Materialnym efektem realizacji projektu parasolowego będzie wprowadzenie na obszar sześciu gmin zrzeszonych w Staropolskim Związku Miast i Gmin (SZGiM), tj.: Końskie, Fałków, Radoszyce, Ruda Maleniecka, Smyków i Słupia Konecka, technologii umożliwiającej wykorzystanie energii odnawialnej. Planowane jest wybudowanie 427 instalacji wykorzystujących energię słoneczną. Zostaną zamontowane nowe instalacje OZE tj.: - ins. fotowoltaiczne (389 szt.) wytwarzające energię elektryczną - dod. zdolność wytwarzania e. elektr. 1,04 MWe, - ins. solarne (38 szt.) wytwarzające energię cieplną - dod. zdolność wytwarzania e. cieplnej 0,16 MWte. W ramach projektu przewidziano też promocję oraz nadzór inwestorski. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest SZGiM działający w imieniu mieszkańców w/w gmin. Realizacja projektu jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane problemy Gmin oraz ich mieszkańców. Głównym celem Projektu jest zwiększenie wykorzystania OZE w ogólnej produkcji energii na terenie 6 Gmin SZGiM. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów bezpośr. jakie wynikają z analizy problemów i potrzeb Wnioskodawcy. Są to: 1. Zwiększenie wielkości produkcji e. elektrycznej (959,18 MWhe/rok) i cieplnej (115,5 MWht/rok) pochodzącej z OZE. 2. Poprawa jakości powietrza atmosferycznego dzięki redukcji zanieczyszczeń, w tym redukcja CO2 802,37 [tony równoważnika CO2/rok], PM10: 0,2146 (t PM10/rok). 3. Podniesienie jakości i poziomu życia społeczności lokalnej. Cel projektu jest zgodny z celami określonymi w RPO WŚ na lata 2014-2020 dla osi 3, w szczególności zwiększony udział energii produkowanej z OZE w ogólnej produkcji energii w woj. świętokrzyskim oraz ograniczona emisja pyłów i substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery. Projekt bezpośrednio wpisuje się w cel Działania 3.1., a mianowicie zwiększony udział energii produkowanej z OZE w ogólnej produkcji energii w woj. świętokrzyskim. The material effect of the umbrella project will be the introduction into the area of six communes associated in the Staropolska Association of Cities and Municipalities (SZGiM), i.e.: Horse, Fałków, Radoszyce, Ruda Maleniecka, Smyków and Słupia Konecka, technology enabling the use of renewable energy. It is planned to build 427 installations using solar energy. New RES installations will be installed, i.e.: — photovoltaic ins. (389 pcs) generating electricity – additional capacity to produce e. electr. 1,04 MWe, – solar ins. (38 pieces) producing thermal energy – added capacity to produce e. thermal e. 0,16 MWte. The project also includes promotion and investor supervision. The project applicant is SZGiM acting on behalf of the residents in the abovementioned communes. Implementation of the project is a response to the identified problems of the Municipalities and their inhabitants. The main objective of the project is to increase the use of RES in total energy production in the area of 6 Municipalities of SZGiM. This objective will be achieved through the implementation of the direct objectives resulting from the analysis of the problems and needs of the Applicant. These are: 1. Increase in electricity production volumes (959.18 MWhe/year) and heat (115.5 MWht/year) originating from RES. 2. Improving ambient air quality by reducing pollutants, including CO2 reduction of 802,37 [tonnes of CO2/year], PM10: 0,2146 (t PM10/year). 3. Improving the quality and standard of living of the local community. The project’s objective is in line with the objectives set out in the WWW ROP for the years 2014-2020 for axis 3, in particular the increased share of energy produced from RES in total energy production in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship and reduced emissions of dust and harmful substances into the atmosphere. The project is directly in line with the objective of Measure 3.1, namely the increased share of energy produced from RES in the overall production of energy in Świętokrzyskie voivodship. L’effet matériel du projet-cadre sera l’introduction dans la zone de six municipalités affiliées à l’Association des villes et municipalités de Staropolski (SZGiM), c’est-à-dire: Horse, Falks, Radoszyce, Ruda Maleniecka, Smyków et Słupia Konecka, technologie permettant l’utilisation des énergies renouvelables. Il est prévu de construire 427 installations solaires. De nouvelles installations SER seront installées, c’est-à-dire: — photovoltaïque (389 unités) produisant de l’électricité — capacité supplémentaire pour produire e. électr. 1,04 MWe, — solaire (38 unités) produisant de l’énergie thermique — capacité ajoutée pour produire de la chaleur e. 0,16 MWte. Le projet prévoit également la promotion et la supervision des investisseurs. Le demandeur du projet est SZGiM agissant au nom des habitants des communes susmentionnées. La mise en oeuvre du projet est une réponse aux problèmes identifiés par les municipalités et leurs résidents. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’utilisation des SER dans la production énergétique globale dans 6 municipalités de SZGiM. Cet objectif sera atteint par la réalisation des objectifs directs résultant de l’analyse des problèmes et des besoins du demandeur. Il s’agit de: 1. Augmentation du volume de la production d’électricité (959,18 MWhe/an) et de la production thermique (115,5 MWh/an) provenant des SER. 2. Amélioration de la qualité de l’air ambiant par la réduction de la pollution, y compris la réduction du CO2 802,37 [tonnes d’équivalent CO22/an], PM10: 0,2146 (t PM10/an). 3. Améliorer la qualité et le niveau de vie de la communauté locale. L’objectif du projet est conforme aux objectifs fixés dans le ROP WW 2014-2020 pour l’axe 3, en particulier la part accrue de l’énergie produite à partir de SER dans la production totale d’énergie dans la voïvodie de Świętokrzyskie et la réduction des émissions de poussières et de substances nocives dans l’atmosphère. Le projet est directement conforme à l’objectif de l’action 3.1, à savoir une augmentation de la part de l’énergie produite à partir de SER dans la production totale d’énergie dans la province de Świętokrzyskie. Der wesentliche Effekt des Dachprojekts ist die Einführung in den Bereich von sechs Gemeinden, die dem Staropolski Verband der Städte und Gemeinden (SZGiM) angeschlossen sind, d. h.: Pferde, Falks, Radoszyce, Ruda Maleniecka, Smyków und Słupia Konecka, Technologie, die die Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien ermöglicht. Geplant ist der Bau von 427 Solaranlagen. Neue EE-Anlagen werden installiert, d. h.: — Photovoltaik (389 Einheiten), die Strom erzeugen – zusätzliche Kapazität zur Erzeugung von e. e. 1,04 MWe, – Solar (38 Einheiten), die thermische Energie erzeugen – erhöhte Kapazität zur Erzeugung von e. Wärme 0,16 MWte. Das Projekt sieht auch eine Förderung und Investorenaufsicht vor. Antragstellerin des Projekts ist SZGiM, die im Namen der Bewohner der oben genannten Gemeinden handelt. Die Durchführung des Projekts ist eine Antwort auf die von den Gemeinden und ihren Bewohnern festgestellten Probleme. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Steigerung der Nutzung von EE bei der Gesamtenergieerzeugung in 6 Gemeinden von SZGiM. Dieses Ziel wird erreicht, indem die direkten Ziele erreicht werden, die sich aus der Analyse der Probleme und Bedürfnisse des Antragstellers ergeben. Dabei handelt es sich um: 1. Steigerung des Volumens der Stromerzeugung (959,18 MWhe/Jahr) und der thermischen Produktion (115,5 MWht/Jahr) aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen. 2. Verbesserung der Luftqualität durch Verringerung der Umweltverschmutzung, einschließlich Reduzierung von CO2 802,37 [Tonnen CO2-Äquivalent2/Jahr], PM10: 0,2146 (t PM10/Jahr). 3. Verbesserung des Qualitäts- und Lebensstandards der lokalen Gemeinschaft. Das Ziel des Projekts steht im Einklang mit den Zielen des ROP WW 2014-2020 für Achse 3, insbesondere dem erhöhten Anteil der aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen erzeugten Energie an der Gesamtenergieerzeugung in der Woiwodschaft Świętokrzyskie und den verringerten Staub- und Schadstoffemissionen in die Atmosphäre. Das Projekt steht unmittelbar im Einklang mit dem Ziel von Aktion 3.1, nämlich einem erhöhten Anteil an Energie aus erneuerbaren Quellen an der Gesamtenergieerzeugung in der Provinz Świętokrzyskie. Het materiële effect van het overkoepelende project is de introductie in het gebied van zes gemeenten die zijn aangesloten bij de vereniging van steden en gemeenten Staropolski (SZGiM), d.w.z.: Horse, Falks, Radoszyce, Ruda Maleniecka, Smyków en Słupia Konecka, technologie die het gebruik van hernieuwbare energie mogelijk maakt. Het is de bedoeling om 427 zonne-installaties te bouwen. Er zullen nieuwe RES-installaties worden geïnstalleerd, d.w.z.: — fotovoltaïsche (389 eenheden) die elektriciteit opwekken — extra capaciteit om e. elektric te produceren. 1,04 MWe, — zonne-energie (38 eenheden) die thermische energie produceert — toegevoegde capaciteit voor het opwekken van warmte 0,16 MWte. Het project voorziet ook in promotie en toezicht op investeerders. De aanvrager van het project is SZGiM die optreedt namens de bewoners van bovengenoemde gemeenten. De uitvoering van het project is een antwoord op de problemen die zijn vastgesteld door de gemeenten en hun bewoners. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het verhogen van het gebruik van hernieuwbare energiebronnen bij de totale energieproductie in 6 gemeenten van SZGiM. Dit doel zal worden bereikt door de verwezenlijking van de directe doelstellingen die voortvloeien uit de analyse van de problemen en behoeften van de aanvrager. Dit zijn: 1. Toename van het volume van de elektriciteitsproductie (959,18 MWhe/jaar) en thermische productie (115,5 MWht/jaar) uit hernieuwbare energiebronnen. 2. Verbetering van de luchtkwaliteit door vermindering van de verontreiniging, inclusief vermindering van CO2 802,37 [ton CO2-equivalent2/jaar], PM10: 0,2146 (t PM10/jaar). 3. Verbetering van de kwaliteit en de levensstandaard van de lokale gemeenschap. De doelstelling van het project is in overeenstemming met de doelstellingen van de ROP WW 2014-2020 voor as 3, met name het toegenomen aandeel van energie uit hernieuwbare energiebronnen in de totale energieproductie in Świętokrzyskie woiwodschap en de verminderde uitstoot van stof en schadelijke stoffen in de atmosfeer. Het project is rechtstreeks in overeenstemming met de doelstelling van actie 3.1, namelijk een groter aandeel energie uit hernieuwbare energiebronnen in de totale energieproductie in de provincie Świętokrzyskie.
