Die Region Aquitanien möchte im gesamten Hoheitsgebiet den Zugang zu den Grundrechten in den Bereichen Beschäftigung, allgemeine und berufliche Bildung unabhängig von der geografischen oder sozialen Herkunft der Zielgruppen gewährleisten. Im Rahmen ihrer Politik zur Unterstützung des Projekts der sozialen Entwicklung zugunsten der prioritären Viertel möchte die Region Aquitanien den Zugang junger Arbeitssuchender in den Stadtvierteln oder ländlichen Gebieten, in denen sie Schwierigkeiten beim Zugang zu Ausbildungsangeboten haben, fördern.
