Projekt resí problematiku zjištování a uspokojování potreb klientu a zamestnancu organizací poskytujících sociální služby. V rámci něho bude do ceských soc. služeb zavedena metodologie Human-centered designu (HCD) - to povede k efektivnímu zjištení a prubežné revizi potreb klienta, a tím umožní individualizované nastavení soc. služby. HCD bude aplikováno ve 12 zapojených zařízeních. Vedle prototypů nových služeb vznikne též systém zjištování menících se potreb klientů pro MPSV. a. (Czech)

The project addresses the issue of finding and satisfying the needs of the client and employees of organisations providing social services. The Human-centered Design Methodology (HCD) will be introduced into the Czech services – this will lead to effective detection and thorough revision of the client’s needs, thus enabling individualised setting of social services. HCD will be applied in 12 connected devices. In addition to prototypes of new services, there will also be a system of identification of changing needs of clients for MPSV. a. (English)

Le projet aborde la question de l’identification et de la satisfaction des besoins des clients et des employés des organisations fournissant des services sociaux. En son sein, la méthodologie de conception centrée sur l’humain (HCD) sera introduite dans les services sociaux tchèques, ce qui permettra une détection efficace et un examen souple des besoins du client, ce qui permettra de mettre en place un cadre individualisé du service soc. Le HCD sera appliqué dans 12 appareils participants. En plus des prototypes de nouveaux services, il y aura également un système de détection des besoins des clients en MPSV. (French)

Das Projekt befasst sich mit der Frage der Identifizierung und Befriedigung der Bedürfnisse des Kunden und der Mitarbeiter von Organisationen, die soziale Dienstleistungen erbringen. Darin wird die Humanzentred Design-Methodik (HCD) in die tschechischen Sozialdienste eingeführt – dies führt zu einer effektiven Erkennung und flexiblen Überprüfung der Bedürfnisse des Kunden und ermöglicht so individuelle Einstellungen des Soc.-Dienstes. HCD wird in 12 teilnehmenden Geräten angewendet. Neben Prototypen neuer Dienstleistungen wird es auch ein System zur Erkennung der Bedürfnisse der Kunden an MPSV geben. (German)

Het project richt zich op het identificeren en voldoen aan de behoeften van de klant en werknemers van organisaties die sociale diensten verlenen. Daarin wordt de Human-centered Design (HCD) methodologie geïntroduceerd in de Tsjechische sociale diensten — dit zal leiden tot een effectieve detectie en flexibele beoordeling van de behoeften van de klant, waardoor individuele instellingen van de soc. service mogelijk worden. Il progetto affronta la questione di identificare e soddisfare le esigenze del cliente e dei dipendenti delle organizzazioni che forniscono servizi sociali. All'interno di esso, la metodologia di progettazione incentrata sull'uomo (HCD) sarà introdotta nei servizi sociali cechi — questo porterà a un'efficace rilevazione e revisione flessibile delle esigenze del cliente, consentendo in tal modo impostazioni personalizzate del servizio soc.. L'HCD sarà applicato in 12 dispositivi partecipanti. Oltre ai prototipi di nuovi servizi, ci sarà anche un sistema di rilevamento delle esigenze dei clienti per MPSV. (Italian)
