Projekta mērķis ir uzlabot kvalitatīvu veselības aprūpes pakalpojumu pieejamību, jo īpaši sociālās, teritoriālās atstumtības un nabadzības riskam pakļautajiem iedzīvotājiem, attīstot veselības aprūpes infrastruktūru un tehnisko nodrošinājumu AS “Veselības centru apvienība”( turpmāk tekstā – APVIENĪBA, VCA ) veselības aprūpes pakalpojumu sniegšanas adresē Slokas ielā 26, Jūrmalā, “VCA Dubultu poliklīnika” strādājošiem uz darba attiecību līgumu pamata ģimenes ārstiem Jekaterīnas Stepičevas, Dzintras Homkas, Natālijas Vasiļjevas, Jeļenas Anisimovas, Māras Sokolovas, Liānas Ozoliņas, kā arī VCA sadarbības partneriem: Bergmane Ilze - ģimenes ārsta prakse un Olgas Sitovenko ģimenes ārstu prakse.Projekta ietvaros tiks veikti ģimenes ārstu prakšu kabinetu vienkāršotas atjaunošanas darbi, tiks iegādāta datortehnika, mēbeles un medicīnas tehnoloģijas. Projektu plānots īstenot 15 mēnešu laikā no 2021.gada 2.ceturkšņa. Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 63 800 euro. Atbilstoši būvniecības izmaksu aprēķiniem, plānotais ģimenes prakšu kabinetu atjaunošanas izmaksu apmērs ir lielāks, nekā projektā iekļautās izmaksas kabinetu vienkāršotai atjaunošanai, izmaksu pārsnieguma daļu APVIENĪBA sedz no saviem līdzekļiem.Projekta īstenošanas rezultātā VCA veselības aprūpes pakalpojumu sniegšanas adresē tiks attīstītas 8 (astoņas) ģimenes ārsta prakses, kā rezultātā uzlabosies primārās veselības aprūpes pakalpojumu pieejamība un kvalitāte Bergmane Ilze, Olgas Sitovenko, Jekaterīnas Stepičevas, Dzintras Homkas, Natālijas Vasiļjevas, Jeļenas Anisimovas, Māras Sokolovas, Liānas Ozoliņas ģimenes ārsta praksēs reģistrētajiem pacientiem. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer l’accès à des services de soins de santé de qualité, en particulier pour les populations exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale, territoriale et de pauvreté en développant les infrastructures de soins de santé et le soutien technique aux services de santé de JSC «Association des centres de santé» (ci-après — UNION, VCA) au 26, rue Slokas, Jurmala, «VCA Dubultu Polyclinic» travaillant sur la base de contrats de travail pour les médecins de famille Yekaterina Stepičeva, Dzintra Homka, Natalya Vasi Bergmane Ilze — cabinet de médecin de famille et cabinet de médecin généraliste Olga Sitovenko. Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Zugang zu hochwertigen Gesundheitsdiensten zu verbessern, insbesondere für die Bevölkerung, die von sozialer, territorialer Ausgrenzung und Armut bedroht ist, indem die Infrastruktur für die Gesundheitsversorgung und die technische Unterstützung der Gesundheitsdienste des JSC „Health Centres Association“ (im Folgenden – UNION, VCA) in der 26 Slokas Street, Jurmala, „VCA Dubultu Polyclinic“ entwickelt werden, die auf der Grundlage von Arbeitsverträgen für Familienärzte Yekaterina Stepičeva, Dzintra Homka, Natalya Vasiējeva, Elena Anisimova, Mara Sokolova, Liāna Ozoliņa sowie Partner von VCA arbeiten: Bergmane Ilze – Hausarztpraxis und Praxis der Allgemeinmedizinerin Olga Sitovenko. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden vereinfachte Renovierungsarbeiten der Büros der Allgemeinmediziner durchgeführt, Hardware, Möbel und medizinische Technologien werden erworben. Das Projekt soll innerhalb von 15 Monaten nach dem 2. Quartal 2021 durchgeführt werden. Die Gesamtkosten des Projekts betragen 63 800 EUR. Nach den Berechnungen der Baukosten sind die geplanten Kosten für die Renovierung von Familienpraxisschränken höher als die Kosten des Projekts für die vereinfachte Renovierung von Schränken, der überhöhte Teil der Kosten wird von der UNION aus eigenen Mitteln gedeckt. Als Ergebnis der Projektdurchführung werden 8 (acht) allgemeine Praktika an der VCA-Gesundheitsdienstadresse entwickelt, was zu einer Verbesserung der Verfügbarkeit und Qualität der primären Gesundheitsversorgung Bergmane Ilze führt, Olgas Sitovenko, für Patienten, die in der Praxis des Familienarztes von Jekaterina Stepičeva, Dzintra Homka, Natalya Vasiþjeva, Jelena Anisimova, Mara Sokolova, Liāna Ozolina registriert sind. In het kader van het project zullen vereenvoudigde renovatiewerkzaamheden van huisartsenkantoren worden uitgevoerd, zullen hardware, meubels en medische technologieën worden gekocht. Het project zal naar verwachting binnen 15 maanden na het tweede kwartaal van 2021 worden uitgevoerd. De totale kosten van het project bedragen 63 800 EUR. Volgens de berekeningen van de bouwkosten zijn de geplande kosten voor de renovatie van familiepraktijkkasten hoger dan de kosten die zijn opgenomen in het project voor de vereenvoudigde renovatie van kasten, wordt het resterende deel van de kosten door de UNION uit eigen middelen gedekt. L'obiettivo del progetto è migliorare l'accesso a servizi di assistenza sanitaria di alta qualità, in particolare per la popolazione a rischio di esclusione sociale, territoriale e povertà sviluppando infrastrutture sanitarie e assistenza tecnica per i servizi sanitari del JSC "Association Centri sanitari" (di seguito — UNION, VCA) in 26 Slokas Street, Jurmala, "VCA Dubultu Polyclinic" lavorando sulla base di contratti di lavoro per medici di famiglia Yekaterina Stepičeva, Dzintra Homka, Natalya Vasi¼jeva, Elena Anisimova, Mara Sokolova, Liāna Ozoliņa, nonché partner di VCA: Bergmane Ilze — medico di famiglia e pratica del medico generico Olga Sitovenko. Nell'ambito del progetto, saranno effettuati lavori semplificati di ristrutturazione degli uffici dei medici generici, saranno acquistati hardware, mobili e tecnologie mediche. Il progetto dovrebbe essere attuato entro 15 mesi dal secondo trimestre del 2021. Il costo totale del progetto è di 63 800 EUR. In base ai calcoli dei costi di costruzione, il costo previsto per la ristrutturazione di armadi per uso familiare è superiore ai costi inclusi nel progetto di ristrutturazione semplificata degli armadi, la parte eccedente del costo è coperta dall'UNION con le proprie risorse. In seguito all'attuazione del progetto, 8 (otto) pratiche di medico generico saranno sviluppate presso l'indirizzo del servizio sanitario VCA, con conseguente miglioramento della disponibilità e della qualità dei servizi sanitari di base Bergmane Ilze, Olgas Sitovenko, per i pazienti registrati nella pratica del medico di famiglia di Yekaterina Stepičeva, Dzintra Homka, Natalya Vasi¼jeva, Jelena Anisimova, Mara Sokolova, Liāna Ozolina.
