Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in cresterea gradului de participare la nivelul educatiei timpurii prin asigurarea unei infrastructuri adecvata/ corespunzatoare ciclului prescolar, astfel incat copii sa beneficieze de o educatie de calitate, intr-o locatie care sa corespunda nevoilor acestora.Astfel, prezentul proiect isi propune construcția/ reabilitarea/ modernizarea/ extinderea/ echiparea infrastructurii educaţionale aferenta Gradinitei cu program prelungit Sfanta Maria si a Cresei nr. 5, in vederea realizarii conditiilor optime pentru derularea activitatilor didactice contribuind la cresterea gradului de participare la procesul educational. Proiectul vine în întâmpinarea obiectivului general al Programului Operational Regional de „crestere a competitivitatii economice si îmbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale prin sprijinirea dezvoltarii mediului de afaceri, a conditiilor infrastructurale si a serviciilor, care sa asigure o dezvoltare sustenabila a regiunilor, capabile sa gestioneze în mod eficient resursele, sa valorifice potentialul lor de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic”, prin imbunatatirea conditiilor infrastructurale a sistemului educational timpuriu. The general objective of the project is to increase the level of participation in early education by ensuring an adequate infrastructure/corresponding to the preschool cycle, so that children benefit from a quality education, in a location that meets their needs.Thus, this project aims to build/rehabilitate/modernise/extend/equipment the educational infrastructure related to St. Mary’s and Cresei’s long-term kindergarten no. 5, in order to achieve the optimal conditions for carrying out the teaching activities contributing to increasing the degree of participation in the educational process. The project meets the general objective of the Regional Operational Programme of “increasing economic competitiveness and improving the living conditions of local and regional communities by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services, ensuring a sustainable development of the regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, capitalising on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress”, by improving the infrastructure conditions of the early education system. Das allgemeine Ziel des Projekts besteht darin, die Beteiligung an der frühkindlichen Bildung zu erhöhen, indem eine angemessene Infrastruktur/entsprechend dem Vorschulzyklus sichergestellt wird, damit Kinder von einer qualitativ hochwertigen Ausbildung an einem Ort profitieren, der ihren Bedürfnissen entspricht. Das Projekt zielt daher darauf ab, die Bildungsinfrastruktur im Zusammenhang mit dem Langzeitkindergarten Nr. 5 von St. Mary’s und Cresei aufzubauen, zu rehabilitieren/modernisieren/auszubauen/auszurüsten, um die optimalen Bedingungen für die Durchführung der Lehrtätigkeiten zu erreichen, die zur Erhöhung des Grads der Teilnahme am Bildungsprozess beitragen. Das Projekt entspricht dem allgemeinen Ziel des regionalen operationellen Programms, „die wirtschaftliche Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu erhöhen und die Lebensbedingungen der lokalen und regionalen Gemeinschaften zu verbessern, indem die Entwicklung der Rahmenbedingungen für Unternehmen, Infrastrukturbedingungen und -dienstleistungen unterstützt wird, eine nachhaltige Entwicklung der Regionen sichergestellt wird, die in der Lage ist, Ressourcen effizient zu verwalten, ihr Innovationspotenzial und die Assimilation des technologischen Fortschritts zu nutzen“, indem die Infrastrukturbedingungen des Frühschulsystems verbessert werden. De algemene doelstelling van het project is het verhogen van het niveau van deelname aan vroegtijdig onderwijs door te zorgen voor een adequate infrastructuur/overeenkomstig de kleutercyclus, zodat kinderen kunnen profiteren van een hoogwaardig onderwijs, op een locatie die aan hun behoeften voldoet. Dit project heeft dus tot doel de onderwijsinfrastructuur met betrekking tot St. Mary’s en Cresei’s langdurige kleuterschool nr. 5 te bouwen/rehabiliteren/moderniseren/uitbreiden/uitbreiden/uitrusting te maken, teneinde de optimale voorwaarden te bereiken voor het uitvoeren van de onderwijsactiviteiten die bijdragen tot een grotere deelname aan het onderwijsproces. Het project beantwoordt aan de algemene doelstelling van het regionale operationele programma, namelijk „het economisch concurrentievermogen vergroten en de levensomstandigheden van lokale en regionale gemeenschappen verbeteren door de ontwikkeling van het ondernemingsklimaat, de infrastructuurvoorwaarden en -diensten te ondersteunen, een duurzame ontwikkeling van de regio’s te waarborgen, in staat te zijn hulpbronnen efficiënt te beheren, hun innovatiepotentieel te benutten en de technologische vooruitgang te assimileren”, door de infrastructuurvoorwaarden van het systeem voor vroegtijdig onderwijs te verbeteren.
