Celem projektu jest wsparcie utrzymania aktywności zawodowej 374 mieszkańców województwa wielkopolskiego, pracujących w zawodzie nauczyciela/lki zmierzające do wzrostu świadomości czynników w środowisku pracy niekorzystnie wpływających na ich stan zdrowia i zachowanie aktywności zawodowej oraz zmniejszenie oddziaływania ww. czynników w 11 szkołach podstawowych z obszaru miasta Śrem i gminy Śrem.W projekcie będą realizowane następujące działania:1) opracowanie 11 pogłębionych analiz czynników niekorzystnych wraz z rekomendacjami i planami naprawczymi2) wdrożenie szczegółowo opracowanych planów naprawczych w miejscu pracy poprzez doradztwo dla osób zarządzających, szkolenia i konsultacje grupowe dla kadry nauczycielskiej oraz doposażenie stanowisk pracy zgodnie ze wskazaniami zawartymi w planie naprawczym3) wsparcie indywidualne dla nauczycieli/ek, obejmujące fizjoterapię (pula 8 spotkań po 30 minut na osobę), wsparcie psychologiczne (pula 5 h/osoba) i konsultacje z lekarzem foniatrą/laryngologiem (2 spotkania/osoba) - rzeczywista ilość godzin/spotkań, z których skorzysta UP, zależy od jego indywidualnych potrzeb.Projekt jest skierowany do 374 osób w wieku aktywności zawodowej (323 K, 51 M). Wnioskodawca przyznaje preferencje osobom:-zamieszkałych na obszarze miasta średniego-niepełnosprawnym (wg wyników wstępnej analizy, w 11 SP pracuje zaledwie 7 osób z niepełnosprawnością)poprzez przyznanie im dodatkowych punktów w procesie rekrutacji.Efektem realizacji ww. działań będzie utworzenie planów naprawczych, broszur informacyjnych z rekomendacjami, indywidualne wsparcie prozdrowotne dla uczestników/czek projektu oraz wsparcie szkół podstawowych w zakresie poprawy ergonomii miejsc pracy (w zależności od zdiagnozowanych indywidualnie potrzeb).Działania będą realizowane na terenie miasta Śrem oraz szkół podstawowych z obszarów wiejskich, podlegających pod organ prowadzący tj. UM w Śremie, tj. na obszarze województwa wielkopolskiego w okresie między 01.2020 r. a 10.2020 r. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to support 374 residents of Wielkopolskie Voivodship working in the profession of teacher/drugs in employment, aiming to increase the awareness of factors in the working environment that adversely affect their health and maintenance of their work, and to reduce the impact of these factors in 11 primary schools in the area of the city of Śrem and the municipality of Śrem.The following actions will be implemented in the project: 1) the development of 11 in-depth analyses of adverse factors together with recommendations and recovery plans2) implementing detailed corrective plans in the workplace by advising managers, training and group consultations for teaching staff and retrofitting of workplaces as indicated in the corrective plan3) individual support for teachers/employees, including physiotherapy (a pool of 8 meetings of 30 minutes per person), psychological support (population of 5 hours/person) and consultation with a doctor’s phoniatra/laryngologist (2 meetings/person) – the actual number of hours/meetings that UP will use depends on his individual needs.The project is aimed at 374 people of the working age (323 K, 51 M). The applicant grants preferences to persons living in the area of the middle-disabled city (according to the results of the preliminary analysis, in 11 SP there are only 7 people with disabilities) by awarding them additional points in the recruitment process. The implementation of the above-mentioned measures will result in the creation of corrective plans, information brochures with recommendations, individual health support for project participants/cheques and support for primary schools in improving the ergonomics of workplaces (depending on individually diagnosed needs).The activities will be implemented in the city of Śrem and primary schools from rural areas, under the governing body, i.e. Um in Śrem, i.e. in Wielkopolskie Voivodship between 01.2020 and 10.2020 (English)

L’objectif du projet est de soutenir 374 habitants de la voïvodie de Wielkopolskie travaillant dans la profession d’enseignant/médicament dans l’emploi, en vue d’accroître la sensibilisation aux facteurs de l’environnement de travail qui nuisent à leur santé et à l’entretien de leur travail, et de réduire l’impact de ces facteurs dans 11 écoles primaires de la zone de la ville de Śrem et de la municipalité de Śrem.Les actions suivantes seront mises en œuvre dans le cadre du projet: 1) le développement de 11 analyses approfondies des facteurs négatifs ainsi que des recommandations et des plans de redressement 2) la mise en œuvre de plans de correction détaillés sur le lieu de travail par des directeurs d’encadrement, formation et consultations de groupe pour le personnel enseignant et réaménagement des lieux de travail, comme indiqué dans le plan correctif3) soutien individuel aux enseignants/employés, y compris la physiothérapie (une réserve de 8 réunions de 30 minutes par personne), soutien psychologique (population de 5 heures/personne) et consultation d’un médecin phoniatra/laryngologiste (2 réunions/personne) — le nombre réel d’heures/réunions que UP utilisera dépend de ses besoins individuels.Le projet est destiné à 374 personnes en âge de travailler (323 K, 51 M). Le candidat accorde des préférences aux personnes vivant dans la zone de la ville moyennement handicapée (selon les résultats de l’analyse préliminaire, dans 11 SP il n’y a que 7 personnes handicapées) en leur octroyant des points supplémentaires dans le processus de recrutement. La mise en œuvre des mesures susmentionnées aboutira à la création de plans de correction, de brochures d’information contenant des recommandations, de soutien sanitaire individuel aux participants/chèques de projet et d’aide aux écoles primaires dans l’amélioration de l’ergonomie des lieux de travail (selon les besoins diagnostiqués individuellement).Les activités seront mises en œuvre dans la ville de Śrem et dans les écoles primaires des zones rurales, sous l’autorité de l’organe directeur, c’est-à-dire dans la ville de Śrem et les écoles primaires des zones rurales, sous l’autorité de la direction, c’est-à-dire selon les résultats de l’analyse préliminaire. Ziel des Projekts ist es, 374 Einwohner der Woiwodschaft Wielkopolskie im Beruf der Lehrer/Drogen in Beschäftigung zu unterstützen, um das Bewusstsein für Faktoren in der Arbeitsumgebung zu erhöhen, die ihre Gesundheit und die Erhaltung ihrer Arbeit beeinträchtigen, und die Auswirkungen dieser Faktoren in 11 Grundschulen im Bereich der Stadt Śrem und der Gemeinde Śrem zu verringern.Die folgenden Maßnahmen werden im Rahmen des Projekts durchgeführt: 1) Entwicklung von 11 eingehenden Analysen von negativen Faktoren sowie Empfehlungen und Sanierungsplänen2) Durchführung detaillierter Korrekturpläne am Arbeitsplatz durch Beratung von Führungskräften, Schulungs- und Gruppenberatungen für Lehrkräfte und Nachrüstung von Arbeitsplätzen gemäß dem Korrekturplan3) individuelle Unterstützung für Lehrkräfte/Arbeitnehmer, einschließlich Physiotherapie (ein Pool von 8 Sitzungen von 30 Minuten pro Person), psychologische Unterstützung (Bevölkerung von 5 Stunden/Person) und Konsultation mit einem ArztPhoniatra/Laryngologen (2 Sitzungen/Person) – die tatsächliche Anzahl der Stunden/Sitzungen, die UP verwenden wird, hängt von seinen individuellen Bedürfnissen ab.Das Projekt richtet sich an 374 Personen im erwerbsfähigen Alter (323 K, 51 M). Der Antragsteller gewährt Personen, die im Gebiet der mittelbehinderten Stadt leben (nach den Ergebnissen der vorläufigen Analyse, in 11 SP nur 7 Menschen mit Behinderungen) Präferenzen, indem sie ihnen zusätzliche Punkte im Einstellungsprozess zuweisen. Die Umsetzung der oben genannten Maßnahmen führt zur Erstellung von Korrekturplänen, Informationsbroschüren mit Empfehlungen, individueller Gesundheitsunterstützung für Projektteilnehmer/-checks und zur Unterstützung der Grundschulen bei der Verbesserung der Ergonomie von Arbeitsplätzen (je nach individuell diagnostizierten Bedürfnissen).Die Aktivitäten werden in der Stadt Śrem und in Grundschulen aus ländlichen Gebieten unter der Leitungsstelle, d. h. unter dem Leitungsorgan, durchgeführt.
