ogranicza ryzyka pojawienia się błędów jakościowych (np. pominięcia operacji) poprzez uproszczenie sekwencji produkcyjnej. The project consists of the implementation of a highly efficient large-volume production technology (integrated threading, detection and separation of cold pressed parts in the progressive press). Thanks to the use of a prototype production monitoring device, the company can close the entire stamping, welding, quality control of threading in the ONE OPERATION, and not as in the existing SECVENCE of the above OPERATION, which significantly increase the time and cost of the process: — LOWER PRODUCTION COSTS (EFFICIENCY): New technology in the case of a series of 200 000 units gives as much as 37.7 % savings; — HIGHER QUALITY: the introduction of a prototype quality control device into the company’s process reduces the risk of quality errors (e.g. omission of operations) by simplifying the production sequence. The project will contribute to the development of other companies from the Silesian Voivodeship. (English)

Le projet consiste en la mise en œuvre d’une technologie de production de gros volumes très efficace (filage intégré, détection et séparation des pièces pressées à froid dans la presse progressive). Grâce à l’utilisation d’un prototype de dispositif de surveillance de la production, l’entreprise peut fermer l’ensemble de l’estampage, du soudage, du contrôle de qualité du filetage dans l’OPÉRATION ONE, et non comme dans le SECVENCE existant de l’OPÉRATION ci-dessus, ce qui augmente considérablement le temps et le coût du processus: — RÉDUCTION DES COÛTS DE PRODUCTION (EFFICACITÉ): Les nouvelles technologies dans le cas d’une série de 200 000 unités permettent d’économiser jusqu’à 37,7 %; — QUALITÉ SUPÉRIEURE: L’introduction d’un prototype de dispositif de contrôle de la qualité dans le processus de l’entreprise réduit le risque d’erreurs de qualité (par exemple, omission des opérations) en simplifiant la séquence de production. Le projet contribuera au développement d’autres entreprises de la Voïvodie de Silésie. (French)

Das Projekt besteht in der Umsetzung einer hocheffizienten Großserien-Produktionstechnologie (integriertes Gewinden, Detektion und Trennung von kaltgepressten Teilen in der progressiven Presse). Durch den Einsatz eines Prototypenüberwachungsgeräts kann das Unternehmen das gesamte Stanzen, Schweißen, die Qualitätskontrolle des Gewindes in der ONE OPERATION schließen, und nicht wie in der bestehenden SECVENCE der oben genannten OPERATION, die die Zeit und die Kosten des Prozesses deutlich erhöhen: — GERINGERE PRODUKTIONSKOSTEN (EFFIZIENZ): Die neue Technologie bei einer Reihe von 200 000 Einheiten ermöglicht Einsparungen von bis zu 37,7 %; — HÖHERE QUALITÄT: die Einführung eines Prototypen-Qualitätskontrollgeräts in den Prozess des Unternehmens reduziert das Risiko von Qualitätsfehlern (z. B. Betriebsauslassung) durch Vereinfachung der Produktionsablauf. Das Projekt wird zur Entwicklung anderer Unternehmen aus der Woiwodschaft Schlesien beitragen. (German)

Het project bestaat uit de implementatie van een zeer efficiënte grootschalige productietechnologie (geïntegreerde schroefdraad, detectie en scheiding van koudgeperste onderdelen in de progressieve pers). Dankzij het gebruik van een prototype productie monitoring apparaat, kan het bedrijf de volledige stempelen, lassen, kwaliteitscontrole van het draadsnijden in de ONE OPERATION sluiten, en niet zoals in de bestaande SECVENCE van de bovenstaande OPERATION, die de tijd en kosten van het proces aanzienlijk verhogen: LAGERE PRODUCTIEKOSTEN (EFFICIËNTIE): Nieuwe technologie voor een reeks van 200 000 eenheden levert een besparing van 37,7 % op; — HOGERE KWALITEIT: de invoering van een prototype voor kwaliteitscontrole in het proces van het bedrijf vermindert het risico op kwaliteitsfouten (bv. weglaten van bewerkingen) door de productievolgorde te vereenvoudigen. Het project zal bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van andere bedrijven uit het Silezische woiwodschap. (Dutch)
