Projekt polega na odtworzeniu sprzętu medycznego dla Oddziału Intensywnej Terapii. W ramach projektu Oddział zostanie doposażony w specjalistyczny sprzęt medyczny: centralę+10 kardiomonitorów, łóżka elektryczne z wbudowaną wagą,respiratory,monitor do ciągłego pomiaru parametrów hemodynamicznych,system ogrzewania pacjentów,urządzenie do ogrzewania płynów infuzyjnych, system do kontrolowanej insulinoterapii, aparat do badań USG z głowicą kardiologiczną i brzuszną, pompy infuzyjne, aparat RTG przyłóżkowy, defibrylator dwufaz. Sprzęt tenjest niezbędny do świadczenia opieki na drugim poziomie referencyjnym. Posiadany aktualnie sprzęt medyczny jest wyeksploatowany i brakuje części zamiennych do podzespołów. Projekt nie zakłada zwiększenia liczby łóżek,otrzymał pozytywną opinię o celowości inwestycji wydaną przez Wojewodę Opolskiego i jest zgodny z mapą potrzeb zdrowotnych dla województwa opolskiego w zakresie leczenia szpitalnego opublikowaną przez Min. Zdrowia. Projekt jest zgodny z planem działań w sektorze zdrowia. ZOZ Nysa posiada umowę o udzielaniu świadczeń opieki zdrowotnej ze środków publicznych w zakresie anestezjologii i intensywnej terapii II poziom referencyjny. Oddział Intensywnej Terapii Szpitala w Nysie ma zakontraktowanych z NFZ 10 stanowisk dla pacjentów. Projekt wpisuje się w przedmiot konkursu 10.1.1 Infrastruktura 10.1.1 Infrastruktura ochrony zdrowia w zakresie profilaktyki zdrowotnej mieszkańców regionu RPO WO 2014-2020 tj: Inwestycje w infrastrukturę i wyposażenie podnoszące wydajności usług medycznych w zakresie anestezjologii oraz intensywnej terapii. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstaną następujące produkty: liczba wspartych podmiotów leczniczych szt. 1, nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury medycznej 1 890 000 zł, liczba szpitali objętych wsparciem w programie świadczących usługi zdrowotne 1szt. The project consists of reconstructing medical equipment for the Intensive Care Division. Within the framework of the project, the branch will be equipped with specialised medical equipment: control panel+ 10 cardiomonitors, electric beds with built-in weight, respirators, monitor for continuous measurement of haemodynamic parameters, patient heating system, infusion fluid heating device, system for controlled insulin therapy, ultrasound test apparatus with cardiology and abdominal head, infusion pumps, adjoining x-ray apparatus, defibrillator two-phase. This equipment is necessary for the provision of care at the second reference level. The current medical equipment is exploited and spare parts for components are missing. The project does not assume an increase in the number of beds, received a positive opinion on the purpose of the investment issued by the Opolskie Voivodeship and is in accordance with the map of health needs for the Opolskie voivodship in the field of hospital treatment published by Min. Health. The project is in line with the action plan in the health sector. ZOZ Nysa has a public health care contract in the field of anaesthesiology and intensive care II reference level. The Department of Intensive Therapy of Nysa Hospital has 10 posts contracted with NFZ for patients. The project fits into the subject of the competition 10.1.1 Infrastructure 10.1.1 Health care infrastructure in the field of health prevention of residents of the ROP region 2014 to 2020, i.e.: Investments in infrastructure and equipment to improve the efficiency of medical services in anaesthesiology and intensive care. As a result of the project, the following products will be created: number of supported medicinal entities pc. 1, investment outlays for the purchase of medical equipment 1 890 000 PLN, number of hospitals supported in the programme providing health services 1pcs. Le projet consiste à reconstruire l’équipement médical de la Direction de la thérapie intensive. Dans le cadre du projet, la Direction générale sera équipée d’équipement médical spécialisé: panneau de commande + 10 cardiomoniteurs, lits électriques avec poids intégré, respirateurs, moniteur pour la mesure continue des paramètres hémodynamiques, système de chauffage du patient, dispositif de chauffage des fluides pour perfusion, système d’insuline thérapeutique contrôlée, appareil d’échographie de la tête cardiologique et abdominale, pompes à perfusion, appareil de radiographie près du lit, défibrillateur biphasé. Cet équipement est nécessaire pour la prestation de soins au deuxième niveau de référence. Le matériel médical actuellement en possession est épuisé et il manque des pièces de rechange pour les composants. Le projet ne prévoit pas d’augmentation du nombre de lits, a reçu un avis positif sur la pertinence de l’investissement émis par le Gouverneur d’Opolskie et est conforme à la carte des besoins de santé de la province d’Opolskie en matière de soins hospitaliers publiée par le Ministère de la santé. Le projet est conforme au plan d’action en matière de santé. ZOZ Nysa a conclu un accord sur la fourniture de soins de santé publics dans le domaine de l’anesthésie et des soins intensifs. Le département de thérapie intensive de l’hôpital de Nysa compte 10 postes de patients sous contrat depuis la Nouvelle-Zélande. Le projet fait partie de l’objet de la concurrence 10.1.1 Infrastructures 10.1.1 Infrastructures de soins de santé dans le domaine de la prévention de la santé des résidents de la région ROP 2014-2020, c’est-à-dire: Investissements dans les infrastructures et les équipements destinés à améliorer la performance des services médicaux en anesthésie et en soins intensifs. Les produits suivants seront créés à la suite du projet: nombre d’entités médicinales soutenues 1, dépenses d’investissement pour l’achat de matériel médical 1 890 000 PLN, nombre d’hôpitaux soutenus dans le cadre du programme fournissant des services de santé 1pcs. Das Projekt besteht in der Rekonstruktion medizinischer Geräte für die Intensivtherapie Branch. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird die Zweigstelle mit spezialisierter medizinischer Ausrüstung ausgestattet: Bedienfeld + 10 Kardiomonitore, elektrische Betten mit eingebautem Gewicht, Atemschutzgeräte, Monitor zur kontinuierlichen Messung von hämodynamischen Parametern, Patientenheizung, Infusionsflüssigkeitsheizgerät, kontrolliertes Insulintherapiesystem, kardiologische und Bauchkopf-Ultraschallgeräte, Infusionspumpen, Nahbett-Röntgenapparat, Zweiphasen-Defibrillator. Diese Ausrüstung ist für die Versorgung auf der zweiten Bezugsebene erforderlich. Die derzeit im Besitz befindliche medizinische Ausrüstung ist erschöpft und Ersatzteile für Bauteile fehlen. Das Projekt sieht keine Erhöhung der Bettenzahl vor, erhielt eine positive Stellungnahme zur Angemessenheit der vom Gouverneur von Opolskie getätigten Investitionen und steht im Einklang mit der vom Gesundheitsministerium veröffentlichten Karte des Gesundheitsbedarfs der Provinz Opolskie. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit dem Aktionsplan für Gesundheit. ZOZ Nysa hat eine Vereinbarung über die Bereitstellung der öffentlichen Gesundheitsversorgung im Bereich der Anästhesiologie und Intensivpflege. Die Intensivtherapieabteilung des Nysa-Krankenhauses verfügt über 10 Patientenpositionen, die vom NFZ in Auftrag gegeben werden. Das Projekt ist Teil des Wettbewerbs 10.1.1 Infrastruktur 10.1.1 Gesundheitsinfrastruktur im Bereich der Gesundheitsvorsorge für Einwohner der Region ROP 2014-2020, d. h.: Investitionen in Infrastruktur und Ausrüstung zur Verbesserung der Leistungsfähigkeit medizinischer Dienstleistungen in der Anästhesiologie und Intensivpflege. Folgende Produkte werden als Ergebnis des Projekts erstellt: Anzahl der geförderten medizinischen Einrichtungen 1, Investitionsausgaben für den Kauf von medizinischer Ausrüstung 1 890 000 PLN, Anzahl der im Rahmen des Programms zur Erbringung von Gesundheitsdienstleistungen unterstützten Krankenhäuser 1 Stück. Het project bestaat uit het reconstrueren van medische apparatuur voor de Intensive Therapy Branch. In het kader van het project zal het filiaal worden uitgerust met gespecialiseerde medische apparatuur: bedieningspaneel + 10 cardiomonitors, elektrische bedden met ingebouwd gewicht, ademhalingstoestellen, monitor voor continue meting van hemodynamische parameters, patiëntverwarmingssysteem, verwarmingsapparaat voor infusievloeistof, gecontroleerd insulinetherapiesysteem, cardiologische en abdominale echoapparatuur voor het hoofd, infusiepompen, nabijbed röntgenapparaat, tweefasige defibrillator. Deze apparatuur is noodzakelijk voor de verstrekking van zorg op het tweede referentieniveau. De medische apparatuur die momenteel in bezit is, is uitgeput en reserveonderdelen voor onderdelen ontbreken. Het project voorziet niet in een toename van het aantal bedden, kreeg een positief advies over de geschiktheid van de investering van de gouverneur van Opolskie en is in overeenstemming met de door het ministerie van Volksgezondheid gepubliceerde kaart van de gezondheidsbehoeften voor de provincie Opolskie. Het project is in overeenstemming met het actieplan voor gezondheid. ZOZ Nysa heeft een overeenkomst gesloten over de verlening van openbare gezondheidszorg op het gebied van anesthesiologie en intensieve zorg. De Nysa Hospital Intensive Therapy Department heeft 10 patiëntenposities gecontracteerd van de NFZ. Het project maakt deel uit van de wedstrijd 10.1.1 Infrastructuur 10.1.1 Gezondheidszorginfrastructuur op het gebied van gezondheidspreventie van bewoners van het OP OP 2014-2020, d.w.z.: Investeringen in infrastructuur en apparatuur om de prestaties van medische diensten op het gebied van anesthesiologie en intensieve zorg te verbeteren. Als gevolg van het project worden de volgende producten gecreëerd: aantal ondersteunde geneeskrachtige entiteiten 1, investeringsuitgaven voor de aankoop van medische apparatuur 1 890 000 PLN, aantal ziekenhuizen dat wordt ondersteund in het programma voor gezondheidsdiensten 1pcs.
