ОИЦ-Ловеч е част от Мрежата от 28 информационни центрове за популяризиране на кохезионната политика на ЕС в РБългария и е създаден по проект"Изграждане и функциониране на ОИЦ в Община Ловеч"финансиран от ОПТП2007-2013,съфинансирана от ЕС чрез ЕФРР.В Програмен период2007-2013.Мрежата предоставяше информация за възможностите за финансиране по програмите,съфинансирани от структурните фондове и Кохезионния фонд(СКФ)на ЕС.В периода2015-2023 тя ще предоставя информация и ще популяризира ЕСИФ-европейски структурни и инвестиционни фондове.Проектното предложение е разработено в изпълнение наПО4„Техническа помощ за управлението на ЕСИФ”наОПДУ2014-2020 и има за цел да осигури ефективно функциониране на ОИЦ-Ловеч.Проектното предложение се разработва в изпълнение на целите на Националната комуникационна стратегия (НКС) и на Споразумението за партньорство, процедура BG05SFOP001-4.001 и цели надграждане на постигнатата познаваемост на европейските фондове и програми чрез Мрежата от 27ОИЦ,повишаване прозрачността при изпълнение и управлението им,надграждайки вече постигнатото през програмен период 2007-2013широко обществено доверие и подкрепа.Чрез осигуряване на финансиране чрез ОПДУнаОИЦ-Ловеч до2018,ще се запазят и развият вече създадените контакти и успешни партньорства, ще се гарантира устойчивостта на проекта,ще се повиши и затвърди разпознаваемостта на офиса сред широката общественост на Област Ловеч и през новия програмен период с цел затвърждаване и увеличаване активността на гражданите по отношение на възможностите за финансиране от европейските структурни и инвестиционни фондове/ЕСИФ/и формиране на способност за самостоятелна инициативност на широката общественост относно перспективите и финансовата подкрепа предлагани от ЕС.ОИЦ-Ловеч гарантира правото на безплатен и пълен достъп до информация за възможностите за финансиране по ЕСИФ за всички социални,етнически и възрастови групи из цялата страна,като осигуряват широк набор от възможности за получаване на тази информация. ECC-LAC is part of the Network of 28 information centres for the promotion of EU cohesion policy in Bulgaria and was created under the project "Building and functioning of the AEC in Lovech Municipality"financed by OPTB2007-2013, co-financed by the EU through the ERDF.In the programming period2007-2013.The network provided information on funding opportunities under the programmes co-financed by the Structural Funds and the Cohesion Fund (CCF) of the EU budget. In the period 2015-2023, it will provide information and promote the ESIF-European Structural and Investment Funds.The draft proposal has been developed in implementation of the OP4 "Teams and the CFIs have been set up for the ETFs through the ETF, the ECT has been established for the ECTF and the ECT has been set up to the ECF for the purpose of the ECF, the ECT has been the FTIF and the ECT has been set up by the ECF for the CFI and the ECF has been the FTIF for the ECF, the ECF has been to the FLAC for the ECL to the FYC.
