Svrha i opravdanost projekta izrade studije izvedivosti s analizom troškova i koristi vezano za nabavu novih putničkih vlakova zasniva se na potrebi za osuvremenjivanjem voznog parka HŽ PP, a uslijed lošeg stanja mobilnih kapaciteta društva HŽ PP u kontekstu niske razine pouzdanosti i kvalitete usluge za putnike, odnosno u visokim troškovima održavanja, visokoj stopi emisije CO2, te ograničenim mogućnostima planiranja prijevozne usluge za Društvo zbog čestih kvarova. Održivost projekta će biti zajamčena kroz adresiranje organizacijsko operativnih aspekta i odgovarajući sustavom održavanja. (Croatian)

The purpose and justification of the design of the feasibility study with a cost-benefit analysis concerning the acquisition of new passenger trains shall be based on the need to modernise the fleet of HZ PP and, due to poor condition of the mobile capacity of HŽ PP in a context of low reliability and quality of service for passengers, i.e. high maintenance costs, high maintenance costs, and the limited capability to plan the transport service to the Company for frequent faults. The sustainability of the project will be ensured through addressing the organisational operational point and the relevant maintenance system. (English)

L’objectif et la justification du projet sont fondés sur la nécessité de moderniser la flotte de HŽ PP en raison du mauvais état de la capacité mobile de HŽ PP dans le contexte de la faible fiabilité et de la qualité du service pour les passagers, c’est-à-dire des coûts d’entretien élevés, des émissions de CO2 élevées et des possibilités limitées de planification d’un service de transport pour l’entreprise en raison de défaillances fréquentes. La durabilité du projet sera garantie en abordant les aspects opérationnels organisationnels et en mettant en place un système de maintenance approprié. (French)

Zweck und Begründung des Projekts sind die Notwendigkeit einer Modernisierung der HŽ PP-Flotte aufgrund des schlechten Zustands der mobilen Kapazität von HŽ PP im Zusammenhang mit geringer Zuverlässigkeit und Servicequalität für die Fahrgäste, d. h. hohe Wartungskosten, hohe CO2-Emissionen und begrenzte Möglichkeiten der Planung eines Transportservices für das Unternehmen aufgrund häufiger Ausfälle. Die Nachhaltigkeit des Projekts wird durch organisatorische betriebliche Aspekte und ein angemessenes Instandhaltungssystem gewährleistet. (German)

Het doel en de motivering van het project zijn gebaseerd op de noodzaak om de vloot van HŽ PP te moderniseren vanwege de slechte staat van de mobiele capaciteit van HŽ PP in de context van een lage betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening voor passagiers, d.w.z. hoge onderhoudskosten, hoge CO2-emissies en beperkte mogelijkheden om een vervoersdienst voor de onderneming te plannen als gevolg van frequente storingen. De duurzaamheid van het project zal worden gewaarborgd door organisatorisch operationele aspecten en een passend onderhoudssysteem aan te pakken. (Dutch)

Lo scopo e la giustificazione del progetto si basano sulla necessità di modernizzare la flotta di HŽ PP a causa dello scarso stato della capacità mobile di HŽ PP nel contesto della scarsa affidabilità e qualità del servizio per i passeggeri, vale a dire elevati costi di manutenzione, elevate emissioni di CO2 e limitate possibilità di pianificare un servizio di trasporto per l'azienda a causa di frequenti guasti. La sostenibilità del progetto sarà garantita affrontando aspetti operativi dal punto di vista organizzativo e un adeguato sistema di manutenzione. (Italian)
