    Projekt posiluje vnímavost k tématu rovnosti žen a mužů a gender mainstreamingu v rámci Magistrátu města Mostu formou vzdělávání (semináře, workshopy, školení, e-learning), osvěty (brožury, portál, setkání), zavádění opatření instituc. zajištění rovnosti (Analýza stavu a potřeb, Plán podpory a Akční plán, referent/ka RP, diferenc. sběr dat, aktualizace interních dokumentů) a výměny zkušeností s ostatními statut.městy (dotazníkové šetření, sdílené setkání).
