Création d'une médiathèque intercommunale en centre-ville de Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, située dans l'espace vécu des habitants des quartiers politiques de la ville de Kellermann et l'Orme Saint-Roch. Ce projet se réalisera dans une friche administrative de coeur de ville, patrimoine de la seconde reconstruction. Cette médiathèque a vocation à devenir un lieu d'échanges, de rencontre et de culture pour l'ensemble de la population. Son action se centrera sur les questions d'apprentissage et de formation tout au long de la vie, de citoyenneté et d'action culturelle. (French)

Einrichtung einer interkommunalen Mediathek im Stadtzentrum von Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, die sich im Lebensraum der Bewohner der politischen Viertel der Stadt Kellermann und der Orme Saint-Roch befindet. Dieses Projekt wird in einer Verwaltungsbrache im Herzen der Stadt durchgeführt, das Erbe des zweiten Wiederaufbaus. Diese Mediathek soll ein Ort des Austauschs, der Begegnung und der Kultur für die gesamte Bevölkerung werden.
