Ziel dieses Antrags ist es, das Vermögen von Organisationen mit Umstrukturierungs- und/oder Umwandlungsprozessen und vorzugsweise arbeitsplatzgefährdenden Organisationen auszubilden, die auch den Bedürfnissen von Arbeitslosen im 12. Jahr entsprechen. Dieses Projekt zielt auch darauf ab, im Rahmen von INCoDe.2030 und PEES dem ergänzenden Bedarf an Vermögenswerten gerecht zu werden, wobei besonderes Augenmerk auf die Fragen des IT-Analphabetentums, der Umwelt und des Sozialsektors gelegt wird.
