Przedmiotowy projekt jest częścią kompleksowej rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej obszarów zmarginalizowanych na obszarach miejskich. Zakres inwestycji wynika z zapisów, zatwierdzonego przez Zarząd Województwa Podlaskiego Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji Gminy Sokółka. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu dotyczy budowy boiska będącego częścią projektowanego kompleksu rekreacyjno - sportowego na terenie ZSZ w Sokółce. LPR został przyjęty uchwałą nr LXVIII/402/18 Rady Miejskiej w Sokółce z dnia 19.I.2018r. Wśród uzupełniających przedsięwzięć rewitalizacyjnych LPR zapisano: Przedsięwzięcie uzupełniające nr 5. Utworzenie parku sensorycznego wraz z infrastrukturą przyległą. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje budowę boiska wielofunkcyjnego wraz z ogrodzeniem i wyposażeniem: - 2 x boisko do gry w koszykówkę - 2x boisko do gry w siatkówkę - boisko do gry w tenisa - boisko do gry w piłkę ręczną. Okres realizacji projektu to III kwartał 2020 - IV kwartał 2021 r. Wartość kwalifikowalna projektu to ponad 824 tys. zł, z czego 36 % stanowi dotacja z EFRR, a 64% to wkład własny Powiatu. Projekt jest finansowany ze środków RPOWP. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy w sferze społecznej, środowiskowej, gospodarczej, przestrzenno-funkcjonalnej i technicznej scharakteryzowane w ramach diagnozy obszaru zdegradowanego i rewitalizowanego. Przedsięwzięcie wpisuje się w ramy tzw. małej rewitalizacji. Docelowo oferta będąca przedmiotem projektu będzie kierowana do mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizacji: podopiecznych Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego, mieszkańców Osiedla Zielone, uczniów ZSZ w Sokółce, a w dalszej kolejności całej społeczność z powiatu sokólskiego, w tym w szczególności do dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym i szkolnym, osób młodych, osób niepełnosprawnych i niesamodzielnych, rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym (grupy defaworyzowane). This project is part of a comprehensive physical, economic and social regeneration of marginalised areas in urban areas. The scope of the investment results from the provisions of the Local Revitalisation Programme of Sokółka, approved by the Podlaskie Voivodeship Board. The implementation of this project concerns the construction of a pitch which is part of the planned recreational and sports complex in the ZSZ in Sokółka. The LPR was adopted by Resolution No LXVIII/402/18 of the Sokółka City Council of 19.I.2018. The LPR’s complementary revitalisation projects include: Complementary Project 5. Creation of a sensory park with adjacent infrastructure. The scope of the investment includes the construction of a multifunctional pitch with fence and equipment: — 2 x basketball court – 2x volleyball court – tennis court – handball court. The duration of the project is Q3 2020 – Q4 2021. The eligible value of the project is over PLN 824 thousand, of which 36 % is the ERDF grant and 64 % is the Powiat’s own contribution. The project is financed by the ROPWP. The project is a response to diagnosed problems in the social, environmental, economic, spatial and functional and technical spheres characterised as part of the diagnosis of a degraded and revitalised area. The project is part of the so-called small revitalisation. Ultimately, the project’s offer will be addressed to the residents of the revitalisation area: the students of the Special School and Education Centre, residents of the Zielone Estate, students of the ZSZ in Sokółka, and then the entire community from the Sokólski county, including in particular children of pre-school and school age, young people, people with disabilities and dependents, families at risk of poverty or social exclusion (disadvantaged groups). Ce projet s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une régénération physique, économique et sociale complète des zones marginalisées des zones urbaines. La portée de l’investissement résulte des dispositions du programme de revitalisation locale de Sokółka, approuvé par le Conseil de voïvodie de Podlaskie. La mise en œuvre de ce projet concerne la construction d’un terrain qui fait partie du complexe récréatif et sportif prévu dans la ZSZ à Sokółka. Le LPR a été adopté par la résolution no LXVIII/402/18 du conseil municipal de Sokółka du 19.I.2018. Les projets complémentaires de revitalisation de la LPR comprennent: Projet complémentaire 5. Création d’un parc sensoriel avec infrastructure adjacente. La portée de l’investissement comprend la construction d’un emplacement multifonctionnel avec clôture et équipement: — 2 x terrain de basket — 2x terrain de volleyball — terrain de tennis — terrain de handball. La durée du projet est de T3 2020 — T4 2021. La valeur éligible du projet est supérieure à 824 000 PLN, dont 36 % sont la subvention du FEDER et 64 % sont la contribution propre du Powiat. Le projet est financé par le ROPWP. Le projet est une réponse aux problèmes diagnostiqués dans les domaines social, environnemental, économique, spatial, fonctionnel et technique caractérisés dans le diagnostic d’une zone dégradée et revitalisée. Le projet fait partie de la soi-disant petite revitalisation. En fin de compte, l’offre du projet sera adressée aux résidents de la région de revitalisation: les élèves de l’école spéciale et du centre d’éducation, les résidents du domaine Zielone, les étudiants de la ZSZ à Sokółka, puis l’ensemble de la communauté du comté de Sokólski, notamment les enfants d’âge préscolaire et scolaire, les jeunes, les personnes handicapées et les personnes à charge, les familles exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale (groupes défavorisés). Dieses Projekt ist Teil einer umfassenden physischen, wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Regeneration marginalisierter Gebiete in städtischen Gebieten. Der Umfang der Investition ergibt sich aus den Bestimmungen des lokalen Revitalisierungsprogramms von Sokółka, das von der Woiwodschaft Podlaskie genehmigt wurde. Die Umsetzung dieses Projekts betrifft den Bau eines Stellplatzes, der Teil des geplanten Freizeit- und Sportkomplexes im ZSZ in Sokółka ist. Die LPR wurde mit der Entschließung Nr. LXVIII/402/18 des Stadtrates von Sokółka vom 19.I.2018 angenommen. Zu den ergänzenden Revitalisierungsprojekten der LPR gehören: Ergänzendes Projekt 5. Schaffung eines sensorischen Parks mit benachbarter Infrastruktur. Der Umfang der Investition umfasst den Bau eines multifunktionalen Stellplatzes mit Zaun und Ausrüstung: — 2 x Basketballplatz – 2x Volleyballplatz – Tennisplatz – Handballplatz. Die Laufzeit des Projekts beträgt Q3 2020 – Q4 2021. Der förderfähige Wert des Projekts beträgt mehr als 824 Tausend PLN, davon 36 % der EFRE-Zuschuss und 64 % der Eigenbeitrag des Powiat. Das Projekt wird vom ROPWP finanziert. Das Projekt ist eine Antwort auf diagnostische Probleme im sozialen, ökologischen, wirtschaftlichen, räumlichen und funktionellen und technischen Bereich, die als Teil der Diagnose eines degradierten und revitalisierten Bereichs gekennzeichnet sind. Das Projekt ist Teil der sogenannten kleinen Revitalisierung. Letztlich wird das Projektangebot an die Bewohner des Revitalisierungsgebiets gerichtet: die Schüler des Sonderschul- und Bildungszentrums, die Bewohner des Dorfes Zielone, Schüler des ZSZ in Sokółka und dann die gesamte Gemeinde aus dem Sokólski Kreis, insbesondere Kinder im Vorschul- und Schulalter, Jugendliche, Menschen mit Behinderungen und abhängige Personen, Familien, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind (benachteiligte Gruppen). Das Projekt wurde mit Hilfe der Beratung durch die LAG-Büro des Tatar Trail entwickelt. (German)
