Le projet présenté dans le cadre du FEDER consiste à aménager le centre de santé dans les anciens locaux de la mission locale pour l’emploi situés au 9 et 9 bis boulevard Winston Churchill au Mans. Les travaux prévus consistent à réaménager un plateau sur une surface de 357 m2 situé au rez-de-chaussée d’un immeuble collectif. A travers ce projet, la collectivité répond à un problème majeur de démographie médical et contribue à la revitalisation sociale du quartier. Le projet participe donc au renforcement de la cohésion sociale en favorisant l’accès aux soins des habitants du quartier. Cette opération est en adéquation avec les critères de sélection de la priorité d’investissement 9-b du PO FEDER FSE 2014/2020. (French)

The ERDF project consists of the development of the health centre in the former premises of the local employment mission located at 9 and 9 bis Winston Churchill Boulevard in Le Mans. The planned work consists of redevelopment of a plateau on an area of 357 m² located on the ground floor of a collective building. Through this project, the community responds to a major problem of medical demography and contributes to the social revitalisation of the neighbourhood. The project therefore contributes to the strengthening of social cohesion by promoting access to care for the inhabitants of the neighbourhood. This operation is in line with the selection criteria for investment priority 9-b of the ESF ERDF OP 2014/2020. (English)

Das im Rahmen des EFRE vorgelegte Projekt besteht in der Einrichtung des Gesundheitszentrums in den ehemaligen Räumlichkeiten der örtlichen Arbeitsmission am 9. und 9. bis Boulevard Winston Churchill in Le Mans. Bei den geplanten Arbeiten handelt es sich um die Sanierung einer Hochebene auf einer Fläche von 357 m² im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Mit diesem Projekt reagiert die Gemeinde auf ein großes Problem der medizinischen Demografie und trägt zur sozialen Wiederbelebung des Viertels bei. Das Projekt trägt somit zur Stärkung des sozialen Zusammenhalts bei, indem es den Zugang der Bewohner des Viertels zur Gesundheitsversorgung erleichtert. Dieses Vorhaben steht im Einklang mit den Kriterien für die Auswahl der Investitionspriorität 9-b des EFRE-OP ESF 2014/2020. (German)

Het EFRO-project bestaat uit de ontwikkeling van het gezondheidscentrum in het voormalige gebouw van de plaatselijke werkgelegenheidsmissie op 9 en 9 bis Winston Churchill Boulevard in Le Mans. De geplande werkzaamheden bestaan uit herontwikkeling van een plateau op een oppervlakte van 357 m² gelegen op de begane grond van een collectief gebouw. Door dit project reageert de gemeenschap op een groot probleem van medische demografie en draagt ze bij aan de sociale revitalisering van de buurt. Het project draagt daarom bij tot de versterking van de sociale samenhang door de toegang tot zorg voor de bewoners van de buurt te bevorderen. Deze actie is in overeenstemming met de selectiecriteria voor investeringsprioriteit 9-b van het EFRO-OP 2014/2020 van het ESF. (Dutch)
