KNN Cellulose is een innovatief bedrijf dat duurzame oplossingen ontwikkelt met grote bijdragen aan de circulaire economie. Het bedrijf produceert biobased cellulose uit tertiaire bronnen voor diverse sectoren ter vervanging van de synthetische vezel. KNN Cellulose verwacht dat cellulose een aanzienlijk potentieel heeft in de verduurzaming van ons grondstoffengebruik, zowel milieukundig als ook economisch. KNN Cellulose werkt binnen de sectoren afval, water, bouw, chemie, agro, papier en karton.Het project van KNN Cellulose B.V. en Qlymat B.V. heeft als doelstelling het ontwikkelen en valoriseren van de productietechnologie waarmee Recell als hoogwaardige platformgrondstof voor diverse vezeltoepassingen in de bouw, infra, agro en chemie kan worden ingezet. Doordat KNN Cellulose daarbij met enkel 100% recyclebaar materiaal werkt, past dit uitstekend in een circulaire economie. Het is de doelstelling van KNN Cellulose om op termijn te komen tot een matrix van Recell-producten welke op basis van onder andere kwaliteit, vezellengte, wolligheid, grondstof of zuiverheid in te delen valt in diverse categorieën, waarbij elke categorie van het Recell-product goed aansluit bij een specifieke markt en haar wensen. Met de innovatieve productietechnologie moet het mogelijk worden om een hele range van marktgerichte toepassingen voor Recell te ontsluiten, zowel in laagwaardige sectoren als voor zeer specifieke markten met hoogwaardige toepassingen.Binnen het project ligt de uitdaging om tertiair cellulose als stabiele platformgrondstof in te zetten voor vezelmarkten en haar specifieke eisen. Om deze doelstelling te behalen zal KNN Cellulose / Qlymat B.V. zich inzetten om een innovatief vezelpreparatieproces en diverse mixen/recepturen te ontwikkelen waarmee Recell als platformgrondstof gebruikt kan worden voor meerdere innovatieve toepassingen in verschillende markten. Binnen dit EFRO Valorisatie 2019 project wil KNN Cellulose de procestechnologie ontwikkelen waarmee in een proeffabriek op een representatieve schaal betrouwbaar en herhaalbaar gekomen kan worden tot een matrix van Recell-producten met de juiste eigenschappen. Hierdoor kan Recell als volgwaardige stabiele grondstof opnieuw ingezet worden. Binnen het EFRO Valorisatie project wordt een ambitieuze en innovatieve proces- en productinnovatie gerealiseerd waarmee de marktgerichte toepassing van Recell in verschillende markten mogelijk wordt gemaakt. KNN Cellulose expects cellulose to have a significant potential in the sustainability of our use of raw materials, both environmentally and economically. KNN Cellulose works within the waste, water, construction, chemistry, agro, paper and cardboard sectors. The project of KNN Cellulose B.V. and Qlymat B.V. aims to develop and valorise the production technology with which Recell can be used as a high-quality platform raw material for various fibre applications in construction, infrastructure, agro and chemistry. Because KNN Cellulose works with only 100 % recyclable material, this fits perfectly in a circular economy. It is the objective of KNN Cellulose to eventually arrive at a matrix of Recell products that can be classified into different categories based on, inter alia, quality, fibre length, roughness, raw material or purity, with each category of the Recell product well in line with a specific market and its wishes. Innovative manufacturing technology should make it possible to unlock a whole range of market-oriented applications for Recell, both in low-grade sectors and for very specific markets with high-quality applications. Within the project, the challenge is to use tertiary cellulose as a stable platform raw material for fibre markets and its specific requirements. In order to achieve this objective, KNN Cellulose/Qlymat B.V. will be committed to developing an innovative fibre preparation process and various mixes/prescriptions with which Recell can be used as platform raw material for multiple innovative applications in different markets. Within this ERDF Valorisation 2019 project, KNN Cellulose aims to develop the process technology that allows a reliably and repeatable matrix of Recell products with the right properties in a pilot plant on a representative scale. As a result, Recell can be re-used as a trackable stable raw material. Within the ERDF Valorisation project, an ambitious and innovative process and product innovation is being realised that enables the market-oriented application of Recell in different markets. KNN Cellulose est une entreprise innovante qui développe des solutions durables avec une contribution majeure à l’économie circulaire. L’entreprise produit de la cellulose biologique à partir de sources tertiaires pour différents secteurs afin de remplacer les fibres synthétiques. KNN Cellulose s’attend à ce que la cellulose ait un potentiel significatif dans la durabilité de notre utilisation des matières premières, tant sur le plan environnemental qu’économique. KNN Cellulose travaille dans les secteurs des déchets, de l’eau, de la construction, de la chimie, de l’agroalimentaire, du papier et du carton. Le projet de KNN Cellulose B.V. et Qlymat B.V. vise à développer et à valoriser la technologie de production avec laquelle ReCell peut être utilisé comme matière première plate-forme de haute qualité pour diverses applications de fibres dans la construction, les infrastructures, l’agroalimentaire et la chimie. Parce que KNN Cellulose ne fonctionne qu’avec un matériau 100 % recyclable, cela s’intègre parfaitement dans une économie circulaire. L’objectif de KNN Cellulose est de parvenir à terme à une matrice de produits ReCell qui peut être classée en différentes catégories en fonction, entre autres, de la qualité, de la longueur des fibres, de la rugosité, de la matière première ou de la pureté, chaque catégorie du produit ReCell étant bien conforme à un marché spécifique et à ses souhaits. Les technologies de fabrication innovantes devraient permettre de débloquer toute une gamme d’applications orientées vers le marché pour ReCell, tant dans les secteurs de faible qualité que pour des marchés très spécifiques avec des applications de haute qualité. Dans le cadre du projet, le défi consiste à utiliser la cellulose tertiaire comme matière première stable pour les marchés de la fibre et ses besoins spécifiques. Pour atteindre cet objectif, KNN Cellulose/Qlymat B.V. s’engage à développer un processus innovant de préparation de fibres et divers mélanges/prescriptions avec lesquels ReCell peut être utilisé comme matière première plate-forme pour de multiples applications innovantes sur différents marchés. Dans le cadre de ce projet FEDER Valorisation 2019, KNN Cellulose vise à développer la technologie de process qui permet une matrice fiable et répétable des produits ReCell avec les bonnes propriétés dans une usine pilote à une échelle représentative. Par conséquent, ReCell peut être réutilisé en tant que matière première stable traçable. KNN Cellulose erwartet, dass Cellulose ein erhebliches Potenzial in der Nachhaltigkeit unseres Einsatzes von Rohstoffen hat, sowohl ökologisch als auch wirtschaftlich. KNN Cellulose arbeitet in den Bereichen Abfall, Wasser, Bau, Chemie, Agro, Papier und Karton. Das Projekt von KNN Cellulose B.V. und Qlymat B.V. zielt darauf ab, die Produktionstechnologie zu entwickeln und zu nutzen, mit der ReCell als hochwertiger Plattformrohstoff für verschiedene Faseranwendungen in Bau, Infrastruktur, Agro und Chemie eingesetzt werden kann. Da KNN Cellulose mit nur 100 % recycelbarem Material arbeitet, passt dies perfekt in eine Kreislaufwirtschaft. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, wird sich KNN Cellulose/Qlymat B.V. verpflichtet, einen innovativen Faseraufbereitungsprozess und verschiedene Mischungen/Verschreibungen zu entwickeln, mit denen ReCell als Plattformrohstoff für mehrere innovative Anwendungen in verschiedenen Märkten eingesetzt werden kann. Im Rahmen dieses EFRE-Valorisation 2019-Projekts will KNN Cellulose die Prozesstechnologie entwickeln, die eine zuverlässige und wiederholbare Matrix von ReCell-Produkten mit den richtigen Eigenschaften in einer Pilotanlage im repräsentativen Maßstab ermöglicht. KNN Cellulose è un'azienda innovativa che sviluppa soluzioni sostenibili con importanti contributi all'economia circolare. L'azienda produce cellulosa a base biologica da fonti terziarie per diversi settori in sostituzione delle fibre sintetiche. KNN Cellulose si aspetta che la cellulosa abbia un potenziale significativo nella sostenibilità del nostro utilizzo delle materie prime, sia dal punto di vista ambientale che economico. KNN Cellulose opera nei settori dei rifiuti, dell'acqua, dell'edilizia, della chimica, dell'agro, della carta e del cartone. Il progetto di KNN Cellulose B.V. e Qlymat B.V. mira a sviluppare e valorizzare la tecnologia produttiva con cui ReCell può essere utilizzato come piattaforma di alta qualità materie prime per varie applicazioni in fibra di costruzione, infrastrutture, agro e chimica. Poiché KNN Cellulose lavora solo con materiale riciclabile al 100 %, questo si inserisce perfettamente in un'economia circolare. L'obiettivo di KNN Cellulose è quello di giungere a una matrice di prodotti ReCell che possa essere classificata in diverse categorie in base, tra l'altro, alla qualità, alla lunghezza delle fibre, alla rugosità, alla materia prima o alla purezza, con ciascuna categoria del prodotto ReCell ben in linea con un mercato specifico e i suoi desideri. La tecnologia manifatturiera innovativa dovrebbe consentire di sbloccare tutta una gamma di applicazioni orientate al mercato per ReCell, sia nei settori di bassa qualità che in mercati molto specifici con applicazioni di alta qualità. All'interno del progetto, la sfida consiste nell'utilizzare la cellulosa terziaria come piattaforma stabile per i mercati delle fibre e le sue esigenze specifiche. Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, KNN Cellulose/Qlymat B.V. si impegnerà a sviluppare un innovativo processo di preparazione delle fibre e varie miscele/prescrizioni con cui ReCell può essere utilizzato come materia prima piattaforma per molteplici applicazioni innovative in diversi mercati. Nell'ambito di questo progetto FESR Valorizzazione 2019, KNN Cellulose mira a sviluppare la tecnologia di processo che consente una matrice affidabile e ripetibile di prodotti ReCell con le giuste proprietà in un impianto pilota su scala rappresentativa. Di conseguenza, ReCell può essere riutilizzato come materia prima stabile tracciabile. Nell'ambito del progetto di valutazione del FESR, si sta realizzando un'innovazione di processo e di prodotto ambiziosa e innovativa che consente l'applicazione di ReCell orientata al mercato in diversi mercati.
