PARAGRAPH 3 OF LAW NO 104/92 ON ASSISTANCE, SOCIAL INTEGRATION AND THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, PROVIDES THAT, WHERE THE DISABLED PERSON HAS REDUCED HIS/HER PERSONAL AUTONOMY, THERE IS A NEED FOR PERMANENT, CONTINUOUS AND COMPREHENSIVE ASSISTANCE IN THE INDIVIDUAL SPHERE OR IN THAT OF THE REPORT? IN ASSESSING THE GENERAL CONTEXT AND ANALYSING THE 107 LAW ON GOOD SCHOOL, THERE IS A GREAT DEAL OF REFERENCE TO CONTINUITY OF TEACHING BUT DOES NOT TAKE ACCOUNT OF THE FACT THAT THIS CONTINUITY IS MOST OFTEN TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT, AS SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS WITH AN ANNUAL OFFICE WHO DO NOT HAVE ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY TO RETURN TO THE CHILD IN THE PAST.
