Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 106 osób bezrobotnych z powiatu kościerskiego zarejestrowanych w PUP. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych, dla których został ustalony profil pomocy I lub profil pomocy II, znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia), tj. należące co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Cele szczegółowe projektu: • Aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej 50% uczestników projektu. • Podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu. Działania: • Rekrutacja oraz diagnoza uczestników projektu. • Pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania oraz poradnictwa zawodowego. • Tworzenie warunków sprzyjających podnoszeniu zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych, obejmujące m.in. działania na rzecz uzyskania, zmiany lub podnoszenia kwalifikacji zawodowych w formie szkoleń indywidualnych lub grupowych oraz zdobycia doświadczeń zawodowych w miejscu pracy dzięki zatrudnieniu w ramach refundowanych stanowisk pracy. • Wsparcie w zakresie rozwoju przedsiębiorczości i samozatrudnienia dzięki jednorazowym środkom na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej. Głównym efektem projektu będzie podjęcie, a następnie utrzymanie przez min. 3 miesiące, zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 39 uczestników projektu (bez osób, które otrzymają jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej). Projekt wpisuje się w cele i założenia RPO WP na lata 2014-2020. Projekt realizowany jest zgodnie z Ustawą PZP, Ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia (...), SzOOP i pozostałym prawodawstwem krajowym, politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi, w tym polityką równości szans i niedyskryminacji oraz koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju. The project is addressed to a group of 106 unemployed persons from the Kościerskie county registered in the PUP. The aim of the project is to increase the employment of unemployed persons for whom the I aid profile or the aid II profile of the most vulnerable persons on the labour market (excluding those before the age of 30 years) have been established, i.e. belonging to at least one of the following groups: people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled. Specific objectives of the project: • Professional activation of at least 50 % of project participants. • Increasing the employability of project participants. Actions: • Recruitment and diagnosis of project participants. • Deep analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant in the form of an Individual Action Plan and Vocational guidance. • Creating conditions conducive to increasing the employability of unemployed people, including measures aimed at obtaining, changing or improving professional qualifications in the form of individual or group training and gaining professional experience in the workplace through employment in the framework of reimbursed jobs. • Support for the development of entrepreneurship and self-employment through one-off measures to start a business. The main effect of the project will be to undertake and then maintain for a minimum of 3 months employment by at least 39 participants of the project (without people who will receive one-off funds to start a business). The project fits in with the objectives and objectives of the ROP of the WP for the years 2014-2020. The project is implemented in accordance with the PHP Act, the Employment Promotion Act (...), the Shoop and other national legislation, policies and principles of the Community, including the policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the concept of sustainable development. Le projet s’adresse à un groupe de 106 chômeurs du comté de Kościerskie inscrits à l’OLP. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’emploi des chômeurs pour lesquels un profil d’aide I ou un profil d’aide II a été établi, les plus vulnérables sur le marché du travail (à l’exclusion des personnes âgées de plus de 30 ans), c’est-à-dire appartenant à au moins l’un des groupes suivants: les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées. Objectifs spécifiques du projet: • Activation professionnelle d’au moins 50 % des participants au projet. • Accroître l’employabilité des participants au projet. Actions: • Recrutement et diagnostic des participants au projet. • Analyse approfondie des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels d’un participant au projet donné sous la forme d’un plan d’action individuel et d’orientation professionnelle. • Créer des conditions propices à l’amélioration de l’employabilité des chômeurs, y compris des mesures d’acquisition, de reconversion ou d’amélioration des qualifications professionnelles sous la forme d’une formation individuelle ou collective, et d’acquérir une expérience professionnelle sur le lieu de travail par l’emploi dans des emplois remboursés. • Soutien au développement de l’esprit d’entreprise et du travail indépendant par des mesures ponctuelles de démarrage. Le principal effet du projet sera de démarrer, puis de maintenir pendant au moins 3 mois l’emploi d’au moins 39 participants au projet (sans les personnes qui recevront des fonds ponctuels pour démarrer une entreprise). Le projet est conforme aux objectifs et aux objectifs du PP ROP 2014-2020. Le projet est mis en œuvre conformément à la loi PZP, à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi (...), au SzOOP et à d’autres législations, politiques et principes communautaires nationaux, y compris la politique d’égalité des chances et de non-discrimination et le concept de développement durable. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigung von Arbeitslosen zu erhöhen, für die ein Beihilfeprofil I oder das Beihilfeprofil II festgelegt wurde, die am stärksten gefährdeten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt (mit Ausnahme derjenigen vor 30 Jahren), d. h. mindestens einer der folgenden Gruppen angehören: Menschen ab 50 Jahren, Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose und Geringqualifizierte. Spezifische Ziele des Projekts: • Professionelle Aktivierung von mindestens 50 % der Projektteilnehmer. • Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Projektteilnehmer. Maßnahmen: • Rekrutierung und Diagnose von Projektteilnehmern. • Eingehende Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädisposition und der beruflichen Probleme eines bestimmten Projektteilnehmers in Form eines individuellen Aktionsplans und einer Berufsberatung. • Schaffung von Voraussetzungen für die Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Arbeitslosen, einschließlich Maßnahmen zum Erwerb, Umschulung oder Verbesserung von Berufsqualifikationen in Form von Einzel- oder Gruppenschulungen und zur Erlangung von Berufserfahrung am Arbeitsplatz durch Beschäftigung in erstatteten Arbeitsplätzen. • Förderung der Entwicklung von Unternehmertum und selbständiger Erwerbstätigkeit durch einmalige Start-up-Maßnahmen. Der Haupteffekt des Projekts wird darin bestehen, die Beschäftigung von mindestens 39 Projektteilnehmern (ohne Personen, die einmalige Mittel erhalten, um ein Unternehmen zu gründen) zu beginnen und dann mindestens drei Monate lang zu halten. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit den Zielen und Zielen des ROP PP 2014-2020. Het project is gericht op een groep van 106 werklozen uit de provincie Kościerskie die in de PLO zijn ingeschreven. Doel van het project is de werkgelegenheid te vergroten van werklozen voor wie een steunprofiel I of steunprofiel II is vastgesteld, de meest kwetsbaren op de arbeidsmarkt (met uitzondering van degenen vóór de leeftijd van 30 jaar), d.w.z. die behoren tot ten minste een van de volgende groepen: mensen van 50 jaar en ouder, vrouwen, mensen met een handicap, langdurig werklozen, laaggeschoolden. Specifieke doelstellingen van het project: • Professionele activering van ten minste 50 % van de projectdeelnemers. • De inzetbaarheid van projectdeelnemers vergroten. Acties: • Werving en diagnose van projectdeelnemers. • Grondige analyse van de vaardigheden, aanleg en professionele problemen van een bepaalde projectdeelnemer in de vorm van een individueel actieplan en loopbaanbegeleiding. • Het scheppen van voorwaarden die bevorderlijk zijn voor de verbetering van de inzetbaarheid van werklozen, met inbegrip van maatregelen om beroepskwalificaties te verwerven, om te scholen of te verbeteren in de vorm van individuele of groepsopleidingen, en om werkervaring op de werkplek op te doen door middel van een betaalde baan. • Steun voor de ontwikkeling van ondernemerschap en zelfstandige arbeid door middel van eenmalige start-upmaatregelen. Het belangrijkste effect van het project zal zijn om de werkgelegenheid van ten minste 39 projectdeelnemers te starten en vervolgens ten minste drie maanden in stand te houden (zonder mensen die eenmalig geld ontvangen om een bedrijf te starten). Het project is in overeenstemming met de doelstellingen en doelstellingen van het OP PP 2014-2020.
