Przedmiotem realizowanego projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja budynku oświatowego Szkoły Podstawowej w Kunowie, należącego do Gminy Kunów. Zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych został ustalony na podstawie wcześniej przygotowanego audytu efektywności energetycznej. Zakres termomodernizacji obejmuje: wymianę stolarki okiennej; docieplenie ścian; wykonanie cokołu budynku; opaska wokół budynku i schody zewnętrzne; ocieplenie stropodachu; utwardzenie terenu; roboty instalacyjne: demontaż instalacji c.o., modernizację instalacji c.o., technologia kotłowni; instalacje elektryczne: prace demontażowe, przewodowanie – WLZ, tablice, przewodowanie osprzęt, oprawy, instalacja wyrównawcza, pomiary, instalacja odgromowa i wyrównawcza oraz montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 34kW. Realizacji projektu przyczyni się do osiągnięcia oszczędności energii elektrycznej o 12,44 MWh/rok, energii cieplnej o 3 728,75 GJ/rok oraz zmniejszenia zużycia energii końcowej o 3898,99 GJ/rok w roku docelowym 2018. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na redukcję emisji CO2 o 248,2 tony w roku 2018, oraz na zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej o 1281291,27 kWh/rok w roku 2018. Projekt obejmuje modernizację 1 szt. budynku – PSP w Kunowie o powierzchni ogrzewanej 2583,30 m2, modernizację 1 szt. źródła ciepła (wymiana kotła gazowego) oraz montaż 1 szt. jednostki (kpl.) fotowoltaicznej – produkcja energii z OZE 34,89 MWh/rok. Projekt przyczyni się do realizacji celu szczegółowego dla osi priorytetowej 3. Efektywna i zielona energia, działania 3.3 i celu szczegółowego „Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków publicznych oraz sektora mieszkaniowego”, poprzez podniesienie efektywności energetycznej placówki oświatowej na terenie gminy Kunów – PSP w Kunowie, budynku jednostki organizacyjnej Gminy – instytucji publicznej. Projekt obejmuje głęboką termomodernizację budynku PSP w Kunowie, która doprowadzi do osiągnięcia ograniczenia zużycia energii końcowej o 83% po zrealizowaniu przedsięwzięcia. (Polish)

The subject of the project is a deep thermal modernisation of the primary school building in Kunów, which belongs to the Kunów Commune. The scope of thermal modernisation work was established on the basis of a pre-prepared audit of energy efficiency. The scope of thermal retrofitting includes: replacement of window joinery; wall warming; construction of the building pedestal; a band around the building and an external staircase; warming of ceilings; hardening of the terrain; installation works: dismantling of central heating installations, modernisation of central heating installations, boiler room technology; electrical installations: disassembly work, conduction – WLZ, plates, wiring of accessories, luminaires, levelling system, measurements, lightning and levelling system and installation of 34 kW photovoltaic installation. The project will contribute to saving electricity by 12.44 MWh/year, thermal energy by 3, 728.75 GJ/year and reduction of final energy consumption by 3898.99 GJ/year in the 2018 target year. The project will reduce CO2 emissions by 248.2 tonnes in 2018 and reduce annual primary energy consumption by 1281291.27 kWh/year in 2018. The project includes modernisation of 1 units of the building – PSP in Kunów with a heated area of 2583.30 m², modernisation of 1 units of heat source (exchange of gas boiler) and installation of 1 PV units – production of energy from RES 34.89 MWh/year. The project will contribute to the specific objective for priority axis 3. Efficient and green energy, actions 3.3 and the specific objective “Increased energy efficiency of public buildings and the housing sector”, by increasing the energy efficiency of the educational establishment in Kunów – PSP in Kunów, building of the organizational unit of the Municipality – public institution. The project involves a deep thermal modernisation of the PSP building in Kunów, which will lead to a reduction of final energy consumption by 83 % after the project has been completed. (English)

L’objet du projet est une thermomodernisation profonde du bâtiment éducatif de l’école primaire de Kunów, appartenant à la commune de Kunów. La portée des travaux de thermomodernisation a été déterminée sur la base d’un audit préétabli en matière d’efficacité énergétique. Le champ d’application de la thermomodernisation comprend: remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres; isolation des murs; construction d’un socle de bâtiment; bracelet autour du bâtiment et des escaliers extérieurs; réchauffement de la tourelle; durcissement du terrain; travaux d’installation: démantèlement des installations de chauffage central, modernisation des installations de chauffage central, technologie des chaufferies; installations électriques: démontage, conduction — WLZ, planches, appareils câblés, luminaires, installation compensatoire, mesures, installation de foudre et de compensation et installation photovoltaïque de 34 kW. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à réaliser des économies d’électricité de 12,44 MWh/an, l’énergie thermique de 3 728,75 GJ/an et une réduction de la consommation finale d’énergie de 3898,99 GJ/an au cours de l’année cible 2018. Le projet permettra de réduire les émissions de CO2 de 248,2 tonnes en 2018 et de réduire la consommation annuelle d’énergie primaire de 1 281 291,27 kWh/an en 2018. Le projet comprend la modernisation d’un bâtiment — PSP à Kunów avec une surface chauffée de 2 583,30 m², la modernisation de 1 pcs de source de chaleur (remplacement de la chaudière à gaz) et l’installation d’une unité (copie) photovoltaïque — production d’énergie à partir de RES 34,89 MWh/an. Le projet contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique de l’axe prioritaire 3. Énergie efficace et verte, mesure 3.3 et objectif spécifique «Amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments publics et du secteur du logement», en augmentant l’efficacité énergétique de l’établissement d’enseignement de la municipalité de Kunów — PSP à Kunów, construction de l’unité organisationnelle de la commune — institution publique. Gegenstand des Projekts ist eine tiefgreifende Thermomodernisierung des Bildungsgebäudes der Grundschule in Kunów, die zur Gemeinde Kunów gehört. Der Umfang der Thermomodernisierungsarbeiten wurde auf der Grundlage eines vorbereiteten Energieeffizienzaudits festgelegt. Der Umfang der Thermomodernisierung umfasst: Austausch von Fenstertischlerei; Isolierung der Wände; Bau eines Gebäudesockels; Armband um das Gebäude und Außentreppe; Erwärmung des Turms; Aushärtung des Geländes; Installationsarbeiten: Demontage von Zentralheizungsanlagen, Modernisierung von Zentralheizungsanlagen, Kesselraumtechnik; elektrische Anlagen: Demontage, Leitung – WLZ, Boards, Kabelbefestigungen, Leuchten, Ausgleichsmontage, Messungen, Blitz- und Ausgleichsmontage sowie Installation einer 34 kW Photovoltaikanlage. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, Stromeinsparungen um 12,44 MWh/Jahr, thermische Energie um 3 728,75 GJ/Jahr und eine Senkung des Endenergieverbrauchs um 3898,99 GJ/Jahr im Zieljahr 2018 zu erreichen. Das Projekt wird die CO2-Emissionen 2018 um 248,2 Tonnen senken und 2018 den jährlichen Primärenergieverbrauch um 1 281 291,27 kWh/Jahr senken. Das Projekt umfasst die Modernisierung von 1 Gebäude – PSP in Kunów mit einer beheizten Fläche von 2 583,30 m², Modernisierung von 1 Stück Wärmequelle (Gaskesselaustausch) und Installation von 1 Einheit (Kopie) Photovoltaik – Erzeugung von Energie aus RES 34,89 MWh/Jahr. Das Projekt wird zur Verwirklichung des spezifischen Ziels der Prioritätsachse 3 beitragen. Effektive und grüne Energie, Maßnahme 3.3 und Einzelziel „Erhöhung der Energieeffizienz öffentlicher Gebäude und Wohnungswesen“, durch Erhöhung der Energieeffizienz der Bildungseinrichtung in Kunów – PSP in Kunów, Bau der Organisationseinheit der Gemeinde – eine öffentliche Einrichtung.
