Projekt zakłada realizację wsparcia dla uczniów z 7 szkół zawodowych z Miasta Opola w zakresie wyposażenia uczniów szkół w dodatkowe kompetencje zawodowe, umiejętności uniwersalne niezbędne na rynku pracy oraz kwalifikacje zawodowe niezbędne na rynku pracy z uwzględnieniem listy zawodów deficytowych. Projekt obowiązkowo zakłada, że co najmniej 70% wszystkich uczestników projektu kwalifikujących się do objęcia wsparciem stanowią uczniowie, którzy wezmą udział w stażach uczniowskich u pracodawców lub przedsiębiorców. Dodatkowo uczniowie szkół zawodowych wezmą udział w zajęciach rozwijających i podnoszących kompetencje zawodowe i umiejętności przydatne na rynku pracy tj. w kursach zawodowych oraz zajęciach szkolnych w ramach kół. W celu odzwierciedlenia rzeczywistych warunków pracy dla wskazanych zawodów zostaną utworzone/doposażone pracownie dydaktyczne w szkołach zawodowych (7 pracowni szkolnych). Wsparciem zostaną również objęci nauczyciele prowadzący kształcenie zawodowe. Dla nauczycieli zaplanowano udział w kursach zawodowych lub studiach podyplomowych w zakresie podnoszenia kwalifikacji i umiejętności zawodowych (bony edukacyjne). W każdej ze szkół objętych wsparciem została przeprowadzona diagnoza, którą zatwierdził organ prowadzący. Wyniki z diagnoz przestawiono we wniosku. Na jej podst. zaprojektowano zadania odpowiadające na najważniejsze potrzeby i deficyty placówek w zakresie wsparcia uczniów i nauczycieli. Indywidualne diagnozy ze szkół wskazały najważniejsze problemy: niedostateczne wsparcie w doskonal. nauczycieli zawodu w zakresie zawodów deficyt. i regionalnych specj. woj. opolskiego, co jest związane z tworzeniem pracowni w szkołach, które tych pracowni nie posiadają. Projekt będzie swym zakresem obejmował typ 1 wsparcia (podtypy a,b, c d). Projekt realizowany na obszarze 1 gminy AO (M. Opole). Realizatorem projektu ze strony MO będzie Zespół Szkół Budowlanych im. The project involves the implementation of support for students from 7 vocational schools from the City of Opole in the field of equipping school pupils with additional professional competences, universal skills necessary on the labour market and professional qualifications necessary on the labour market, taking into account the list of shortage occupations. The project requires that at least 70 % of all project participants eligible for support are students who will take part in student internships with employers or entrepreneurs. In addition, vocational school pupils will take part in classes developing and improving vocational competences and skills useful in the labour market, i.e. vocational courses and school activities within the circles. In order to reflect the real working conditions for these professions, teaching workshops in vocational schools (7 school rooms) will be set up/furnished. VET teachers will also be supported. For teachers, participation in vocational courses or post-graduate studies in the field of upskilling and vocational skills (education vouchers) is planned. In each of the schools supported, a diagnosis was carried out and approved by the host authority. The results of the diagnosis are presented in the application. On its basis, tasks were designed to address the most important needs and deficits of institutions in terms of support for pupils and teachers. Individual diagnoses from schools indicated the most important problems: insufficient support in the improvement of professional teachers in the field of deficit professions and regional specialities of the Opolskie voivodship, which is related to the creation of workshops in schools that do not have these workshops. The project will cover type 1 support (subtypes a, b, c d). Project implemented in area 1 of the municipality of AO (M. Opole). The project will be implemented by the building schools of Pope John Paul II in Opole. (English)

Le projet prévoit la mise en œuvre d’un soutien aux étudiants de 7 écoles professionnelles de la ville d’Opole dans le domaine de l’équipement des élèves de compétences professionnelles supplémentaires, des compétences universelles nécessaires sur le marché du travail et des qualifications professionnelles nécessaires sur le marché du travail, en tenant compte de la liste des professions déficitaires. Le projet exige qu’au moins 70 % de tous les participants au projet admissibles à l’aide soient des étudiants qui prendront part à des stages d’étudiants auprès d’employeurs ou d’entrepreneurs. En outre, les élèves des écoles professionnelles participeront à des classes de développement et d’amélioration des compétences et des aptitudes professionnelles utiles sur le marché du travail, c’est-à-dire des cours professionnels et des activités scolaires au sein des milieux. Afin de refléter les conditions de travail réelles de ces professions, des ateliers d’enseignement dans les écoles professionnelles (7 salles) seront mis en place/meublés. Les enseignants de l’EFP seront également soutenus. Pour les enseignants, la participation à des cours professionnels ou à des études supérieures dans le domaine du perfectionnement des compétences et des compétences professionnelles (bons d’enseignement) est prévue. Dans chacune des écoles subventionnées, un diagnostic a été effectué et approuvé par l’autorité d’accueil. Les résultats du diagnostic sont présentés dans la demande. Sur cette base, des tâches ont été conçues pour répondre aux besoins et déficits les plus importants des établissements en matière d’aide aux élèves et aux enseignants. Les diagnostics individuels des écoles ont révélé les problèmes les plus importants: soutien insuffisant à l’amélioration des enseignants professionnels dans le domaine des professions déficitaires et des spécialités régionales de la voïvodie Opolskie, qui est liée à la création d’ateliers dans les écoles qui n’ont pas ces ateliers. Le projet couvrira le soutien de type 1 (sous-types a, b, c d). Projet mis en œuvre dans la zone 1 de la municipalité de AO (M. Opole). Le projet sera mis en œuvre par les écoles de construction du pape Jean-Paul II à Opole. (French)

Das Projekt umfasst die Förderung von Schülern aus 7 Berufsschulen aus der Stadt Opole im Bereich der Ausstattung von Schülern mit zusätzlichen beruflichen Kompetenzen, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erforderlichen universellen Kompetenzen und die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erforderlichen beruflichen Qualifikationen unter Berücksichtigung der Liste der Mangelberufe. Das Projekt erfordert, dass mindestens 70 % aller Projektteilnehmer, die für eine Förderung in Frage kommen, Studierende sind, die an Studentenpraktien mit Arbeitgebern oder Unternehmern teilnehmen. Darüber hinaus werden die berufsbildenden Schüler an Klassen teilnehmen, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt nützliche berufliche Kompetenzen und Fertigkeiten entwickeln und verbessern, d. h. Berufskurse und Schulaktivitäten innerhalb der Kreise. Um den tatsächlichen Arbeitsbedingungen für diese Berufe Rechnung zu tragen, werden Workshops in Berufsschulen (7 Schulräume) eingerichtet/möbliert. Auch Lehrkräfte in der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung werden unterstützt. Für Lehrer ist die Teilnahme an berufsbildenden Kursen oder Postgraduiertenstudien im Bereich der Weiterbildung und beruflichen Fähigkeiten (Bildungsgutscheine) geplant. In jeder der unterstützten Schulen wurde eine Diagnose durchgeführt und von der Aufnahmebehörde genehmigt. Die Ergebnisse der Diagnose werden in der Anwendung dargestellt. Auf der Grundlage der Aufgaben wurden die wichtigsten Bedürfnisse und Defizite der Institutionen in Bezug auf die Unterstützung von Schülern und Lehrkräften berücksichtigt. Die einzelnen Diagnosen von Schulen zeigten die wichtigsten Probleme an: unzureichende Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung von Berufslehrern im Bereich der Defizitberufe und der regionalen Besonderheiten der Woiwodschaft Opolskie, die mit der Einrichtung von Workshops in Schulen zusammenhängt, die nicht über diese Workshops verfügen. Das Projekt umfasst die Unterstützung des Typs 1 (Unterarten a, b, c d). Projekt im Gebiet 1 der Gemeinde AO (M. Opole). Das Projekt wird von den Bauschulen von Papst Johannes Paul II. in Opole durchgeführt. (German)
