Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa parkingów w systemie „Parkuj i Jedź” w mieście Radzymin i Słupno w Gminie Radzymin. Projekt będzie realizowany na podstawie przeprowadzonej uprzednio analizy zasadności budowy parkingów „Parkuj i Jedź”, w wyniku której przeanalizowano wybrane miejscowości i lokalizację pod kątem zapotrzebowania społeczno-gospodarczego i komunikacyjnego i następnie wskazano miejsca do budowy nowych parkingów. W wyniku przeprowadzonych działań planistycznych i przygotowawczych opracowano projekty budowlane i kosztorysy oraz dokonano zgłoszenia prac dla 2 lokalizacji w Radzyminie (Al. Jana Pawła i ul. Wyszyńskiego) i 1 w Słupnie (ul. Żeromskiego). Do zakresu rzeczowego projektu należeć będą następujące zadania: 1. Budowa parkingu typu P+R przy Al .Jana Pawła II w Radzyminie 2. Budowa parkingu typu P+R przy ul. Wyszyńskiego w Radzyminie 3. Budowa parkingu typu P+R przy ul. Żeromskiego w Słupnie Gmina Radzymin wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą 4. Nadzór inwestorski 5. Projekty budowlane 6. System jednolitego oznakowania wszystkich parkingów „Parkuj i Jedź” dla WOF ZIT 7. Studium wykonalności 8. Promocja projektu Wnioskodawcą i inwestorem będzie Gmina Radzymin, która będzie realizować inwestycje przy pomocy swojego aparatu pomocniczego – Urzędu Miasta i Gminy Radzymin. Realizacją projektu zajmą się doświadczeni pracownicy referatów, którzy wykonają wszystkie prace związane z projektem a następnie po jego zakończeniu, zadbają o zapewnienie trwałości projektu i jego rezultatów. Powstała infrastruktura będzie zarządzana przez Urząd Miasta i Gminy w Radzyminie. Efektem projektu będzie powstanie parkingów w systemie „Parkuj i Jedź” w 3 lokalizacjach, powstanie 98 miejsc parkingowych, w tym 6 przeznaczonych dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt przewiduje połączenie lokalizacji parkingów z centrami przesiadkowymi (rowery, autobusy). Łącznie przewiduje się, że w ciągu roku z miejsc parkingowych będzie korzystać ok 20 000 samochodów osobowych. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the construction of parking lots in the “Park and Eat” system in the town of Radzymin and Słupno in Radzymin Commune. The project will be carried out on the basis of a previous analysis of the validity of the construction of “Parkuj and Edź” parking lots, which analysed selected localities and location in terms of socio-economic and transport needs and then identified the sites for the construction of new car parks. As a result of the planned and preparatory actions, construction projects and financial statements were developed and work was submitted for 2 locations in Radzymin (Al. John Paul and St. Wyszyński) and 1 in Słupno (ul. “Zeromski”. The project’s material scope will include the following tasks: 1. Construction of the parking lot P+R type at Al.John Paul II in Radzymin 2. Construction of a car park type P+R at ul. Wyszyński in Radzymin 3. Construction of a car park type P+R at ul. Żeromski in Słupno Radzymin commune together with the necessary infrastructure 4. Investor Supervision 5. Construction projects 6. Single marking system for all parking lots “Park and Go” for WOF ZIT 7. Feasibility Study 8. Project promotion The applicant and investor will be Radzymin Municipality, which will carry out investments with the help of its auxiliary apparatus – the City and Municipality of Radzymin. The project will be implemented by experienced testimonial staff, who will carry out all the work related to the project and then after it has been completed, will ensure the sustainability of the project and its results. The infrastructure will be managed by the City and Municipality in Radzymin. The project will result in the creation of car parks in the “Park and Edź” system in 3 locations, 98 parking spaces will be created, including 6 for disabled people. L’objet du projet est la construction de parkings dans le système «Parkuj and Ride» à Radzymin et à Słupno dans la commune de Radzymin. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau von Parkplätzen im „Parkuj and Ride“-System in Radzymin und Słupno in der Gemeinde Radzymin. Das Projekt wird auf der Grundlage einer früheren Analyse der Gültigkeit des Baus von Parkhäusern und Jedź-Parkplätzen durchgeführt, auf deren Grundlage die ausgewählten Ortschaften und der Standort hinsichtlich des sozioökonomischen Bedarfs und des Verkehrsbedarfs analysiert und anschließend ermittelte Standorte für den Bau neuer Parkplätze ermittelt wurden. Aufgrund der durchgeführten Planungs- und Vorbereitungsarbeiten wurden Bauprojekte und Kostenschätzungen erstellt und für zwei Standorte in Radzymin (Al. Johannes Paul und st. Wyszynski) und 1 in Słupno (ul. Żeromski). Der inhaltliche Geltungsbereich des Projekts umfasst folgende Aufgaben: 1. Bau eines P+R-Parkplatzes in Al.Jana Paul II in Radzymin 2. Bau eines P+R-Parkplatzes bei ul. Wyszynski in Radzymin 3. Bau eines P+R-Parkplatzes bei ul. Żeromski in Słupno Gemeinde Radzymin mit der notwendigen Infrastruktur 4. Anlegeraufsicht 5. Bauprojekte 6. Einheitliches Kennzeichnungssystem für alle Park- und Ride-Parkplätze für WOF ZIT 7. Machbarkeitsstudie 8. Förderung des Projekts Der Antragsteller und Investor wird die Gemeinde Radzymin sein, die Investitionen mit Hilfe seiner Hilfsausrüstung – der Gemeinde und der Gemeinde Radzymin – durchführen wird. Het doel van het project is de aanleg van parkeerplaatsen in het „Parkuj and Ride”-systeem in Radzymin en Słupno in de gemeente Radzymin. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd op basis van een eerdere analyse van de geldigheid van de aanleg van parken en parkeerplaatsen van Jedź, waarbij de geselecteerde plaatsen en de locatie zijn geanalyseerd in termen van sociaaleconomische en vervoersbehoeften en vervolgens locaties voor de aanleg van nieuwe parkeerplaatsen zijn vastgesteld.
