Celem głównym proj.jest ponowna integracja społeczna i zawodowa 36os.(22kobiet/14mężczyzn)spełniających wszystkie kryteria grupy docelowej, skutkująca osiągnięciem efektywności społecznej na poz.min.34%UP(os.z niepełnosprawnością–min.34%)oraz efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poz.min.25%UP(12%os.z niepełnosprawnością),w terminie 04.2020-01.2021,poprzez indywidualną i kompleksową reintegrację społeczno-zawodową prowadzącą do opracowania indywidualnej ścieżki rozwoju,wieloaspektowej oceny preferencji zawodowych,nabycia kompetencji społ.,umiej. aktywnego poszukiwania pracy,nabycia kwalifikacji/kompetencji zawod.i doświadcz.zawod.oraz nawiązania kontaktów z pracodawcami. UP będzie 36(min.60%kobiet)os.zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.z obszaru woj.mazowieckiego-zamieszkujących w rozum.przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarach(w gminach)powiatu makowskiego,ostrołęckiego i przasnyskiego poniżej progu defaworyzacji określ.w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wykluczenia społecznego. UP będą wyłącznie osoby doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia. UP będą wyłącznie os.pozostające bez zatrudnienia-bierne zawod.(70%UP)i bezrobotne(30%UP),w szczeg.o niskich kwalifikacjach,po 50 r.ż.i bez doświadczenia zawod. UP będą wyłącznie os.dorosłe(powyżej 18r.ż.). Preferowane do objęcia wsparciem w ramach proj.są osoby korzystające z PO PŻ 2014-2020. UP może być osoba,która nie korzystała i nie korzysta ze wsparcia oferowanego w proj. pozakonkursowych wyłonionych w naborze RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19. Zadaniami zrealizowanymi w ramach proj.będą:poradnictwo specjalistyczne,warsztaty kompetencji społecznych i zawodowych,szkolenia i staże zawodowe oraz pośrednictwo pracy. The main objective of the project is the reintegration of 36 persons (22women/14men) which meet all the criteria of the target group, resulting in achieving social efficiency at a minimum of 34 % of the UP (person with disabilities-min.34 %) and employment efficiency at a minimum of 25 % of the UP(12 % with disabilities), between 04.2020-01.2021, through individual and comprehensive socio-professional reintegration leading to the development of individual development paths, multi-faceted assessment of professional preferences, acquisition of social competences, active job search, acquisition of qualifications/professional competence and experience. Up will be 36 (min.60 % female)persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the area of Mazowieckie voivodship-inhabiting the provisions of the Civil Code in the areas (in communes) of the Makowski, Ostrołęcki and Przasnyski districts below the threshold of disadvantage set in the Mazowieckie barometer of poverty and social exclusion. Up will only be people experiencing multiple exclusions. Ups will only be unemployed (70 % of the PLO) and unemployed (30 % of the PLO), in particular low-skilled, after 50 years and without experience of the profession. Ups will only be adults (above 18 years). The beneficiaries of the 2014-2020 OP are preferred for support under the project. L’objectif principal du projet est la réinsertion de 36 personnes (22 femmes/14men) qui répondent à tous les critères du groupe cible, ce qui permet d’atteindre l’efficacité sociale à un minimum de 34 % de l’UP (personne handicapée — 34 %) et l’efficacité de l’emploi à un minimum de 25 % du PU (12 % de personnes handicapées), entre le 04.2020-01.2021, grâce à une réinsertion socioprofessionnelle individuelle et globale conduisant au développement de parcours de développement individuels, à une évaluation multidimensionnelle des préférences professionnelles, à l’acquisition de compétences sociales, à une recherche active d’emploi, à l’acquisition de qualifications/compétences professionnelles et à l’expérience. La hausse sera de 36 personnes (min.60 % de femmes) menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale de la zone de voïvodie de Mazowieckie, qui habiteront les dispositions du Code civil dans les zones (dans les communes) des districts de Makowski, d’Ostrołęcki et de Przasnyski en dessous du seuil de désavantage fixé dans le baromètre Mazowieckie de la pauvreté et de l’exclusion sociale. Up ne sera que des personnes confrontées à de multiples exclusions. UPS ne sera au chômage (70 % de l’OLP) et au chômage (30 % de l’OLP), en particulier des personnes peu qualifiées, après 50 ans et sans expérience de la profession. UPS ne sera que des adultes (plus de 18 ans). Les bénéficiaires du PO 2014-2020 sont privilégiés pour bénéficier d’un soutien au titre du projet. Up peut être une personne qui n’a pas utilisé et qui ne bénéficie pas du soutien offert dans le cadre du projet de non-concurrence sélectionné dans le poste vacant RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19. Tâches exécutées dans le cadre du projet będą:poradnictwo ateliers spécialisés, ateliers de compétences sociales et professionnelles, formations et stages et placements professionnels. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Wiedereingliederung von 36 Personen (22Frauen/14-Männer), die alle Kriterien der Zielgruppe erfüllen, was dazu führt, dass zwischen 04.2020-01.2021 mindestens 34 % des UP (Person mit Behinderungen – mindestens 34 %) und Beschäftigungseffizienz bei mindestens 25 % des UP(12 % mit Behinderungen) erreicht werden, durch individuelle und umfassende sozioökonomische Wiedereingliederung, die zur Entwicklung individueller Entwicklungspfade führt, eine facettenreiche Bewertung von Berufspräferenzen, Erwerb sozialer Kompetenzen, aktive Arbeitssuche, Erwerb von Qualifikationen/Berufskompetenz und Erfahrung. 36 (mindestens 60 % weibliche) Personen, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung aus dem Gebiet der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie bedroht sind, in denen die Bestimmungen des Zivilgesetzbuchs in den Gebieten Makowski, Ostrołęcki und Przasnyski unter der im Mazowieckie-Barometer für Armut und soziale Ausgrenzung festgelegten Schwelle liegen. Oben werden nur Menschen mit Mehrfachausschlüssen sein. Ups sind nur arbeitslos (70 % der PLO) und arbeitslos (30 % der PLO), insbesondere gering qualifizierte, nach 50 Jahren und ohne Berufserfahrung. Ups werden nur Erwachsene sein (über 18 Jahre). Die Begünstigten des OP 2014-2020 werden für die Unterstützung im Rahmen des Projekts bevorzugt. Up kann eine Person sein, die die im Rahmen des Nichtwettbewerbsprojekts angebotene Unterstützung nicht in Anspruch genommen hat und nicht in Anspruch nimmt, die in der Leerstelle RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19 ausgewählt wurde. Aufgaben im Rahmen des Projekts będą:poradnictwo spezialisierte Workshops, soziale und berufliche Kompetenz Workshops, Schulungen und Praktika und Stellenvermittlungen. Das Ergebnis des Projekts ist: Erwerb von Qualifikationen/Kompetenzen für mindestens 33 Personen; — Suche nach Arbeit für mindestens 15 Personen; —Arbeitnehmer für mind. 8 Personen; Darüber hinaus wird die soziale Effizienz-min.34 %(Person mit unzureichender Umsetzung-min.34 %)und Beschäftigung-min.25 %(Person mit unvollständiger Umsetzung) erreicht.
