Ziel der Operation ist die Neuqualifizierung von Landschaft und Umwelt des Vala dos Amiais, in dem Abschnitt neben dem städtischen und Landschaftsrequalifikationsbetrieb des öffentlichen Raumes um das alte kommunale Schlachthaus. Es umfasst die Einbürgerung der Wasserlinie und die Wiederherstellung der rigorose Galerie, die Schaffung von Freizeit- und Freizeitgrünflächen und die Verbesserung der weichen Verbindungen zwischen den Banken.
