Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 162 os. bezr. (94K i 68M) zarejestr. w PUP w Bytowie, zam. teren pow. bytow., dla których w wyniku profilowania został ustalony profil pomocy I lub II, znaj. się w najtr. sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłą. os. przed ukoń. 30 r. ż.), tj. należących do wszys. nastę. grup: os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiet, os. z niepełnosprawnościami, os. długotrwale bezrobotnych, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach. Celem proj. jest podniesienie zdolności do uzyskania zatrudnienia przez 162 ucz. projektu RPO - Rynek Pracy Otwarty dla wszystkich z pow. bytow. w l.2016r.-2018r. Cele szczegółowe proj.: włącznie 162 ucz. w proces doradczy pozwalający wyznaczyć indywidualną ścieżkę rozwoju i wzmocnić kompetencje kluczowe wymagane na rynku pracy w l. 2016-2018 - dostosowanie i podniesienie kwalifikacji 90 ucz. do potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy w pow. bytow. w l. 2016-2018 - wspieranie podjęcia aktywności zawodowej w pow. bytow. przez 162 ucz. i zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego w l. 2016-2018 - uzyskanie zatrudnienia przez min. 45% ucz. z terenu pow. bytow. w l. 2016-2018. Cel projektu zgodny z celem szczeg. RPO WP 2014-2020 wpisuje się m.in. w Strategię Rozwoju Społeczno-Gospodarczego Pow. Bytow. na lata 2015-2020, Cel strategiczny: Poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców pow. bytow., Cel operacyjny 2: Wzrost jakości kapitału ludzkiego, str.175, Strategię Rozwoju Województwa Pomorskiego do 2020r. Cel strategiczny 2 Aktywni mieszkańcy, 2.1 Wysoki poziom zatrudnienia str. 40. Proj. real. będzie przez PUP w Bytowie w partnerstwie. Do proj. zostanie wniesiony wkład własny wynoszący co najmniej 5% budżetu proj. Dział.: rekrutacja, dział. służące indywidualizacji wsparcia poprzez indyw. i grup. porad. zawod. oraz pośr. pracy. The project is addressed to the group of 162 people mer. (94K and 68M) registered at the PUP in Bytów, Zam. area of living area, for which the profile of aid I or II was established as a result of profiling, know each other in the most difficult situation on the labour market (excl. person before the end. 30), i.e. belonging to all groups: people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 162 students of the RPO project – Labour Market Open to all of the living area in l.2016r.-2018. Specific objectives of the project: inclusive 162 learner in the advisory process to determine individual development paths and strengthen key competences required on the labour market in 2016-2018 – adapting and upgrading the skills of 90 learners to meet the needs of the local labour market in the period 2016-2018 – supporting the taking up of professional activity in the area of life by 162 students and gaining professional experience in the years 2016-2018 – gaining employment by at least 45 % of students from the area of living area in the years 2016-2018. The objective of the project is consistent with the objective of detail. RPO WP 2014-2020 is part of the Pow Social and Economic Development Strategy. Bytow. for the years 2015-2020, Strategic objective: Improving the quality of life of inhabitants of the area, Operational objective 2: Increase in the quality of human capital, p. 175, Pomeranian Voivodship Development Strategy to 2020. Le projet s’adresse au groupe de 162 personnes qui n’en ont pas. (94K et 68M) enregistrés dans le PUP de Bytów, zone pour laquelle, à la suite du profilage, un profil d’aide I ou II a été établi, connaissent la situation sur le marché du travail (à une exception près. 30 ans), c’est-à-dire appartenant à tous les groupes: les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité de 162 étudiants du projet ROP — Marché du travail ouvert à toutes les régions en 2016-2018. Objectifs spécifiques du projet: un total de 162 leçons dans le processus de conseil permettant de déterminer le parcours individuel de développement et de renforcer les compétences clés requises sur le marché du travail en 2016-2018 — adapter et améliorer les qualifications de 90 étudiants aux besoins du marché du travail local dans la région d’existence en 2016-2018 — soutenir l’accès à l’activité professionnelle dans le domaine de la vie par 162 étudiants et acquérir une expérience professionnelle en 2016-2018 — obtenir un emploi pour au moins 45 % des étudiants de la zone de résidence en 2016-2018. Objectif du projet conformément à l’objectif spécifique. Le PP ROP 2014-2020 fait partie de la stratégie de développement économique et social Pow. Das Projekt richtet sich an die Gruppe von 162 Personen ohne. (94K und 68M) registriert in der PUP in Bytów, das Gebiet, für das aufgrund von Profiling ein Profil der Beihilfe I oder II erstellt wurde, mit der Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt (mit Ausnahme. 30 Jahre alt), d. h. zu allen Gruppen gehören: Personen ab 50 Jahren, Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, Geringqualifizierte. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von 162 Studierenden des ROP-Projekts – Arbeitsmarkt offen für alle Regionen in den Jahren 2016-2018 zu erhöhen. Spezifische Ziele des Projekts: insgesamt 162 Lektionen im Beratungsprozess, die es ermöglichen, den individuellen Entwicklungspfad zu bestimmen und die in den Jahren 2016-2018 auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erforderlichen Schlüsselkompetenzen zu stärken – Anpassung und Verbesserung der Qualifikationen von 90 Studierenden an die Bedürfnisse des lokalen Arbeitsmarktes in der bestehenden Region in den Jahren 2016-2018 – Unterstützung der Aufnahme einer beruflichen Tätigkeit im Bereich des Lebens durch 162 Studierende und Erwerb von Berufserfahrung in den Jahren 2016-2018 – Erlangung einer Beschäftigung für mindestens 45 % der Studierenden aus dem Wohngebiet in den Jahren 2016-2018. Ziel des Projekts im Einklang mit dem spezifischen Ziel. ROP PP 2014-2020 ist Teil der Strategie für wirtschaftliche und soziale Entwicklung Pow. Het project is gericht tot de groep van 162 personen zonder. (94K en 68M) ingeschreven bij de PUP in Bytów, het gebied waarvoor op grond van profilering een steunprofiel I of II is vastgesteld, is bekend met de situatie op de arbeidsmarkt (met uitzondering van de situatie op de arbeidsmarkt. 30 jaar oud), d.w.z. behorend tot alle groepen: personen van 50 jaar en ouder, vrouwen, personen met een handicap, langdurig werklozen, laaggeschoolden. Het doel van het project is de inzetbaarheid van 162 studenten van het ROP-project — Arbeidsmarkt open voor alle regio’s in 2016-2018 te vergroten. Specifieke doelstellingen van het project: in totaal 162 lessen in het adviesproces waarmee het individuele ontwikkelingstraject kan worden bepaald en de sleutelcompetenties die in 2016-2018 vereist zijn op de arbeidsmarkt kunnen worden versterkt — aanpassing en verbetering van de kwalificaties van 90 studenten aan de behoeften van de lokale arbeidsmarkt in de regio waar ze bestaan in 2016-2018 — ondersteuning van het starten van een beroepsactiviteit in het domein van het leven door 162 studenten en het opdoen van beroepservaring in 2016-2018 — het verwerven van een baan voor ten minste 45 % van de studenten uit het woongebied in 2016-2018.
