Проектното предложение /ПП/е свързано с дейности насочени към подобряване и модернизиране на културната инфраструктура на територията на Община Варна-р-н Аспарухово и по-конкретно проекта цели създаване на "Морски образователен център", което включва ремонтни дейности, обновяване и оборудване/обзавеждане на НЧ “Васил Лески- Галата 1927”. ПП ще съдейства за повишаване качеството на живот на територията на общината. Конкретните дейности по проекта са свързани с подобряване условията за развитие на културно-образователна и творческа дейност в общината, разширяване на социалния обхват на читалищната дейност в град Варна, чрез осигуряване на възможности за целогодишно използване на материално-техническата база, извършване на строително-ремонтни дейности по фасадата на читалището и обновяване на сценичното обзавеждане и оборудване. ПП ще допринесе и до повишаване на образователния и информационен статус на населението, чрез развитие на нови дейности в сградата на читалището, превръщане на НЧ „Васил Левски-Галата 1927” в Морски образователен център и устойчива местна институция, отговаряща на потребностите на общността. С реализацията на проекта НЧ „Васил Левски- Галата 1927”, ще се превърне в динамично и съвременно средище на местната общност, което да съхрани културната идентичност на общината и да я запази за бъдещите поколения. С реализирането на ПП се очаква цялостна промяна на читалището като традиционна културна институция, дълбоко свързана с обичаите и духовността на населението, което придобива функциите на модерен морски образователен център, средище за общуване на местната общност. С реализацията на ПП ще бъдат постигнати следните резултати:-Изцяло обновена сграда на НЧ „Васил Левски - Галата 1927” ;-Обновен театрален салон на НЧ „Васил Левски - Галата 1927” ;-Осигурен достъп за хора с увреждания;-Осигурено съвременно оборудване за културната и информационна дейност на НЧ „Васил Левски- Галата 1927”;-Създаден модерен "Морски образователен център". The project proposal (PP) is related to activities aimed at improving and modernising the cultural infrastructure on the territory of the Municipality of Varna-Dr. Asparuhovo and in particular the project aims to create a “Sea Education Centre”, which includes repairs, renovation and equipment/furnishing of Chitalishte “Vasil Lesski-Galata 1927”. The PP will contribute to improving the quality of life on the territory of the municipality. The specific activities of the project are related to improving the conditions for the development of cultural, educational and creative activities in the municipality, expanding the social scope of the Chitalishte activity in the city of Varna by providing opportunities for year-round use of the material and technical facilities, carrying out construction and renovation works on the facade of the Chitalishte and renovation of the stage furniture and equipment. Pp will also contribute to increasing the educational and information status of the population through the development of new activities in the Chitalishte building, the transformation of Chitalishte “Vasil Levski-Galata 1927” into a Maritime Education Centre and a sustainable local institution meeting the needs of the community. With the realisation of the project Chitalishte “Vasil Levski — Galata 1927” will become a dynamic and modern center of the local community, which will preserve the cultural identity of the municipality and preserve it for future generations. With the realisation of the PP, a complete change of the Chitalishte is expected as a traditional cultural institution, deeply related to the customs and spirituality of the population, which acquires the functions of a modern maritime educational center, a center for communication of the local community. With the realisation of the PP the following results will be achieved:-Completely renovated building of Chitalishte “Vasil Levski — Galata 1927”;-Renewed theatre hall of Chitalishte “Vasil Levski — Galata 1927”; — Access for people with disabilities;- Provided modern equipment for the cultural and information activities of Chitalishte “Vasil Levski — Galata 1927”;-Created modern “Sea Education Center”. La proposition de projet (PP) est liée à des activités visant à améliorer et à moderniser les infrastructures culturelles sur le territoire de la municipalité de Varna-Dr Asparuhovo et, en particulier, le projet vise à créer un «Centre d’éducation de la mer», qui comprend la réparation, la rénovation et l’équipement/meublement de Chitalishte «Vasil Lesski-Galata 1927». Le PP contribuera à l’amélioration de la qualité de vie sur le territoire de la municipalité. Les activités spécifiques du projet sont liées à l’amélioration des conditions de développement des activités culturelles, éducatives et créatives dans la municipalité, à l’élargissement du champ social de l’activité Chitalishte dans la ville de Varna en offrant des possibilités d’utilisation tout au long de l’année des installations matérielles et techniques, à la réalisation de travaux de construction et de rénovation sur la façade du Chitalishte et à la rénovation du mobilier et du matériel de scène. PP contribuera également à accroître le statut éducatif et d’information de la population par le développement de nouvelles activités dans le bâtiment Chitalishte, la transformation de Chitalishte «Vasil Levski-Galata 1927» en un centre d’éducation maritime et une institution locale durable répondant aux besoins de la communauté. Avec la réalisation du projet Chitalishte «Vasil Levski — Galata 1927» deviendra un centre dynamique et moderne de la communauté locale, qui préservera l’identité culturelle de la municipalité et la préservera pour les générations futures. Avec la réalisation du PP, un changement complet du Chitalishte est attendu comme une institution culturelle traditionnelle, profondément liée aux coutumes et à la spiritualité de la population, qui acquiert les fonctions d’un centre éducatif maritime moderne, un centre de communication de la communauté locale. Der Projektvorschlag (PP) bezieht sich auf Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung und Modernisierung der kulturellen Infrastruktur auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Varna-Dr. Asparuhovo und insbesondere das Projekt zielt darauf ab, ein „Sea Education Centre“ zu schaffen, das Reparaturen, Renovierungen und Ausstattungen von Chitalishte „Vasil Lesski-Galata 1927“ umfasst. Das PP wird zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualität auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde beitragen. Die spezifischen Aktivitäten des Projekts betreffen die Verbesserung der Bedingungen für die Entwicklung von kulturellen, pädagogischen und kreativen Aktivitäten in der Gemeinde, die Ausweitung des sozialen Umfangs der Chitalishte-Aktivitäten in der Stadt Varna durch die Bereitstellung von Möglichkeiten für die ganzjährige Nutzung der materiellen und technischen Einrichtungen, Durchführung von Bau- und Renovierungsarbeiten an der Fassade der Chitalishte und Renovierung der Bühnenmöbel und -ausrüstung. PP wird auch dazu beitragen, den Bildungs- und Informationsstatus der Bevölkerung durch die Entwicklung neuer Aktivitäten im Chitalishte-Gebäude, die Umwandlung von Chitalishte „Vasil Levski-Galata 1927“ in ein maritimes Bildungszentrum und eine nachhaltige lokale Institution, die den Bedürfnissen der Gemeinschaft entspricht, zu erhöhen. Mit der Realisierung des Projekts Chitalishte „Vasil Levski – Galata 1927“ wird ein dynamisches und modernes Zentrum der lokalen Gemeinschaft, das die kulturelle Identität der Gemeinde bewahren und für zukünftige Generationen erhalten wird. Mit der Realisierung der PP wird eine vollständige Veränderung der Chitalishte als traditionelle kulturelle Institution erwartet, die tief mit den Bräuchen und Spiritualität der Bevölkerung verbunden ist, die die Funktionen eines modernen maritimen Bildungszentrums, ein Zentrum für die Kommunikation der lokalen Gemeinschaft, erwirbt. Het projectvoorstel (PP) houdt verband met activiteiten die gericht zijn op de verbetering en modernisering van de culturele infrastructuur op het grondgebied van de gemeente Varna-Dr. Asparuhovo en met name het project heeft tot doel een „Sea Education Centre” op te richten, dat bestaat uit reparaties, renovaties en uitrusting/inrichting van Chitalishte „Vasil Lesski-Galata 1927”. Het proefproject zal bijdragen tot de verbetering van de levenskwaliteit op het grondgebied van de gemeente. De specifieke activiteiten van het project houden verband met het verbeteren van de voorwaarden voor de ontwikkeling van culturele, educatieve en creatieve activiteiten in de gemeente, het uitbreiden van de maatschappelijke reikwijdte van de Chitalishte-activiteit in de stad Varna door mogelijkheden te bieden voor het hele jaar door gebruik te maken van het materiaal en de technische voorzieningen, het uitvoeren van bouw- en renovatiewerkzaamheden aan de gevel van de Chitalishte en de renovatie van het podiummeubilair en -uitrusting. PP zal ook bijdragen tot het vergroten van de onderwijs- en informatiestatus van de bevolking door de ontwikkeling van nieuwe activiteiten in het Chitalishte-gebouw, de transformatie van Chitalishte „Vasil Levski-Galata 1927” tot een centrum voor maritiem onderwijs en een duurzame lokale instelling die voldoet aan de behoeften van de gemeenschap. Met de realisatie van het project Chitalishte „Vasil Levski — Galata 1927” wordt een dynamisch en modern centrum van de lokale gemeenschap, die de culturele identiteit van de gemeente zal behouden en behouden voor toekomstige generaties. Met de realisatie van de PP wordt een volledige verandering van de Chitalishte verwacht als een traditionele culturele instelling, diep gerelateerd aan de gebruiken en spiritualiteit van de bevolking, die de functies van een modern maritiem educatief centrum, een centrum voor communicatie van de lokale gemeenschap verwerft.
