Ziel des Projekts ist die Umsetzung von Energieeffizienz- und Erneuerbare-Energien-Maßnahmen in einer öffentlichen Infrastruktur, die in der Zentralverwaltung des Staates betrieben wird und somit zur Umsetzung des Eco.AP-Programms und des PNAEE beiträgt.
