Celem projektu jest wypracowanie i przetestowanie modelowego rozwiązania w zakresie integracji i rozwoju usług społecznych, adresowanego do ogółu mieszkańców Starachowic, poprzez utworzenie centrum usług społecznych, jako nowej jednostki organizacyjnej Gminy w okresie 1.11.2020 - 30.04.2023 r.CUSbędzie podmiotem, który kompleksowo zintegruje i skoordynuje realizację usług społecznych. Realizacja usług społ. będzie realizowana częściowo siłami własnymi, oraz poprzezzlecanie usług społ.na zewnątrz - powyżej 35 %(in house, konkursy w trybie pożytku publ.,zamówienia publ. z klauzulą społeczną) podmiotom ekonomii społecznej (PES),posiadającym zasoby i kompetencje do zrealizowania zleconych zadań.Wsparciem zostaną objęte 162 osoby (115K) - mieszkańcy Starachowic, klienci CUS, tj. osoby starsze oraz osoby doświadczające kryzysu w rodzinie, a także 3 społeczności lokalne na obszarze Miasta Starachowice (2 terytorialne i 1 kategorialna).Cel P. zostanie zrealizowany poprzez następujące zadania:1. Kamień Milowy nr 1 - Opracowanie Planu Wdrażania CUS2. Kamień Milowy nr 2 - Realizacja Planu Wdrażania CUS3. Kamień Milowy nr 3 - Aktualizacja i Realizacja Planu Wdrażania CUS4. The aim of the project is to develop and test a model solution in the field of integration and development of social services addressed to all residents of Starachowice, through the creation of a social services centre as a new organizational unit of the Municipality in the period 1.11.2020-30.04.2023.CUS will be an entity that comprehensively integrates and coordinates the implementation of social services. The implementation of social services will be carried out partly by own forces, and by outsourced services – more than 35 % (in house, competitions in the use mode of publ., public procurement with a social clause) social economy entities (PES), who have the resources and competence to carry out the tasks assigned.The support will cover 162 people (115K) – residents of Starachowice, clients of CUS, i.e. elderly people and people experiencing a crisis in the family, as well as 3 local communities in the area of Starachowice (2 territorial and 1 category). The Pel will be fulfilled through the following tasks:1. Milowy Stone No. 1 – Development of the CUS2 Implementation Plan. Milowy Stone No. 2 – Implementation of the CUS3 Implementation Plan. L’objectif du projet est de développer et de tester une solution modèle dans le domaine de l’intégration et du développement des services sociaux adressé à tous les résidents de Starachowice, à travers la création d’un centre de services sociaux en tant que nouvelle unité organisationnelle de la municipalité au cours de la période 1.11.2020-30.04.2023.CUS sera une entité qui intègre et coordonne de manière globale la mise en œuvre des services sociaux. La mise en œuvre des services sociaux s’effectuera en partie par des forces propres et par des services externalisés — plus de 35 % (en interne, concours dans le mode d’utilisation du publ., marchés publics avec clause sociale) entités d’économie sociale (SPE), qui ont les ressources et les compétences nécessaires à l’exécution des tâches assignées.Le soutien couvrira 162 personnes (115K) — résidents de Starachowice, clients du CUS, c’est-à-dire les personnes âgées et les personnes en crise au sein de la famille, ainsi que 3 communautés locales dans la zone de Starachowice (2 territorial et 1 catégorie). Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung und Erprobung einer Modelllösung im Bereich der Integration und Entwicklung sozialer Dienstleistungen, die an alle Bewohner von Starachowice gerichtet sind, durch die Schaffung eines Sozialdienstzentrums als neue Organisationseinheit der Gemeinde im Zeitraum 1.11.2020-30.04.2023.CUS wird eine Einheit sein, die die Umsetzung von Sozialleistungen umfassend integriert und koordiniert. Die Umsetzung der sozialen Dienstleistungen wird zum Teil von eigenen Kräften und ausgelagerten Dienstleistungen durchgeführt – mehr als 35 % (im Haus, Wettbewerbe im Nutzungsmodus von Publ., öffentliches Beschaffungswesen mit Sozialklausel) sozialwirtschaftliche Einrichtungen (SPE), die über die Ressourcen und die Kompetenz zur Erfüllung der zugewiesenen Aufgaben verfügen.Die Unterstützung wird 162 Personen (115K) – Bewohner von Starachowice, Kunden von CUS, d. h. ältere Menschen und Menschen, die eine Krise in der Familie haben, sowie 3 lokale Gemeinschaften im Bereich Starachowice (2 territoriale und 1 Kategorie) abdecken. Het doel van het project is het ontwikkelen en testen van een modeloplossing op het gebied van integratie en ontwikkeling van sociale diensten gericht aan alle inwoners van Starachowice, door de oprichting van een sociaal dienstencentrum als een nieuwe organisatorische eenheid van de gemeente in de periode 1.11.2020-30.04.2023.CUS zal een entiteit zijn die de implementatie van sociale diensten uitgebreid integreert en coördineert.
