Analizowany projekt realizowany będzie przez Gminę Tyczyn. W ramach projektu zakupiony zostanie jeden pojazd ratowniczo-gaśniczy wyposażony w sprzęt do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof przez jednostkę OSP w Tyczynie. Cel główny: Poprawa bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców Gminy Tyczyn poprzez zapewnienie jednostce Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Tyczynie sprzętu specjalistycznego ułatwiającego prowadzenie akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof oraz poważnych awarii. Cele szczegółowe: - wzrost bezpieczeństwa ludności okolicznych miejscowości; - wzrost bezpieczeństwa na drogach; - wzrost jakości i szybkości powadzonych akcji ratowniczych oraz usuwania skutków katastrof lub poważnych awarii; - wzrost bezpieczeństwa zespołów OSP podczas przeprowadzanych akcji ratunkowych; - poprawa wizerunku gminy / miejscowości oraz jednostki OSP. Działania zaplanowane w ramach projektu obejmować będą: zakup pojazdu specjalnego ochrony przeciwpożarowej. Założone cele są mierzalne i określone w czasie. Ich osiągnięcie jest realistyczne. Ponadto projekt jest spójny i komplementarny z celami dokumentów strategicznych na poziomie kraju i regionu oraz polityką lokalną. Rezultaty projektu osiągnięte w ramach projektu: Liczba ludności odnoszących korzyści ze środków ochrony przed pożarami lasów (CI21) - 10 392 osób; Liczba ludności korzystającej ze środków ochrony przeciwpożarowej - 10 392 osób; Liczba osób zabezpieczonych przed zagrożeniami naturalnymi i poważnymi awariami - 10 392 osób. The project will be implemented by the Tyczyn Municipality. As part of the project, one rescue and firefighting vehicle will be purchased, equipped with equipment for rescue operations and disaster relief by the TSO unit in Tyczyn. Main objective: Improving the safety of residents of the Tyczyn Commune by providing the Voluntary Fire Service Unit in Tyczyn with specialised equipment to facilitate rescue operations and the recovery of the consequences of disasters and major accidents. Specific objectives: — increase the security of the population of the surrounding villages; — increase in road safety; — an increase in the quality and speed of sustained rescue operations and the recovery of the consequences of disasters or major accidents; — increase the security of TSO teams during rescue operations; — improve the image of the municipality/locality and the TSO unit. The activities planned under the project will include: purchase of a special fire protection vehicle. The objectives set are measurable and time-bound. Their achievement is realistic. In addition, the project is coherent and complementary with the objectives of the strategy papers at country and regional level and local policy. Le projet sera mis en œuvre par la municipalité de Tyczyn. Dans le cadre du projet, un véhicule de sauvetage et de lutte contre l’incendie sera acheté, équipé d’équipements pour les opérations de sauvetage et les secours en cas de catastrophe par l’unité de GRT de Tyczyn. Objectif principal: Améliorer la sécurité des résidents de la commune de Tyczyn en fournissant à l’unité des pompiers volontaires de Tyczyn des équipements spécialisés pour faciliter les opérations de sauvetage et la récupération des conséquences des catastrophes et des accidents majeurs. Objectifs spécifiques: — accroître la sécurité de la population des villages environnants; — renforcement de la sécurité routière; — l’augmentation de la qualité et de la rapidité des opérations de sauvetage soutenues et la récupération des conséquences de catastrophes ou d’accidents majeurs; — accroître la sécurité des équipes de GRT pendant les opérations de sauvetage; — améliorer l’image de la municipalité/localité et de l’unité GRT. Les activités prévues dans le cadre du projet comprendront: achat d’un véhicule spécial de protection incendie. Les objectifs fixés sont mesurables et assortis de délais. Leur réalisation est réaliste. En outre, le projet est cohérent et complémentaire avec les objectifs des documents de stratégie au niveau national et régional et la politique locale. Das Projekt wird von der Gemeinde Tyczyn durchgeführt. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird ein Rettungs- und Brandbekämpfungsfahrzeug gekauft, das von der ÜNB-Einheit in Tyczyn mit Ausrüstung für Rettungseinsätze und Katastrophenhilfe ausgestattet ist. Hauptziel: Verbesserung der Sicherheit der Bewohner der Gemeinde Tyczyn durch Bereitstellung von Spezialausrüstung für die Freiwilligen Feuerwehreinheit in Tyczyn, um Rettungseinsätze und die Wiederherstellung der Folgen von Katastrophen und schweren Unfällen zu erleichtern. Spezifische Ziele: — Erhöhung der Sicherheit der Bevölkerung der umliegenden Dörfer; — Erhöhung der Straßenverkehrssicherheit; — Erhöhung der Qualität und Schnelligkeit nachhaltiger Rettungseinsätze und Wiederherstellung der Folgen von Katastrophen oder schweren Unfällen; — Erhöhung der Sicherheit von ÜNB-Teams bei Rettungseinsätzen; — Verbesserung des Images der Gemeinde/des Ortsteils und der ÜNB-Einheit. Die im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Maßnahmen umfassen: Kauf eines speziellen Brandschutzfahrzeugs. Die gesetzten Ziele sind messbar und zeitlich begrenzt. Ihre Leistung ist realistisch. Darüber hinaus ist das Projekt kohärent und komplementär zu den Zielen der Strategiepapiere auf Länder-, Regional- und Kommunalpolitik. Im Rahmen des Projekts erzielte Projektergebnisse: Bevölkerung, für die Maßnahmen zum Schutz von Waldbränden gelten (CI21) – 10 392 Personen; Bevölkerung, die von Brandschutzmaßnahmen profitiert – 10 392 Personen; Zahl der Personen, die vor Naturgefahren und schweren Unfällen geschützt sind – 10 392 Personen.
