A operação é constituída por 2 componentes, desdobradas em 5 acções, 4 de i) estudos, pareceres, projetos e consultoria e 1 de ii) construções diversas. A realização da auditoria e a elaboração do projeto de execução foram essenciais ao diagnóstico e à definição da intervenção infraestrutural a desenvolver. Das Vorhaben besteht aus zwei Komponenten, die in 5 Aktionen, 4 von i) Studien, Stellungnahmen, Projekte und Beratung und 1 von ii) verschiedenen Bauten unterteilt sind. Die Prüfung und Vorbereitung des Umsetzungsprojekts waren für die Diagnose und Definition der zu entwickelnden Infrastrukturintervention von wesentlicher Bedeutung. Letzteres wird es ermöglichen, die im Projekt festgelegten Lösungen umzusetzen und so den Energieverbrauch von Gebäuden zu rationalisieren. (German)
