Cieľom projektu je zlepšiť prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepšiť vzdelávacie výsledky a kompetencie žiakov v Základnej škole Bernolákova 16, Košice.Aktivity projektu, ktorý sa bude realizovať v ZŠ Bernolákova 16, Košice, prispejú k pripravenosti žiakov na prechod na nadväzujúci stupeň vzdelávania, pripravenosti žiakov v základnej škole na strednú a na ich budúce pôsobenie na pracovnom trhu, resp. na prechod na nasledujúci stupeň vzdelávania, a to podporou rovnakého prístupu ku kvalitnému a inkluzívnemu vzdelaniu. Špecifická pozornosť bude venovaná zlepšeniu školského prospechu žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami v ZŠ Bernolákova 16, Košice. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je činnosť troch pedagogických asistentov, jedného špeciálneho pedagóga a jedného školského psychológa v ZŠ Bernolákova 16, Košice. Pracovnou náplňou pedagogických asistentov budú aktivity zamerané na vyrovnávanie znevýhodnenia žiakov a zabezpečenie rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese, tvorbu, inováciu, realizáciu vzdelávacích programov zameraných na podporu inkluzívneho vzdelávania, aktivity zamerané na vytváranie vhodných podmienok pre spoločné vzdelávanie žiakov so ŠVVP s ostatnými žiakmi. Zároveň budú rozvíjať spolupráca s rodičmi a komunitou. Svojou prácou sa budú pedagogickí asistenti snažiť o zlepšenie školskej úspešnosti žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami, s dôrazom na žiakov z marginalizovanej rómskej komunity. Úlohou špeciálneho pedagóga budú jednotlivé aktivity zamerané na odborné činnosti v rámci špeciálno-pedagogickej diagnostiky, špeciálno-pedagogické poradenstvo a konzultácie zákonným zástupcom žiakov a pedagogickým zamestnancom školy. Bude spolupracovať s centrom pedagogicko-psychologického poradenstva a prevencie, bude uskutočňovať odbornú špeciálno-pedagogickú starostlivosť žiakom s ťažkosťami v učení a v správaní, zdravotne znevýhodneným žiakom. Bude prispievať k vyrovnávaniu znevýhodnenia žiakov a zabezpečenie rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese, tvorbu, inováciu, realizáciu vzdelávacích programov zameraných na podporu inkluzívneho vzdelávania, aktivity zamerané na vytváranie vhodných podmienok pre spoločné vzdelávanie žiakov so ŠVVP s ostatnými žiakmi. Svojou prácou sa bude snažiť o zlepšenie školskej úspešnosti žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami. Školský psychológ bude v rámci projektu vykonávať odborné činnosti v rámci orientačnej psychologickej diagnostiky, psychologického poradenstva, psychoterapie s osobitným zreteľom na proces výchovy a vzdelávania v ZŠ. Bude poskytovať odbornú psychologickú starostlivosť žiakom s ťažkosťami v učení a správaní, zdravotne znevýhodneným žiakom. Jednotlivé činnosti vykonávané pedagogickými asistentmi, špeciálnym pedagógom a školským psychológom v ZŠ Bernolákova 16, Košice budú prebiehať:-vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese,-vo voľnočasových aktivitách organizovaných školou,-v spolupráci s rodinou,-v oblasti vzdelávacích aktivít. The aim of the project is to improve access to quality education and improve educational outcomes and competences of pupils in the elementary school Bernolákova 16, Košice. The activities of the project, which will be implemented in the elementary school Bernolákova 16, Košice, will contribute to the readiness of the pupils for the transition to the next level of education, the readiness of pupils in the primary school to secondary school and their future activity on the labour market, respectively the transition to the next stage of education, by promoting equal access to quality and inclusive education. Specific attention will be paid to improving the school benefit of pupils with special educational needs in the Elementary School Bernolákova 16, Košice. The main activity of the project is the activity of three pedagogical assistants, one special pedagogue and one school psychologist in the Elementary School Bernolákova 16, Košice. The workload of pedagogical assistants will be activities aimed at equalising pupils’ disadvantages and ensuring equal opportunities in the educational process, creation, innovation, implementation of educational programmes aimed at promoting inclusive education, activities aimed at creating the right conditions for joint learning of pupils with SCE with other pupils. They will also develop cooperation with parents and the community. Through their work, pedagogical assistants will seek to improve the school success of pupils with special educational needs, with an emphasis on pupils from the marginalised Roma community. The task of a special educator will be individual activities focused on professional activities within the framework of special pedagogical diagnostics, special pedagogical counselling and consultation by the legal representatives of pupils and teaching staff of the school. It will cooperate with the Pedagogical-Pychological Advice and Prevention Centre, will carry out specialist special-pedagogical care for pupils with learning and behavioural difficulties, disabled pupils. It will contribute to equalising pupils’ disadvantages and ensuring equal opportunities in education, creation, innovation, implementation of educational programmes aimed at promoting inclusive education, activities aimed at creating the right conditions for joint learning of pupils with SCE with other pupils. Through its work, she will seek to improve the school success of pupils with special educational needs. As part of the project, the school psychologist will carry out professional activities within indicative psychological diagnostics, psychological counselling, psychotherapy with special regard to the process of education and education in primary school. It will provide professional psychological care to pupils with learning and behavioural difficulties, to disadvantaged pupils. La charge de travail des assistants pédagogiques sera des activités visant à égaliser les désavantages des élèves et à garantir l’égalité des chances dans le processus éducatif, la création, l’innovation, la mise en œuvre de programmes éducatifs visant à promouvoir l’éducation inclusive, les activités visant à créer les conditions propices à l’apprentissage conjoint des élèves avec les CPE avec d’autres élèves. Ils développeront également la coopération avec les parents et la communauté. Grâce à leur travail, les assistants pédagogiques s’efforceront d’améliorer le succès scolaire des élèves ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux, en mettant l’accent sur les élèves issus de la communauté rom marginalisée. La tâche d’un éducateur spécial sera d’activités individuelles axées sur les activités professionnelles dans le cadre de diagnostics pédagogiques spéciaux, de conseils pédagogiques spéciaux et de consultation par les représentants légaux des élèves et le personnel enseignant de l’école. Il coopérera avec le Centre pédagogique-pédagogique de conseil et de prévention, assurera des soins spécialisés spécialisés en pédagogie pour les élèves ayant des difficultés d’apprentissage et de comportement, les élèves handicapés. Il contribuera à égaliser les désavantages des élèves et à garantir l’égalité des chances dans les domaines de l’éducation, de la création, de l’innovation, de la mise en œuvre de programmes éducatifs visant à promouvoir l’éducation inclusive, des activités visant à créer les conditions propices à l’apprentissage conjoint des élèves avec les CPE avec d’autres élèves. Par son travail, elle s’efforcera d’améliorer le succès scolaire des élèves ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux. Dans le cadre de ce projet, le psychologue scolaire mènera des activités professionnelles dans le cadre de diagnostics psychologiques indicatifs, de conseils psychologiques, de psychothérapie, en accordant une attention particulière au processus d’éducation et d’éducation à l’école primaire. Il fournira des soins psychologiques professionnels aux élèves ayant des difficultés d’apprentissage et de comportement, aux élèves défavorisés. Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Zugang zu hochwertiger Bildung zu verbessern und die Bildungsergebnisse und Kompetenzen der Schüler der Grundschule Bernolákova 16, Košice, zu verbessern. Die Aktivitäten des Projekts, das in der Grundschule Bernolákova 16, Košice, umgesetzt wird, werden zur Bereitschaft der Schüler auf den Übergang zur nächsten Bildungsstufe, zur Bereitschaft der Schüler der Grundschule zur Sekundarschule und zu ihrer künftigen Tätigkeit auf dem Arbeitsmarkt beitragen, bzw. den Übergang zur nächsten Bildungsstufe durch Förderung des gleichberechtigten Zugangs zu hochwertiger und inklusiver Bildung. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit gilt der Verbesserung des Schulnutzens von Schülern mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen in der Grundschule Bernolákova 16, Košice. Die Haupttätigkeit des Projekts ist die Tätigkeit von drei pädagogischen Assistenten, einer speziellen Pädagogin und einer Schulpsychologin in der Grundschule Bernolákova 16, Košice. Die Arbeitsbelastung der pädagogischen Assistenten wird Aktivitäten sein, die darauf abzielen, die Benachteiligungen der Schüler auszugleichen und Chancengleichheit im Bildungsprozess zu gewährleisten, die Schaffung, Innovation, die Durchführung von Bildungsprogrammen zur Förderung einer inklusiven Bildung, Maßnahmen zur Schaffung der richtigen Bedingungen für das gemeinsame Lernen von Schülern mit SCE mit anderen Schülern. Sie werden auch die Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern und der Gemeinschaft entwickeln. Sie wird benachteiligten Schülern mit Lern- und Verhaltensschwierigkeiten professionelle psychologische Betreuung bieten. Het doel van het project is de toegang tot hoogwaardig onderwijs te verbeteren en de onderwijsresultaten en competenties van leerlingen van de basisschool Bernolákova 16, Košice te verbeteren. De activiteiten van het project, die zullen worden uitgevoerd in de basisschool Bernolákova 16, Košice, zullen bijdragen tot de bereidheid van de leerlingen om naar het volgende onderwijsniveau te gaan, de bereidheid van leerlingen in de basisschool voor het voortgezet onderwijs en hun toekomstige activiteit op de arbeidsmarkt, respectievelijk de overgang naar de volgende onderwijsfase, door gelijke toegang tot kwaliteitsonderwijs en inclusief onderwijs te bevorderen. Er zal bijzondere aandacht worden besteed aan de verbetering van het schoolvoordeel van leerlingen met speciale onderwijsbehoeften in de basisschool Bernolákova 16, Košice. De hoofdactiviteit van het project is de activiteit van drie pedagogische assistenten, een speciale pedagoge en één schoolpsycholoog in de Basisschool Bernolákova 16, Košice. De werklast van pedagogische assistenten zal bestaan uit activiteiten die gericht zijn op het wegwerken van de nadelen van leerlingen en het waarborgen van gelijke kansen in het onderwijsproces, creatie, innovatie, uitvoering van onderwijsprogramma’s ter bevordering van inclusief onderwijs, activiteiten die gericht zijn op het scheppen van de juiste voorwaarden voor het gezamenlijk leren van leerlingen en SCE’s met andere leerlingen. Zij zullen ook de samenwerking met ouders en de gemeenschap ontwikkelen. Door middel van hun werk zullen pedagogische assistenten ernaar streven het schoolsucces van leerlingen met speciale onderwijsbehoeften te verbeteren, met de nadruk op leerlingen uit de gemarginaliseerde Romagemeenschap. De taak van een speciale opvoeder bestaat uit individuele activiteiten die gericht zijn op beroepsactiviteiten in het kader van speciale pedagogische diagnostiek, speciale pedagogische begeleiding en raadpleging door de wettelijke vertegenwoordigers van leerlingen en onderwijzend personeel van de school. Het zal samenwerken met het Centrum voor Pedagogisch-Pychologisch Advies en Preventie en zal gespecialiseerde specialepedagogische zorg verlenen voor leerlingen met leer- en gedragsproblemen, gehandicapte leerlingen. Het zal bijdragen tot het wegwerken van de nadelen van leerlingen en het waarborgen van gelijke kansen in onderwijs, creatie, innovatie, uitvoering van onderwijsprogramma’s ter bevordering van inclusief onderwijs, activiteiten die gericht zijn op het scheppen van de juiste voorwaarden voor het gezamenlijk leren van leerlingen met SCE en andere leerlingen. Door haar werk zal zij ernaar streven het schoolsucces van leerlingen met speciale onderwijsbehoeften te verbeteren. In het kader van het project zal de schoolpsycholoog beroepswerkzaamheden verrichten in het kader van indicatieve psychologische diagnostiek, psychologische begeleiding, psychotherapie met bijzondere aandacht voor het onderwijs- en onderwijsproces in de basisschool. Het zal professionele psychologische zorg bieden aan leerlingen met leer- en gedragsproblemen, aan kansarme leerlingen. L'obiettivo del progetto è migliorare l'accesso a un'istruzione di qualità e migliorare i risultati scolastici e le competenze degli alunni della scuola elementare Bernolákova 16, Košice. Le attività del progetto, che saranno attuate nella scuola elementare Bernolákova 16, Košice, contribuiranno alla preparazione degli alunni al passaggio al prossimo livello di istruzione, alla preparazione degli alunni della scuola primaria alla scuola secondaria e alla loro futura attività sul mercato del lavoro, rispettivamente alla transizione verso la fase successiva dell'istruzione, promuovendo la parità di accesso a un'istruzione di qualità e inclusiva. Particolare attenzione sarà rivolta al miglioramento dei benefici scolastici per gli alunni con esigenze educative speciali nella scuola elementare Bernolákova 16, Košice. L'attività principale del progetto è l'attività di tre assistenti pedagogici, uno speciale pedagogo e uno psicologo della scuola elementare Bernolákova 16, Košice. Il carico di lavoro degli assistenti pedagogici sarà costituito da attività volte a equiparare gli svantaggi degli alunni e a garantire pari opportunità nel processo educativo, nella creazione, nell'innovazione, nell'attuazione di programmi educativi volti a promuovere un'istruzione inclusiva, attività volte a creare le giuste condizioni per l'apprendimento congiunto degli alunni con la SCE con altri alunni. Svilupperanno anche la cooperazione con i genitori e la comunità. Attraverso il loro lavoro, gli assistenti pedagogici cercheranno di migliorare il successo scolastico degli alunni con esigenze educative speciali, ponendo l'accento sugli alunni della comunità Rom emarginata. Il compito di un educatore speciale sarà quello di attività individuali incentrate sulle attività professionali nell'ambito della diagnostica pedagogica speciale, della consulenza pedagogica speciale e della consultazione da parte dei rappresentanti legali degli alunni e del personale docente della scuola. Essa coopererà con il Centro di consulenza e prevenzione pedagogica-pedagogica, effettuerà cure specialistiche speciali per gli alunni con difficoltà di apprendimento e di comportamento, gli alunni disabili. Esso contribuirà ad equiparare gli svantaggi degli alunni e a garantire pari opportunità in materia di istruzione, creazione, innovazione, attuazione di programmi educativi volti a promuovere un'istruzione inclusiva, attività volte a creare le giuste condizioni per l'apprendimento congiunto degli alunni con la SCE con altri alunni. Attraverso il suo lavoro, cercherà di migliorare il successo scolastico di alunni con esigenze educative speciali. Nell'ambito del progetto, lo psicologo scolastico svolgerà attività professionali nell'ambito della diagnostica psicologica indicativa, della consulenza psicologica, della psicoterapia con particolare riguardo al processo di istruzione e istruzione nella scuola primaria. Fornirà assistenza psicologica professionale agli alunni con difficoltà di apprendimento e comportamentali, agli alunni svantaggiati.
