Proj.realiz.od IX 2019 do V 2021 na terenie wybranych gmin woj.wielkop.,tj.gmin z subr. pilskiego zaliczanych do wiejskich obsz.funkcjonal. wymagając. wsparcia procesów rozwojowych w woj.wielkop.(regionalne OSI) oraz m. średnich.Wsparciem objętych zostanie 120 (72K,48M) mieszkańców ww.gmin-os.bezrobotnych,poszukujących pracy i biernych zaw.,defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy,pow.29r.ż.,z jednej z poniższych gr.:os.długotrwale bezrobotne,kobiety,os.z niepełnosprawnościami[ON],os.o niskich kwalifik.,os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej oraz inne wskazane we wniosku.Proj.odpowiada na cele szczegół.określone w SZOOP WRPO na l.2014-20-wdrożenie proj.zakłada wzrost zatrudnienia na regional.rynku pracy.Celem gł.proj.jest podniesienie do X 2020r. poziomu aktywności zaw.i zdolności do zatrudn. w grupie 120os. pow.29r.ż.,defaworyz.na rynku pracy bezrob., poszuk. pracy i biernych zaw.,zamieszkujących wybrane gminy wiejskie subregionu pilskiego lub miasta średnie poprzez objęcie ich kompleksowym programem wsparcia,odpowiadającym na zidentyfi. trudności i bariery,jakie napotykają w wejściu i utrzymaniu się na rynku pracy.Projekt realizowany jest przez "CERTES" Sp.z o.o. w partnerstwie z iT Consulting Sp. z o. o..Najważniejsze wskaźniki proj.:0L.osób objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zaw.w progr.-1200L.osób,które uzyskały kwalifik. po opuszczeniu progr.-300L.osób pracujących,łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek,po opuszczeniu progr.-50.Najważniejsze rezultaty proj.:0 zdobycie zatrud. przez min.50 UP0 podniesienie poziomu kwalifikacji/kompet. zaw. wśród min.84 UP0 zdobycie/podwyższenie doświad.zaw. umożliwiającego wejście/powrót na rynek pracy wśród min.63 UPW ramach proj.UP zostaną objęci wsparciem:¦ identyfikacja indywid.potrzeb i oprac.IPD (Zad.1)¦ poradnictwo zaw.(indywid.i grupowe) (Zad.2)¦ pośrednictwo pracy na każdym etapie realizacji wsparcia (Zad.3)¦ szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia kompetencji/kwalifikacji zaw.(Zad.4)¦ staże zaw.(Zad.5)Wartość proj.1 005 407,31zł,dofin.:955 136,94zł (Polish)

Gemeinden aus den Pilsk-Vororten, die als funktionell im ländlichen Raum eingestuft sind, die Unterstützung von Entwicklungsprozessen in der Woiwodschaft (regionale OSI) und mittlere Regionen erfordern. im 29. Jahrhundert: Langzeitarbeitslose, Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen[ON], mit geringen Qualifikationen, im Alter von 50 Jahren und darüber und andere im Antrag angegeben.Proj. reagiert auf die spezifischen Ziele der SZOOP WRPO für den Zeitraum 2014-20-Umsetzung des Projekts. regional.arbeit Markt.Ziel des Projekts ist es, bis zum X 2020 das Niveau der Aktivität und Kapazität in der Gruppe von 120 Menschen zu erhöhen.
