Przedmiotem inwestycji jest rozbudowa i przebudowa drogi powiatowej nr 3759W Szumanie-Bielsk. Zakres projektu obejmuje: przebudowę obiektów mostowych w miejscowości Siemienie i Giżyno na przepust, poszerzenie nawierzchni jezdni do szerokości 6,0 m, wyrównanie istniejącej nawierzchni i wykonanie warstwy ścieralnej z betonu asfaltowego o gr. 4 cm, korektę geometrii skrzyżowania z drogą wojewódzką, przebudowę nawierzchni istniejących skrzyżowań i zjazdów, wykonanie poboczy z kruszywa łamanego oraz montaż barier ochronnych U-14a. Przedmiotowy projekt obejmuje również koszty na promocję projektu (wydatki niekwalifikowalne). Inwestycja zakłada rozwiązanie problemu dostępności komunikacyjnej terenów wiejskich Powiatu Płockiego. Przebudowa drogi wykonana będzie z uwzględnieniem odpowiednich parametrów i wymagań dotyczących nośności dla kategorii ruchu KR2. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa dostępności do terenów gospodarczych i inwestycyjnych, poprzez poprawę stanu technicznego drogi powiatowej 3759W Szumanie-Bielsk - jej rozbudowę i przebudowę na odcinku o długości 7,564 km. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na osiągnięcie szeregu celów szczegółowych, przedstawionych w punkcie C2 Wniosku. Beneficjentem końcowym projektu jest Powiat Płocki, beneficjentem ostatecznym - wszyscy mieszkańcy Powiatu Płockiego oraz turyści i osoby przejeżdżające przez teren Powiatu. Etapy związane z przygotowaniem i realizacją inwestycji to: wdrożenie projektu - rozumiane jako prowadzenie procesu przetargowego i monitorowanie projektu - gromadzenie, analizowanie danych oraz raportowanie. The subject of the investment is the extension and reconstruction of district road No. 3759 in Szumanie-Bielsk. The scope of the project includes: reconstruction of bridge structures in Siemienie and Giżyno with culverts, extension of the road surface to a width of 6.0 m, alignment of the existing surface and construction of abrasive layer made of asphalt concrete by 4 cm, correction of the geometry of the intersection with the voivodeship road, reconstruction of the surface of existing crossings and downhills, construction of broken aggregate sideways and installation of protective barriers U-14a. The project also covers costs for the promotion of the project (ineligible expenditure). The investment assumes a solution to the problem of transport accessibility of rural areas of the Płocki District. The road will be redeveloped taking into account the relevant parameters and load capacity requirements for the KR2 traffic category. The main objective of the project is to improve accessibility to economic and investment areas by improving the technical condition of the district road 3759 W Szumanie-Bielsk – its expansion and reconstruction on a 7.564 km long section. The implementation of the project will achieve a number of specific objectives, as set out in point C2 of the Proposal. The final beneficiary of the project is Powiat Płocki, the final beneficiary – all residents of Płocki County and tourists and persons passing through the territory of the county. The stages related to the preparation and implementation of the investment are: project implementation – understood as conducting a tender process and monitoring of the project – collecting, analysing data and reporting. L’objet de l’investissement est l’extension et la reconstruction de la route de district no 3759 W Szumanie-Bielsk. La portée du projet comprend: reconstruction des ouvrages de pont à Siemienie et Giżyno dans un ponceau, prolongeant la surface de la route sur une largeur de 6,0 m, nivelant le trottoir existant et faisant une couche d’usure de béton bitumineux de 4 cm, corrigeant la géométrie de l’intersection avec la route provinciale, reconstruisant la surface des intersections et des sorties existantes, faisant le côté des granulats brisés et installant des barrières de protection U-14a. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer l’accessibilité aux zones économiques et d’investissement en améliorant l’état technique de la route du district de Szumanie-Bielsk de 3759 W — son extension et sa reconstruction sur un tronçon de 7,564 km. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra d’atteindre un certain nombre d’objectifs spécifiques, comme indiqué au point C2 de la proposition. Gegenstand der Investition ist die Erweiterung und Rekonstruktion der Kreisstraße Nr. 3759 W Szumanie-Bielsk. Der Anwendungsbereich des Projekts umfasst: Rekonstruktion von Brückenbauten in Siemienie und Giżyno in einen Höhepunkt, Ausdehnung der Straßenoberfläche auf eine Breite von 6,0 m, Nivellierung des bestehenden Gehwegs und Herstellung einer Verschleißschicht aus Asphaltbeton um 4 cm, Korrektur der Geometrie der Kreuzung mit der Provinzstraße, Umbau der Oberfläche bestehender Kreuzungen und Ausgänge, wodurch die Seite des zerbrochenen Aggregats und die Installation von Schutzbarrieren U-14a. Das Projekt deckt auch die Kosten für die Förderung des Projekts (zuschussfähige Ausgaben) ab. Die Investition setzt eine Lösung für das Problem der Verkehrsanbindung in den ländlichen Gebieten des Landkreises Płocki voraus. Bei der Rekonstruktion der Straße werden die relevanten Parameter und die Anforderungen an die Tragfähigkeit der Verkehrskategorie KR2 berücksichtigt. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Zugänglichkeit zu Wirtschafts- und Investitionsgebieten durch Verbesserung des technischen Zustands der Kreisstraße 3759 W Szumanie-Bielsk – deren Erweiterung und Wiederaufbau auf einem Abschnitt von 7,564 km. Mit der Durchführung des Projekts wird eine Reihe spezifischer Ziele gemäß Punkt C2 des Vorschlags erreicht. Der Endbegünstigte des Projekts ist Powiat Płocki, der Endbegünstigte – alle Einwohner des Bezirks Płocki sowie Touristen und Personen, die den Bezirk durchqueren. Die Phasen im Zusammenhang mit der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Investition sind: Durchführung des Projekts – verstanden als Durchführung des Ausschreibungsverfahrens und Überwachung des Projekts – Erhebung, Analyse von Daten und Berichterstattung. Het doel van de investering is de uitbreiding en wederopbouw van de districtsweg nr. 3759 W Szumanie-Bielsk. De reikwijdte van het project omvat: reconstructie van brugconstructies in Siemienie en Giżyno tot een culvert, het wegdek uit te breiden tot een breedte van 6,0 m, de bestaande bestrating egaliseren en een slijtlaag asfalt beton met 4 cm maken, de geometrie van het kruispunt met de provinciale weg corrigeren, het oppervlak van bestaande kruispunten en uitgangen herstellen, de zijkant van gebroken aggregaat maken en beschermende barrières U-14a installeren. Het project dekt ook de kosten voor de promotie van het project (niet-subsidiabele uitgaven). De investering gaat uit van een oplossing voor het probleem van de toegankelijkheid van het vervoer in de plattelandsgebieden van de provincie Płocki. Bij de reconstructie van de weg zal rekening worden gehouden met de relevante parameters en de eisen inzake laadvermogen voor de KR2-verkeerscategorie. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is de toegankelijkheid van economische en investeringsgebieden te verbeteren door de technische toestand van de districtsweg Szumanie-Bielsk 3759 W te verbeteren — de uitbreiding en wederopbouw over een traject van 7,564 km. De uitvoering van het project zal een aantal specifieke doelstellingen bereiken, zoals uiteengezet in punt C2 van het voorstel. De uiteindelijke begunstigde van het project is Powiat Płocki, de uiteindelijke begunstigde — alle inwoners van het district Płocki en toeristen en personen die door het district reizen.
