Projekta mērķis ir samazināt plūdu apdraudējumu Nagļu un Rikavas pagastā, palielināt pagasta iedzīvotāju drošību, tādējādi veicinot uzņēmējdarbības attīstību teritorijā un uzlabojot iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitāti. Projekta galvenās darbības ir Valsts nozīmes meliorācijas sistēmas – zemteka Mazā Rēzeknīte, ŪSIK kods 4234442:01, pik. 00/00-02/70 pārbūve Nagļu, Rikavas pagastā, Rēzeknes novadā pārbūve, tai skaitā būves tehniskās apsekošanas atzinuma sagatavošana, projektēšana, būvdarbu veikšana, būvuzraudzība, autoruzraudzība un projekta vadība. Projekta izpildes rezultātā tiks pārbūvēta zemteka Mazā Rēzeknīte, samazinot plūdu draudus 23 Nagļu un Rikavas pagasta iedzīvotājiem, kas saimnieko plūdu draudu skartajā 332,75 ha Nagļu un Rikavas pagasta teritorijā. Pēc projekta īstenošanas tiks palielināta dabas teritoriju vērtība, pievilcīgums un nodrošināta produktīva teritorijas izmantošana. Projekta īstenošanas kopējās izmaksas ir 751 143,83 EUR, no kuriem ERAF atbalsta apjoms ir 85% jeb 638 472,26 EUR. Projekta īstenošanu plānots pabeigt 29 mēnešu laikā no līguma par projekta īstenošanu noslēgšanas. Projekta atbalstāmās darbības - būves tehniskās apsekošanas atzinuma sagatavošana veikta 2017. gadā, būvprojekta izstrāde ir uzsākta 2018. gada jūnijā pirms līguma par projekta īstenošanu parakstīšanas. The aim of the project is to reduce the risk of flooding in Nagli and Rikava parish, to increase security of the inhabitants of the parish, thus promoting the development of entrepreneurship in the territory and improving the quality of life of the inhabitants. The main activities of the project are drainage systems of national importance – subtext Small Rezeknīte, USIK code 4234442:01, pik. 00/00-02/70 reconstruction in Nagļu, Rikava parish, rebuilding in Rezekne Municipality, including preparation of technical survey opinion, designing, execution of construction works, construction supervision, author supervision and project management. As a result of the project the subtext Mazā Rezeknīte will be rebuilt, reducing the risk of flooding 23 inhabitants of Nagļu and Rikava parish, which manages 332.75 ha in the territory of Nagli and Rikava parish affected by flood threats. After the implementation of the project, the value, attractiveness and productive use of the territory will be increased. The total cost of project implementation is EUR 751143,83, of which ERDF support amount is 85 % or EUR 638472,26. Project implementation is planned to be completed within 29 months from the conclusion of the contract on project implementation. The project’s supported activity – the construction technical survey opinion was prepared in 2017; the development of the construction project was started in June 2018 before the signing of the contract on the implementation of the project. L’objectif du projet est de réduire les risques d’inondation dans la paroisse de Nagli et de Rikava, d’accroître la sécurité des habitants de la paroisse, de promouvoir ainsi le développement des affaires sur le territoire et d’améliorer la qualité de vie des habitants. Les principales activités du projet sont les systèmes de drainage d’importance nationale — Zemteka Mazā Rezeknīte, code 4234442:01, brochet. 00/00-02/70 Rebâtir à Nag’u, paroisse de Rikava, municipalité de Rezekne, y compris la préparation, la conception, les travaux de construction, la supervision de la construction, la supervision de l’auteur et la gestion du projet de l’étude technique de la structure. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, la Zemteka Mazā Rēzekneknīte sera reconstruite, ce qui réduira le risque d’inondation à 23 habitants de la paroisse de Nag’u et de Rikava, qui gèrent la menace d’inondation sur le territoire de Nagli et de la paroisse Rikava 332,75 ha. Après la mise en œuvre du projet, la valeur, l’attractivité et l’utilisation productive du site seront accrues. Le coût total de la mise en œuvre du projet s’élève à 751 143,83 EUR, dont le montant du soutien du FEDER s’élève à 85 %, soit 638 472,26 EUR. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Hochwasserrisiko in der Pfarrei Nagli und Rikava zu verringern, die Sicherheit der Bewohner der Gemeinde zu erhöhen und so die Geschäftsentwicklung auf dem Territorium zu fördern und die Lebensqualität der Einwohner zu verbessern. Die Hauptaktivitäten des Projektes sind Entwässerungssysteme von nationaler Bedeutung – Zemteka Mazā Rezeknīte, SIK-Code 4234442:01, Hecht. 00/00-02/70 Umbau in Nagūu, Rikava Pfarrei, Gemeinde Rezekne, einschließlich Vorbereitung, Planung, Bauarbeiten, Bauaufsicht, Autorüberwachung und Projektmanagement der technischen Besichtigung der Struktur. Als Ergebnis der Projektdurchführung wird die Zemteka Mazā Rēzekneknīte wieder aufgebaut, wodurch das Hochwasserrisiko auf 23 Einwohner der Gemeinde Nagūu und Rikava reduziert wird, die die Überschwemmungsgefahr auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Nagli und Rikava bewältigen. Nach der Umsetzung des Projekts werden Wert, Attraktivität und produktive Nutzung des Standorts erhöht. Die Gesamtkosten für die Durchführung des Projekts betragen 751 143,83 EUR, davon 85 % bzw. 638 472,26 EUR. Die Projektdurchführung soll innerhalb von 29 Monaten nach Abschluss der Projektdurchführungsvereinbarung abgeschlossen werden. Durch das Projekt unterstützte Aktivitäten – Vorbereitung der technischen Umfrage zur Struktur wurde 2017 durchgeführt, die Entwicklung der Bauplanung begann im Juni 2018 vor der Unterzeichnung des Vertrags über die Durchführung des Projekts. De belangrijkste activiteiten van het project zijn drainagesystemen van nationaal belang — Zemteka Mazā Rezeknīte, ¾SIK code 4234442:01, snoek. 00/00-02/70 verbouwing in Nagрu, Rikava Parish, gemeente Rezekne, met inbegrip van voorbereiding, ontwerp, bouwwerkzaamheden, bouwtoezicht, auteurstoezicht en projectbeheer van het technisch onderzoek van de structuur. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project zal de Zemteka Mazā Rēzekneknīte worden herbouwd, waardoor het risico op overstromingen wordt verminderd tot 23 inwoners van de parochie Nagрu en Rikava, die de overstromingen op het grondgebied van Nagli en Rikava parochie 332,75 ha beheersen. Na de uitvoering van het project zullen de waarde, de aantrekkelijkheid en het productieve gebruik van de site worden verhoogd. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di ridurre il rischio di alluvioni nella parrocchia di Nagli e Rikava, di aumentare la sicurezza degli abitanti della parrocchia, promuovendo così lo sviluppo imprenditoriale nel territorio e migliorando la qualità della vita degli abitanti. Le principali attività del progetto sono i sistemi di drenaggio di rilevanza nazionale — Zemteka Mazā Rezeknīte, codice SIK 4234442:01, luccio. 00/00-02/70 ricostruzione a Nagűu, Parrocchia di Rikava, Comune di Rezekne, compresi la preparazione, la progettazione, i lavori di costruzione, la supervisione della costruzione, la supervisione dell'autore e la gestione del progetto dell'indagine tecnica della struttura. Come risultato dell'attuazione del progetto, la Zemteka Mazā Rēzekneknīte sarà ricostruita, riducendo il rischio di inondazioni a 23 abitanti della parrocchia di Nagűu e Rikava, che gestiscono la minaccia alluvionale nel territorio di Nagli e della parrocchia di Rikava 332,75 ha. Dopo l'attuazione del progetto, il valore, l'attrattiva e l'uso produttivo del sito saranno aumentati.
