O presente projeto pretende focar-se em duas linhas de investigação, diretamente relacionadas entre si, (i) o diagnóstico e (ii) o tratamento de cancros em fase inicial que, através de ensaios clínicos prospetivos, consigam, por um lado, testar novas tecnologias de diagnóstico, com maior precisão, e, por outro, demonstrar qual o tratamento mais adequado, mais eficaz e com menor custo associado.
