Celem projektu jest wzrost integracji społecznej oraz poprawa dostępu do rynku pracy 80 (56K, 24 M)klientów Miejskiego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej w Krasnymstawie wykluczonych społecznie lub zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez realizację kompleksowych programów aktywizacji i integracji społecznej i zawodowej do września 2020r. Grupę docelową stanowią klienci MOPS w Krasnymstawie- osoby bezrobotne oraz osoby pozostające bez zatrudnienia. Projekt zakłada realizację 3 narzędzi programów dostosowanych do potrzeb poszczególnych grup docelowych tj.Program Aktywizacja i Integracja dla 30 osób bezrobotnych, zgodnie z art. 62 ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy w formie inst.aktywizacji zawodowej (prace społecznie użytecznych) oraz społecznej(grupowe, indywidualne poradnictwo specjalistyczne, warsztaty i grupy wsparcia)Program Aktywności Lokalnej dla 30 osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia i wykluczonych społecznie lub zagrożonych wykluczeniem z uwagi na występowanie specyficznych problemów (samotne rodzicielstwo, przemoc w rodzinie, długotrwała lub ciężka choroba) w formie inst.aktywizacji społecznej, edukacyjnej i zawodowej oraz działań o charakterze środowiskowymIndywidualny program zatrudnienia CIS dla 20 osób pozostających poza rynkiem pracy o słabych lub niedostosowanych kwalifikacjach zawodowych zgodnie z art. 13.ust.2 ustawy o zatrudnieniu socjalnym. Wdrażanie powyższych narzędzi realizowane będzie w edycjach: PAI 3 edycje po 10 uczestników, PAL 3 edycje po 10 uczest., Indywidualny program zatrudnienia CIS 2 edycje po 10 uczest. The aim of the project is to increase social inclusion and improve access to the labour market 80 (56K, 24 M)customers of the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Krasnystaw who are socially excluded or at risk of social exclusion through comprehensive programmes of social and professional inclusion and activation by September 2020. The target group consists of MOPS customers in Krasnystaw – the unemployed and the unemployed. The project provides for the implementation of 3 tools-programmes adapted to the needs of specific target groups, i.e. the Activation and Integration Programme for 30 unemployed persons, in accordance with Article 62 of the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions in the form of professional activation (social employment work) and socially excluded persons (group, individual specialist counselling, workshops and support groups). Implementation of the above tools will be implemented in the following editions: Pai 3 editions of 10 participants, PAL 3 editions of 10 Participants, Individual employment program CIS 2 editions of 10 Participation. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’intégration sociale et d’améliorer l’accès au marché du travail 80 (56 000, 24 millions d’habitants) du centre municipal de protection sociale de Krasnystaw qui sont socialement exclus ou exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale grâce à la mise en œuvre de programmes globaux d’activation et d’intégration sociale et professionnelle d’ici septembre 2020. Le groupe cible est les clients du MOPS à Krasnystaw — chômeurs et chômeurs. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die soziale Integration zu verbessern und den Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt zu verbessern 80 (56K, 24 M) Kunden des kommunalen Sozialhilfezentrums in Krasnystaw, die sozial ausgegrenzt sind oder von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, durch die Umsetzung umfassender Programme zur Aktivierung und zur sozialen und beruflichen Integration bis September 2020. Zielgruppe sind die Kunden von MOPS in Krasnystaw – Arbeitslose und Arbeitslose. Das Projekt umfasst die Durchführung von drei auf die Bedürfnisse der einzelnen Zielgruppen zugeschnittenen Tools, d. h. das Aktivitäts- und Integrationsprogramm für 30 Arbeitslose gemäß Artikel 62 des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Arbeits- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen in Form von Berufsaktivierung (sozial sinnvolle Arbeit) und soziale Aktivierung (Gruppe, individuelle Fachberatung, Workshops und Unterstützungsgruppen) Lokales Aktivitätsprogramm für 30 Menschen, die arbeitslos und sozial ausgegrenzt sind oder aufgrund spezifischer Probleme (einzelne Elternschaft, häusliche Gewalt, Langzeit- oder schwere Krankheiten) in Form von sozialer, pädagogischer und beruflicher Aktivierung oder Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. Die Umsetzung der oben genannten Instrumente erfolgt in folgenden Ausgaben: Pai 3 Ausgaben von 10 Teilnehmern, PAL 3 Ausgaben von 10 Teilnehmern., Individuelles Beschäftigungsprogramm CIS 2 Ausgaben von 10 Teilnehmern.
